      • 황토 방바닥 마감재의 강도 특성에 따른 사용성 평가

        연구의 배경과 복적 오랫동안 건축 재료로 흙과 돌, 목재 등이 사용되어 오다가, 시멘트가 개발되어 모래와 자갈을 적정 비율로 섞은 모르타르가 사용되고 있다. 흙을 이용한 건축물의 특성은 라돈의 배출도 없고, 건조할 때나 습기가 많아도 어느 정도 습도조절이 가능하여, 보온과 단열 효과가 양호하다. 본 연구에서는 황토를 이용하여 과학적이고 합리적인 방법으로 고품질의 온돌 방바닥 재료를 개발하기 위하여 방바닥 마감재의 압축강도 기준에 적합한 경제적이고 효율적인 황토 모르타르의 적정 시공 배합비를 결정하여 사용 가능성을 알아보았다. 1. 황토의 배합비율이 감소하고 무기바인더 배합비율이 증가할수록 압축강도는 뚜렷하게 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 황토와 무기바인더 배합비율이 각각 87%에 13%인 경우와 86%에 14%, 85%에 15%인 경우가 방바닥 마감재의 기준강도에 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 안전을 고려하여 28일 강도가 141kgf/cm<sup>2</sup>인 황토 86%에 무기바인더 14%가 적합한 것으로 판단된다. 2. 충격시험 결과, 전 배합비에서 표면에 균열과 박리 현상 등과 같은 손상은 발견되지 않아 온돌 방바닥 마감재로써 문제가 없을 것으로 판단된다. 3. 균열시험 결과, 온도와 압력에 의해 균열이나 박리 현상은 발견되지 않았으므로 마감재로 사용 가능하다. 4. 마모시험 결과, 황토와 무기바인더의 배합비율이 각각 86%와 14%, 85%와 15%인 것이 마모율이 0.16% 이하로서 실제 사용에 큰 문제가 없을 것으로 생각된다. 5. 본 연구의 시험 결과를 종합하면, 황토 모르타르는 온돌 방바닥 마감재로 사용 가능하고, 적정 배합비는 황토 86%, 무기바인더 14%이다(여기서, 고화재는 무기바인더 중량의 3%, 물은 황토와 무기바인더 중량의 약 16.2%). The purpose of this study is decide the suitable mixture ratio of hwangtoh mortar in tests that are suited to compress strength for floor finish materials. It is possible to the high-quality ondol floor materials with hwangtoh. The result of tests, the hwangtoh mortar is possible with the ondol-floor finishing material/ the optimum mixture ratio are, the hwangtoh is 86%, the inorganic-binder is 14%, and the consolidation material is 3% of the inorganic-binder(weight)/ the water is 16.2% of the hwangtoh and inorganic-binder(weight).

      • 농촌마을에서의 지역공동체 활성화를 위한 공간구성

        본 연구에서는 농촌마을의 지역성과 역사성을 기초하여 마을의 형태 및 공간구조, 공간요소 등을 파악하고, 공동공간을 분석 및 재구성하여 공동체의 결속력을 높일 수 있는 농촌마을의 공간구성을 제시하고자 하였다. 농촌마을의 개념 및 공간구조와 농촌마을의 공동공간의 개념 및 변화를 알아보고 실제 공동공간에 대한 사례를 조사하였다. 충북권내 농촌마을종합개발 사업을 하는 체험마을 중 3개 마을에 대해 1950년 이후 현재까지 그 마을을 대표할 수 있는 완결된 공간에 대해 회고적으로 접근하여 고찰해보고 대상지에 대한 공간구조를 분석하였다. 대상지에 대한 공간구조를 분석한 결과 대상지의 공간구조와 공동공간의 변화요인은 생활양식, 농촌정책, 사회·정치적 제도 및 경제적 원리의 변화로 볼 수 있다. 공간구조와 공동공간은 시대에 따라 변화하므로 공간구조의 원리를 파악하여 계승하며 마을의 공동공간으로 개선시켜야 한다. 공간구조의 원리는 입구성과 중심성이 공동체의 결속력을 높일 수 있는 공동공간으로 조사되었으며, 소실되거나 과거에 비해 약화된 중심성의 대안을 마련하였다. 대안은 마을회관이 중심성을 잃지 않도록 마을별 개선점을 도출하였고 운영관리 효율성 제고를 위해 기능의 복합화를 제안하였으며, 마을 중심 마당의 역할과 기능을 확충시키고 재구성할 것을 제안하였다. 대상지별 공간구조 및 특징에 따른 계획특성과 방향을 설정하고, 그에 따른 부분별 공간계획 안을 제시하였다.

        This study has been done to investigate the characteristics of the wall materials of a earthen house ; the core-wall of wood-frame house and the mud-wall of a all-wall house. A series of tests was carried out to study the physical and mechanical properties of wall materials which were picked from existing earthen houses. The core-wall materials were composited sandy soil or clayey soil with low plasticity. The mud-wall materials were sandy soil with well compaction effect. It was confirmed that the wall materials were not always using the loess(called Hwangt'o) but using the common soils which were easily picked from the residential quarter.

        신재생에너지의 농촌마을 적용방안

        The international oil price have being fluctuated due to the exhaustion of fossil energy problem became big social issue. Rural villages are relatively sensitive to the energy problem, reflecting the characteristics of rural sustainable and stable introduction of renewable energy sources that are available is essential. In addition, through the influx of young workers in rural areas to regain vitality, efforts to improve rural living environment has been under the rural newtown project. In this study, a survey aimed at rural dwellers through the AHP, interview to report of realization about renewable energy and review the current policies. The results of realization survey though AHP are as follows, ① the advantage of the natural environment ② the superiority of government supporting policy and being economic, ③ easy to use, ④ ecologically stable, and ⑤ policy stable, respectively. In addition, renewable energy sources among the inhabitants of rural areas by solar energy was the highest score. The impact of regional characteristics compared with other energy sources receive little, easy to apply and has already been considerable technological development is considered.

        권역단위 농촌지역개발사업의 주민역량 측정을 위한 설문도구개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop survey tools for diagnosis of capacity levels in business promotion of rural residents when performing a rural development project of a regional unit. The cases of previous studies were analyzed to select community capacity indicators related to a rural development project. Five indicators were derived : social capital, consciousness of participation, community spirit, and leadership. Based on the five indicators, measurement items of various capacities were selected and 54 survey items were selected through evaluation of experts twice. The pilot tests were conducted and targeted at Jeonnam song ho-jung village and Gyeongnam Haegeumgang village to identify derived survey items. In addition, descriptive statistic analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. As a result, survey items were corrected by reducing 10 items of the total 54 items. This results showed that using this tool could help us understand capacity levels of rural residents.

        권역단위사업에서 주민 갈등 분석에 의한 사회적 취약성 평가

        In this study, we try to quantify resident``s conflict by rural development project based on previous researches about community capacities required for residents and social networks in rural village for suggesting efficient project model. we analyzed conflict elements in six category such as ``conflict in residents``, ``conflict in residents and leaders``, ``conflict in leaders``, ``conflict in villages``, ``conflict in development fund``, ``conflict in village by common income project``. These results also analyzed by personal background(age, role, education, income) of respondent in questionary survey. Results show that ``conflict in residents and leaders``, ``conflict in leaders``, ``conflict in development fund`` are perceived differently by age, role, education, and income in 5% significance level. Especially, relatively young age(below 40 years old) expressed clearly about conflict and high scored in item of ``residents and leaders``. Regression model show statistical significance(F=39.807, P=0.000) in influence relation analysis of conflict, network, leadership, and project fund. In this model, network β=-0.237, leadership β=-0.375, project fund β=-0.000 show network and leadership have negative relation to conflict but project fund is difficult to find relation with conflict. In this study, we defined social vulnerability using conflict, network, and leadership and verified the vulnerability of rural village applying regional community capacity in analysis results; vulnerability increased by the size of region and show inverse correlation to future vision of residents.

        농촌형 생태 뒷간의 개발과 사용성

        This research was focused on the new model and its utility value of environmental friendly backhouse that overcomes the weaknesses of traditional backhouse and modem backhouse. To develop the model, the characteristics, merits and demerits of backhouses and the effectives of additional materials were analyzed and the study result of Rhee etc.(2005) is based. The design drawing of an ecological backhouse was presented considering the sanitation, environment, economy, and utility among the merits of existing backhouses and it's product showed. The new designed model is considered to conveniences in modern toilet and staff is used instead to water as it is suitable for additional material of night-soil. This product was established at farm house and it's utility was proved. And a farmer easily are able to make this backhouse according it's design drawing.

        The insulation characteristics of earthen core wall were studied in this paper. The overall heat transfer coefficients(U) were obtained through experiment in accordance with Korea Industrial standards. The result of the experiment are compared with the Regional Overall Heat Transfer Coefficient(U) of Building. This results inform that core wall with soil can be used as building walls because the insulation characteristics agree to the rule of building standards.

        수치해석을 통한 구들의 열 흐름 특성 연구

        The heat flow characteristics of the Gudle (traditional Ondol) used a lot at farm houses have been performed with variations of Bunengki (Fireridge) by numerical analysis and field experiment. The Doedon-Gorae (Return-Firetunnel) Gudle is analyzed among the structure of Gudle. The distribution of heat flow in Gorse (Firetunnel) and the temperature distribution in floor of 3 Buneomgi (Fire ridge) was more uniform than that of 1 Buneomgi. The heat efficiency of 3 Buneomgi was higher than that of 1 Bunengki. That is, the 3 Bunengk is more efficient and more uniform temperature.
