        사출성형금형에서 직선채널과 배플의 냉각효율 비교

        Plastic products are producted more than 70% of total processes in the injection molding. The injection molding process has 4 processes such as filling, packing, cooling and ejecting. It spends most of times in the cooling process. Therefore, it is important to control the mold temperature in producing plastic products. The time and system of cooling affect the product's quality and productivity. Especially, cooling time has about 60% of total injection cycle time. Therefore, we can improve a productivity by shortening cooling time. In this study, it was made a comparative study about cooling of linear channels and baffles and observed the variation of mold temperature on the coolant's temperature. As the result, the linear channel's cooling rate had faster than baffles and as coolant's temperature was increased, difference of cooling time was increased. Result of this study will be used widely to design for cooling system of injection mold.

        사출금형의 급속냉각시스템 개발

        The Injection molding is used more than 70% of total production in plastic products. The injection molding process has 4 processes such as filling, packing, cooling and ejecting. It spends most of times in the cooling process. Therefore, it is important to control the mold temperature in producing plastic products. The cooling system and time affect the product's quality and productivity. Especially, cooling time has about 60% of total injection cycle time. Therefore, we can improve a productivity by shortening cooling time. In this study, the rapid cooling system was developed and performed a efficiency test. This system could refrigerate coolant to $1^{\circ}C$ and had to need 10 minutes for normal operating. However, if response time of temperature controller and sensor will be increased, the performance of this system will increase.

        유리인서트 사출금형 설계를 위한 사출성형 및 구조해석

        This paper describes the process of structure analysis and injection molding analysis to manufacture the forming injection dies for huge glass insert. Factors such as filling time, filling pressure, material temperature, shrinkage, warpage were investigated by using the analysis software, Moldflow. Runner system and cavity structure were designed and manufactured through the results of deformation analysis data for glass insert. Filling time and filling pressure were analyzed in 3.756sec and 43.37MPa.

      • Epoxy수지(樹脂)에 의한 견직물(絹織物)의 Sericin정착(定着)

        수용성염의 존재하에서 여러 가지 용매상에 소정시간, 소정온도로 epoxy수지에 의한 견직물의 sericin정착을 행하였다. Potassium thiocyanate염의 촉매 하에서 glycerol glycidyl ether(EX-313)와 ethylene glycol diglycidylether(EX-810)의 4염화탄소용액중에서의 반응에서 높은 수지부착율을 얻었으며, 정착효과가 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었다. 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 사용한 두 수지는 반응 거동이 유사하였으며, EX-810이 수지부착률이나 정착효과 면에서 뛰어났다. 2. 수지부착률은 반응온도나 반응미간에 따라 증가하였고, 90분 70℃에서 연감률은 평형에 도달하였다. 3. 수지부착률과 연감률은 3~5%의 수지농도에서 평형에 달하였다. 4. 촉매의 N농도에 따라 부착률은 현저하게 증가하고 0.5N에서 연감률은 평형에 달하였다. 5. 침지시간의 증가와 더불어 부착률은 완만하게 증가하지만 연감률은 15분간 침지에 평형에 도달하였다. 6. 건조온도의 영향은 없는 것으로 보인다. 7. 수분율의 감소는 미약하여, epoxy 수지에 의한 sericin 정착시 수분율을 유지할 수 있는 가능성을 시사하는 것이라 생각된다. 8. 소수성이 강한 용매인 4염화탄소, p-chloroethylene, cyclohexane, xylene, toluene 등이 정착효과가 뛰어남을 알 수 있다. 9. Sericin 정착포의 물성을 시험한 결과 정착효과가 뛰어날 수록, 유연도는 감소하고, 방추도도 감소하며 강도와 신도는 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. The sericin fixation of silk fabrics by epoxy resins was studied in the presence of aqueous salt solution in different solvents at the indicated temperature for the desired time. Heavy weight gains were obtained in the reaction with glycerol dlycidyl ether (EX-313) and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EX-810) catalyzed by potassium thiocyanate in such solvents as carbon tetrachloride and p-chloroethylene. The obtained results were summarized as follows; 1) The tested resins were found similar in reaction behavior to silk fabric. The effect of fixation and weight gains was higher in EX-810 than EX-313. 2) The weight gains were increased with reaction time and temperature, and degumming ratio reached a constant value in 90 min at 70℃. 3) The weight gains and the degumming ratio reached an equilibrium at 3~5% of epoxy concentration. 4) The weight gains were remarkably influenced and increased by the concentration of salt solution. The degumming ratio reached an equilibrium over 0.5N concentration of salt. 5) The weight gains were increased with the dipping time in gently-sloping. The degumming ratio reached an equilibrium over 15 min dipping. 6) The effect of sericin fixation of hydrophobic solvents, such as Carbon Tetrachloride, p-Chloroethylene, Cyclohexane, Xylene and Toluene, was found suitable. 7) The effect of drying temperature was not remarkable on the weight gains and the degumming ratio. 8) There was a slight decrease in the moisture regain of sericin-fixed silk and it may be possible to maintain the moisture regain in the sericin-fixed silk by the epoxy resins. 9) The results on testing physical properties of sericin-fixed silk fabric were as follows; The crease recovery was almost not different from undegummed fabric, but inferior to degummed fabric. The tensile strength was improving in accordance with the effect of sericin fixation, either the elongation did.

        The separation of rare earths minerals is very difficult because of their similar chemical properties. The rare earth minerals are used as the mixed rare earth minerals or the misch metal without separation to each element. However, the high purity rare earths are recently produced commercially to each element so they there are used as the materials for high tech. Based on the characterization results for the raw minerals, we have developed a combined process containing gravity seperation, magnetic seperation and flotation. The result obtained from this study is monazite concentration of TREO grade 69.11% and Recovery 56.02%.

        Lime is one of the world’s most useful chemicals and manufactured in various types of kilns, using various fuels. Quicklimes vary in reactivity with water due to variations in the time and temperature calcining process and type of kiln used. Careful attention and control of time and temperature in the calcining process is necessary to insure a highly reactive lime. Excess time and temperature will cause the lime to be over burned. The highest reactivity of quicklime is obtained by calcination of limestone in the particle size of 0.1cm~2cm, calcination temperature of 1000℃, calcination time 90min. It was found by the scanning electron microscopes that pores of quick lime is reducted if the soft burned quick lime is heated continually.

        우리나라 의사집단의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 전문직 자율성과 이념 요인

        The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between professional autonomy and ideology among Korean physicians and to investigate how these factors affect job satisfaction like social status satisfaction and economic reward satisfaction. This study utilized a self-administered questionnaire survey and collected data nationwide between July and August, 2003. 211 responses were used for final analysis. SPSS 12.0 was used for a chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, independent t-test and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, many variables of ideological factor were related to job satisfaction. Second, physicians expecting the change of political influence has patient-centered attitude. Third, there were many relationships between professional autonomy and ideology variables. Fourth, physicians expecting the change of political influence and customer-centered healthcare system showed more job satisfaction. In conclusion, professional autonomy is related to ideology, and in order to enhance job satisfaction, ideological factor needs more development. In addition, market-oriented healthcare system would contribute to enhance the job satisfaction of physicians expecting the change of political influence and customer-centered healthcare system.

        1) 多酒麥 自體가 紫着色을 發現할 수 있는 遺傳的 素質을 內包하고 있음이 推定 되었다. 2) 環境的인 여건에서 發現率이 差異가 있음을 알게 되었다. 3) 現在 우리나라에 導入된 多酒麥 優良 品種中 4% 內外의 發現率이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 4) 척박지 보다 비옥지에시 發現率이 낮았다. These experiments were conducted to investigate the purple color revealion in the culture of Golden Melon, on variety of beer-barley. The results obtained were summarized as follows 1) It was presumed that beer-barley itself contained genetic character revealing the purple-color. 2) It's revealion frequency was enfluenced by environmental conditions. 3) The good breed beer-barley(Golden Melon) now cultured in our country showed 4% of above-mentioned frequency. 4) That frequency in the fetile soil was lower than in the stenle soil
