본 논문에서는 빠른 Acquisition time을 갖는 새로운 구조의 수동형 광 통신망에서 쓰이는 버스트 모드 수신기용 622Mbps급 클럭/데이터 복원회로를 제안하고, 이를 구현하였다. 제안된 회로는 CDR(Clock and Data Recovery) 블록과 PLL(Phase Locked Loop) 블록으로 나뉘며, CDR 블록은 클럭이 입력 데이터에 연동되어 지터가 내제된 입력 데이터에도 항상 최적의 샘플링 시점을 갖도록 설계하였다. PLL블록은 Multi-phase generation VCO를 통해 위상이 서로 다른 8개의 클럭을 CDR블록에 제공한다. 제안된 회로는 0.35㎛ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계 및 레이아웃을 하였고, 시뮬레이션을 위해 2?-1 PRBS 입력데이터를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 Peak-to-Peak 지터는 17ps의 복원된 데이터 지터 특성을 가지며, 입력된 데이터는 손실없이 복원하는 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, a novel 622Mbps burst-mode clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit is proposed for passive optical network (PON) applications. The CDR circuit is composed of CDR(Clock and Data Recovery) block and PLL(Phase Locked Loop) block. Lock dynamics is accomplished on the first data transition and data are sampled in the optimal point. The CDR circuit is realized in 0.35㎛ CMOS process technology. With input pseudo-random bit sequences(PRBS) of 2?-1, the simulations show 17ps peak-to-peak retimed data jitter characteristics. The experimental results show that the proposed CDR circuits are operating as expected, recovering an incoming 622Mbps burst-mode input data without errors.

본 논문에서는 Instantaneous locking 특성을 갖는 새로운 구조의 수동형 광가입자망용 622Mbps급 버스트모드 클럭/데이터 복원회로를 제안하고, 이를 구현하였다. 이 회로는 고속 클럭신호를 발생하는 위상고정루프 와 버스트모드에서의 클럭/데이터 복원회로 두 개의 블럭으로 구성되어 있다. 클럭/데이터 복원회로 에서는 위상고정루프의 클럭을 지연소자를 통해 7개의 서로 다른 클럭신호로 발생시킨다. 이 경우 광가입자망에 지터를 가지고 있는 신호가 입력되어도 항상 데이터의 중앙에 클럭이 정렬되도록 조정하여 최적의 샘플링 시점에서 데이터를 복원하게 된다. 제안한 구조에 대한 검증을 위하여 0.35um n-well CMOS 공정을 이용하여 회로의 동작을 확인하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a novel bone grafting material using an autogeneous tooth (AutoBT) and provide the basis for its clinical application. The AutoBT contains organic and inorganic mineral components and is prepared from autogenous grafting material, thus eliminating the risk of immune reactions that may lead to its rejection. AutoBT can be used as bone material as is has both osteoinduction and osteoconduction activities at guided bone regeneration for implant placement and maxillary sinus graft. Methods: In a total of 63 patients, guided bone regeneration surgery was performed at the time of implant placement, and tissue samples were harvested at the time of the second surgery with the patient's consent. Results: There were no complications in guided bone regeneration using autogeneous tooth. Conclusion: We concluded that AutoBT underwent gradual resorption and was replaced by new bone of excellent quality via osteoinduction and osteoconduction.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate histomorphometrically a toothash - plaster of Paris mixture associated with collagen membrane ($Bio-Gide^{(R)}$), regarding new bone formation in the peri-implantitis defects in dogs. Three mandibular molars were removed from 1-year-old mongrel dogs. After 2 months of healing, 2 titanium implants with sandblasted with large grit and acid etched (SLA) surface were installed in each side of the mandible. Experimental peri-implantitis was induced with ligatures after successful osseointegration. Ligatures were removed after identification of bone defect beneath the level of 5th thread of fixture on radiographic image. The mucoperiosteal flaps were elevated and the contaminated fixtures were treated with chlorhexidine and saline. The bone defects were assigned to one of the following treatments: no guided bone regeneration (GBR) procedure (group 1), GBR with Bio-$Oss^{(R)}$ and Bio-$Gide^{(R)}$ (group 2), or GBR with toothash - plaster of Paris mixture (TPM) and Bio-$Gide^{(R)}$ (group 3). The dogs were sacrificed after 8 or 16 months. The mean percentages of new bone formation within the limits of the 5 most coronal threads were $17.83{\pm}10.69$ (8 weeks) and $20.13{\pm}13.65$ (16 weeks) in group 1, $34.25{\pm}13.32$ (8 weeks) and $36.33{\pm}14.21$ (16 weeks) in group 2, and $46.33{\pm}18.39$ (8 weeks) and $48.00{\pm}17.78$ (16 weeks) in group 3, respectively. The present study confirmed statistically considerable new bone formation within the threads in group 3 compared with group 1 at 8 and 16 weeks (P<0.05). Although, data analysis did not reveal significant differences between group 2 and 3, the latter showed better results during the period of 8 or 16 weeks. Our findings support the effectiveness of TPM as a GBR material in the treatment of peri-implantitis bone defect.

본 연구에서는 갈조추출물에 속하는 미역의 피부 보습 인자와 관련한 효능을 확인하고자 유효성분의 추출방법을 선정하였다. 가압가열추출방법(UPAE)으로 얻은 시료의 이화학적 특성과 보습 효과를 조사하였다. 가스 크로마토그래프 질량 분석을 통해 항산화 및 항염에 효능을 가진 성분을 확인하였다. 추출물은 RT-PCR과 ELISA를 사용하여 HaCaT 세포에서 hyaluronic acid synthase 1 (HAS1), HAS2, HAS3, aquaporin 3 (AQP3) 및 filaggrin (FLG) 유전자 발현을 검증하였다. 또한, WST-8 Kit를 사용하여 HaCaT 세포에서 UPAE 소재의 안정성을 확보하였다. 실시간 qPCR을 통해 피부보습 및 피부장벽 기능과 관련된 유전자의 발현에 긍정적인 영향을 확인하였다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 UPAE가 피부 보습 및 장벽 기능 강화를 위한 화장품의 기능성 소재로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, the physicochemical properties and moisturizing effect of extracts from Undaria pinnatifida (UPAE) were investigated. The gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GCMS) analysis revealed the presence of six chemical compounds from different chemical classes. UPAE showed free radical scavenging activity through in vitro antioxidant assay. We determined hyaluronic acid synthase 1 (HAS1), HAS2, HAS3, and aquaporin 3 (AQP3) and filaggrin (FLG) gene expression in Human keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells by using RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. We evaluated the cytotoxicity of UPAE in HaCaT cell using WST-8 Kit. Expression levels of genes related to skin moisturizing and skin barrier functions were analyzed by real-time qPCR. These results suggest that UPAE can be used as functional materials for cosmetics for skin moisturizing and barrier function enhancement.

For the biosystematic studies on the marine benthic invertebrates in East china Sea, a faunal and ecological study on benthos was camed out. The materials were collected from East chain sea, by qualitative and quautitative sampling methods. Bentic animals collected during the study were identified 3 phylums (Arthropoda, Mollusca, Echinodermata). The dominant species investigated in these site to the importance value were as follow : Class Cephalopoda, Class Gastropoda, and Order Decapoda (Family Penaedae, Family Portunidae) in Phylum Arthropoda and Class Stelleroidea in Phylum Echinodermata. The most dominant Phylum was Echinodermata. Based on this data we could judge a most useful faunal were Mollusca, and Anthropoda and Asterias amurensis, Acaudina molpioides in Echinodermata were most plented speceies. Eventhough we can t use of these two species in Echinodermate so, we must not forget about these plentfulness.

Objective. This study was performed to investigate the clinical and histopathologic features of chronic osteomyelitis and its treatment in Korean. Subject and Method. A total of 30 patients (mean age: 50.5 years old, 16-81 years old) were examined in this retrospective study. In a treatment protocol used for 30 patients, chronic osteomyelitis of the jaws was treated by surgical intervention and 2 weeks of intravenous antibiotics, followed by 6 weeks of oral antibiotics. Surgical therapy consisted of decortication or sequestrectomy and saucerization of the affected bone. A successful outcome was defined as the resolution of symptoms after surgery and 8 weeks of antibiotic therapy. Failure was defined as a case requiring a second surgery and 8 additional weeks of antibiotic therapy. Result. After application of the treatment protocol, successful outcome was seen in most patients. Some patients were treated successfully with a second surgery and 8 additional weeks of antibiotic therapy. Conclusion. According to this study, surgery followed by antibiotic therapy for at least 8 weeks is an effective method for treating chronic osteomyelitis of the jaws.
