사회복지사 행복척도 개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 사회복지사의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여, 사회복지사들의 행복을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 개발된 척도의 타당화를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 실시 되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 문헌연구와 조사 대상자들이 공유할 수 있는 행복개념의 조작적 정의에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 둘째, 탐색된 행복에 대한 구성 개념과 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 사회복지적 차원에서 사회복지사들의 행복을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하였다. 셋째, 행복척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증 하였으며 마지막으로 사회복지사의 행복측정을 위한 구조화된 척도를 완성하였다. This research was carried out in order to explore factors that affect happiness of social workers, to develop a scale that can be used to measure happiness of social workers, and to verify the developed scale. For the purposes, following efforts have been made in this research. First, factors are explored that could affect happy life for operational definition of the concept of happiness that can be shared by a bibliographical study and the targets of this survey. Second, a scale was developed that can be used to measure happiness of social workers with emphasis on the aspects of social welfare by analyzing the factors that affect the concept of the explored happiness as well as the happiness. Third, an attempt was made to verify reliability and validity of the happiness scale. Fourth, a structured scale was completed that can be used to measure happiness of social workers.

정신보건시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 행복의 관계에 미치는 정신건강의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 정신보건시설에 종사하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 그들이 경험하는 직무스트레스가 행복에 미치는 영향을 정신건강이 매개하는지 검증하기 위한 연구이다. J지역의 정신의료기관, 정신요양시설, 사회복귀시설 등 정신보건시설에 종사하는 사회복지사 323명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 t-test와 ANOVA, 상관관계분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 직무스트레스는 정신건강과 사회복지사의 행복 간에 유의한 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신건강은 사회복지사의 행복에 유의한 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 정신건강은 직무스트레스가 사회복지사의 행복에 미치는 영향에 완전매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 사회복지사의 직무스트레스를 경감시키고, 정신건강과 행복 증진을 위한 제언을 논의하였다. This research is to examine whether mental health mediates the impact of job stress on happiness of social workers serving in the mental health facilities. Survey was carried out among 323 social workers employed in the mental health facilities in region J including mental hospitals, mental care facilities or rehabilitation facilities, analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation & hierarchical regression methods and Sobel Test was applied to verify the mediation effect. According to the results, first, job stress appeared to be significantly positive on the relationship between mental health and happiness of social workers. Second, mental health was significantly positive to the happiness of social workers. Finally, mental health completely mediated the impact of job stress on the happiness of social workers. Based upon these results, we have provided a proposition to increase mental health and happiness of social workers while reducing the job stress.

보육교사의 정서지능이 보육헌신에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 정서지능이 보육헌신에 미치는 영향을 가치적합성이 매개하는지 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 전라남도 소재 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 450명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모델링을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 보육교사의 정서지능은 가치적합성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 정서지능은 보육헌신에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 가치적합성은 보육헌신에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사의 정서지능과 보육헌신과의 관계에 가치적합성이 유의미한 매개변수임을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 정서지능 및 보육헌신, 가치적합성 증진을 위한 실천적 함의를 모색하면서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to validate whether value relevancy would mediate the effect that the emotional intelligence of childcare center teachers have on childcare dedication. For that, we surveyed 450 childcare center teachers working at daycare centers located in South Jeolla Province. The collected data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling. The results of this study suggested the following: First, the emotional intelligence of childcare center teachers was found to have a positive (+) effect on value relevancy. Second, the emotional intelligence of childcare center teachers was found to have a positive (+) effect on childcare dedication. Third, the value relevancy of childcare center teachers was found to have a positive (+) effect on childcare dedication. Fourth, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to validate the mediating effect of value relevancy on the relationship between the emotional intelligence and childcare dedication in childcare center teachers. Based on the aforesaid results of this study, we explored and discussed practical implications for the promotion of emotional intelligence, childcare dedication, and value relevancy of childcare center teachers.

보육교사의 외상 후 스트레스가 정신건강에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 외상 후 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계를 살펴보고, 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 전남지역 어린이집 보육교사 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사들이 경험하는 외상 후 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 외상 후 스트레스와 정신건강 간에 유의한 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신건강에 대한 외상 후 스트레스 회귀분석 결과 외상 후 스트레스는 정신건강에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 외상 후 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 매개변수인 정서조절곤란이 유의한 영향력이 있어 외상 후 스트레스와 정신건강 간의 관계에서 정서조절곤란이 유의미한 매개변수임을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 보육현장에서 서비스의 질을 향상시키는 핵심적 역할을 수행하는 보육교사의 정신건강을 증진시키는 개입 방안을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health in childcare center teachers and validate the mediating effect of difficulty in emotion regulation. For that, 320 nursing teachers of daycare centers in Jeolla province were surveyed, and multiple regression analysis was performed. According to the results, first, a correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health in childcare center teachers. The results showed that there was a significant, positive relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health. Second, a regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of posttraumatic stress on mental health. The results showed that posttraumatic stress had a significant, positive influence on mental health. Third, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to validate the mediating effect of difficulty in emotion regulation on the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health in childcare center teachers. The results suggested that the difficulty in emotion regulation was a significant parameter in the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health, considering that difficulty of emotion regulation had a significant influence. Based on the aforesaid results, this study presented an intervention measure to improve the mental health of childcare center teachers in the course of their performance of playing an essential role in the enhancement of service quality at daycare sites.

어린이집 윤리경영이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어린이집의 윤리경영이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 어린이집의 윤리경영 도입의 필요성을 논의하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 연구대상은 J도내 국공립, 사회복지법인 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사 142명이었으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘어린이집의 교직원에 대한 윤리성’이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 하위요인인 ‘인사관리 윤리성’과 ‘복지후생 및 노무관리 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘교직원의 어린이집, 동료 및 전문가조직에 대한 윤리성’의 하위요인인 ‘소속 어린이집에 대한 윤리성’과 ‘동료교사에 대한 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이집의 윤리경영은 교사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of ethical management on teachers’ job satisfaction and discuss the necessity of ethical management in child care center. 142 teachers working in the child care centers of national and public social welfare foundations in J-do were analyzed by frequency, correlation and multiple regression methods. Analysis results are as follows. First, in reference to the ‘ethics of the child care center for the teachers’ and teachers’ satisfaction, the sub-factors of ‘personnel management ethics’ and ‘welfare benefits and labor management ethics’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Second, with respect to the ‘teachers’ ethics for the child care center, fellow teachers and professional organization’, the sub-factors of ‘ethics for the child care center’ and ‘ethics for fellow teachers’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Therefore, ethical management of child care center was appeared to impact on the teachers’ satisfaction.
