        The purposes of this study to are rediscover our traditional cooperative hand-down from old times, to systematize the cooperative, Maul Gumgo theoretically, and further to set up a fixed model and the efficient ways of management. Firstly, I have tried to compare the western cooperative with Maul Gumgo (community safe) as the latter has borrowed management skills from the former. Secondly, I have studied how to relate the idelogy of Maul Gumgo with Saemaul Moverment. Thirdly, I have studied organization, system, function ajnd basic characteristics of Maul Gumgo. In short, Maul Gumgo is an economic unit based on human nature itself. The members of Maul Gumgo are investors users and even can be a boardmember. Therefore, voluntary participation is required for the members and the operation of it should be done by the democratic principles. Maul Gumgo has been remarkably progressed in quality and quantity for 15 years also the perspective is good in future. I have researched 9 Maul Gumgo which are relatively well managed in rural, urban areas and in workshops. In each categary, 3 Maul Gumgo are selected for the investigation. Through the research, the following suggestions are mage for the effective way of management of Maul Gumgo; 1. Intensification of education and training should be reinforced, for members, boardmembers and staffs. 2. Self and federation auditing should be reinforced. The auditors have to get the through and professional education to perform their functions efficiently. 3. The management system should be decentralized instead of present centralization. In order to do so, legal guarantee in the branch of city, ward, county or province should be assured. The efficient way of operation is to establish the provincial branch. 4. Encouragement of the small scale Maul Gumgo instead of the large scale is available for the Operation. 5. Instead of external investment of the unit Maul Gumgo, it should be transferred into the deposit to the branch of city, ward and county, or province. The external investment should be implemented only through the central federation instead of direct external investment from the unit Maul Gumgo through City, ward, ward, county or province. 6. The present general meeting should be held by the representatives, and group or circle meeting should be intensified instead of present monthly meeting. 7. The legal deposit in each unit Maul Gumgo should be seperated from the master ledger, which means an independent ledger, and the interest from this deposit should be transferred into stafff salary. 8. Expenses for facilities and education should be provided by the government, and publicities should be done through monthly Ban Sang Hwae (small group meeting). 9. Positive encouragement of purche-and-sale system in the community, firm establishment of circulation order with the market price principle according to the fair trade rule and elimination of the undue profit from the middle-men. 10. High dividend by investment should be prohibited and encouraged divident by loan amount. To perform the above mentioned efficiently, first of all, revision of Maul Gumgo's law is suggested and recommended. And even though the principle of market price in evaluation of investment and the profit which accrued by the disorganization of the unit Maul Gumgo are presently disregarded these two factors should be considered for the memberrs

        The main purpose of this review is the fundamental similarities and differeneses between community development and community organization. The results are following: 1. Both, community development and community organization may gradually take on a new look and wider meanings and are clearly similar in many respects. 2. Community organization is social invention designed to deal with the problems resulting from the industrial revolution and has been largely concerned with attempts to solve social problems and correct social imbalances within institutional structure, the status quo. But, community development is one means of inducing social change through grass-roots effort or grass-roots democracy. 3. Both, the community organization and community development may tend to flow together to effect some new systhesis under the name the one or the other. 4. But, in any case, the unique values of the community development approach must not be forsaken.

        One hand, medernization was came cut well us, but the other hand, it disorganized society, community and even individuals and families. In the material afluent, though high leveled public services by government and private enterprises improved the standard of quality of life, it, in the other hand, altered the way of life and, in the end, our life was socialized by it. The way of life is getting more individualization, heterogeneity, characterization, complication and mobility. And then, this socialization of life has been deepened us the dependency to the locality (or area) as a base (or position) to live together with neighbor. The complicate and delicate needs of personal life did not sufficient with that public services because it filled with many things and facts. The problems derived from urbanization-destruction of environment, traffic mess, calamity and public nuisance make our living and life insecure. Here, we all are tasted the "poverty in afluent". Man who lost identity, subjectivity and humanity, and broken in interrelation with his neighbour, is degradated the "lonely crowd" because of isolation and alienation, insinerity and unrest. Therefore, man needs community that cultivate us the ability of self-control and goverment through mutual aid and control. For that reason, wes become conscious of and recognize with community as a base or position that become develope the intimate interrelation between neghbour who lives in the same area (or locality), entertaines the solidarity and restores the humanity. On this tread of connection, the purposes of this study are a self-examination and groping about for community. Connecting with locality and common tie or solidarity by means of necessity for living and life, we tryed to look for newely the possibility of community reorganization or formulation of community as a base(or position) for living and life that is a gathering of individual bases or positions.

        외식산업에서 ‘갑질’이 종사원의 감정소진, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동 그리고 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examining the influence of 'GABJIL' (abusive supervision) and (customer incivility) on employees' emotional burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention in the foodservice industry. Data were collected from employees who are currently working in the foodservice industry and those who used to work for the past one year in the foodservice industry. A total of 499 samples were used for the data analysis. SPSS 20 was used for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis while AMOS was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM). The results of SEM found that 'GABJIL' (customer incivility) had a significant impact on emotional burnout. However ‘GABJIL' (abusive supervision) found to have no significant impact on emotional burnout. Finally, implications about young generations which include MZ generation are discussed. 본 연구에서는 민감한 사회 이슈인 갑질을 손님으로부터 행하여지는 외부갑질과 직장 내부에서 행해지는 내부갑질로 구분하여 각각의 갑질이 외식종사원들의 감정 변수에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그리고 갑질의 피해로부터 종사원을 보호하기 위해서 필요한 조치는 어떤 것이 있는지를 감정소진, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동, 이직의도 같은 행동 변수를 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 온라인과 오프라인을 이용하여 외식산업에 종사하고 있거나 지난 1년까지 종사하였던 종사자로부터 499개의 데이터를 확보했다. 실증분석은 SPSS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고 가설검증은 AMOS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 외부갑질은 외식종사원의 감정소진에 유의미한 영향을 주었지만 내부갑질은 가설과 다르게 유의미한 영향이 없었다. 갑질로 인한 부정적인 영향은 감정소진을 영향을 주고 직무만족과 조직몰입 이직의도에도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 외식산업에서 갑질이 종사원의 행동변수에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있었으며 이 연구 표본의 70% 이상이 MZ세대를 포함하는 젊은 연령대(20대, 30대)로 갑질에 대응하는 젊은 세대의 행동을 이해하는데 도움을 주고, 갑질이 MZ세대 종사원들에 미치는 영향에 대한 인사이트를 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결론 부분에서 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 세부적으로 논의하였다.

        외식업체 상사의 ‘갑질’이 결과변수에 미치는 영향 : 조직공정성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study aimed at examining the influence of supervisor's 'GABJIL' (abusive supervision) on outcome variables such as employees' emotional burnout and job satisfaction, and identify the moderating effect of three types of organizational justice (i.e., distributional justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) on the relationship between emotional burnout and job satisfaction in the foodservice industry. Data were collected from employees who are currently working in the foodservice industry and those who were employed in the foodservice industry during the past year. A total of 499 samples were used for the data analysis. SPSS 20 was used for exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and reliability analysis. In order to verify the suggested hypothesis, simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used. The results of the regression analysis found that supervisor's 'GABJIL' (abusive supervision) had a significant impact on emotional burnout. Employee's emotional burnout was also found to have a significant impact on employee's job satisfaction. In terms of the moderating effect of organizational justice, only procedural justice had a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional burnout and job satisfaction. The results of this study will greatly help researchers and practitioners understand the influence of supervisor's ‘GABJIL’ on restaurant employees' reactions. 본 연구에서는 우리 사회에서 민감하게 다뤄지는 사회 현상인 갑질이라는 주제를 외식산업에 적용하여 외식산업에서 직장상사의 갑질이(상사의 무례한 행동) 결과변수인 종사원의 감정소진과 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 조직공정성이 감정소진과 직무만족의 영향관계에서 감정소진을 최소화하며 직무 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 조절변수 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 데이터 수집은 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 현재 외식기업에서 일하고 있거나 1년 전까지 일한 경험이 있는 외식산업 종사자를 대상으로 실행하였고. 이를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 499부의 유효한 표본을얻었다. 실증분석은 SPSS 20을 이용해서 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 회기분석과 조절효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회기분석을 실시하였다. 회기분석 결과, 직장 상사의 갑질은 종사원의 감정소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고. 종사원의 감정소진은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정소진과 직무만족의영향관계 사이에서 조직공정성은 분배공정성이 유일하게 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 직장 내부에서 행하여지는 갑질이 종업원에게 감정과 직무만족에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과와 직장 내에서 상사로 부터의 갑질 상황이 벌어졌을 때 금전적인 보상보다 종업원에게 정확한 절차와 설명을 통하여 종업원의 감정과 마음을 잘 헤아리고 이해하려는 노력이 더 중요하다는 결론을 얻었다. 이 연구의 결론부분에서 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 세부적으로 논의하였다.
