암시적,명시적 정보제공이 배드민턴 서브 수행과 학습에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 암시적·명시적 학습이 배드민턴 서브에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 연구대상자는 무선표집된 36명의 여자고등학생으로 이들은 각각 첫째, 암시적 학습 집단. 둘째, 명시적 학습집단. 셋째, 통제집단에 각각 12명씩 무작위로 배치되었다. 연구대상자는 40회의 습득과 20회의 파지 단계 수행을 실시했다. 과제는 실내 배드민턴 코트에서 3.5m 거리 대각선 반대편에 설치된 표적판을 향해 배드민턴 서브를 실시하는 것이었다. 테이터는 반복측정 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 종속변수는 방향오차(DE), 절대오차(AE), 가변오차(VE) 및 반경오차(RE)이다. 연구의 결과, 수행단계에서는 각 집단 간의 유익한 차가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 파지 단계에서는 암시적 정보제공 집단이 명시적 정보제공 집단과 통제집단보다 절대오차를 작게 범한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때, 암시적 정보제공 방법이 잠재적으로 운동학습을 향상시키는 하나의 방법 또는 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of implicit and explicit learning on the performance and learning of a badminton-serve task. Thirty-six high school student (36` females) whose ages ranged from 16 to 18 years (M=167) participated in this experiment. The participants were randomly assigned to one three experimental conditions: (1) implicit learning group(n=12), (2) explicit learning group(n=12), (3) control group(n=12). Subjects performed 40 acquisition trials followed by 20 retention trials ANOVAs with repeated measures on the last factor were performed on the various dependent variables absolute error(AE), variable error(VE), directional error(DE), and radial error(RE). The results of this investigation revealed significant main effects for Groups on the absolute error(AE) in the retention phase. Participants in the implicit learning group were significantly better than other groups in the absolute error(AE) in the retention phase. The present study suggests that implicit learning may be a more effective than the explicit and control groups.
