This paper proposes a practical circular guidance law for inspecting electric power facilities using UAVs. The ultimate goal of the proposed guidance law is to make the UAV maintain a predetermined circular trajectory around the target of interest. Analyzing the linearized relative kinematics between the UAV and the target, it is observed that the guidance loop can be stabilized by a guidance law using a look angle feedback only. Based on this inspirational observation, a nonlinear guidance law is designed in the sense of Lyapunov stability. Unlike the existing approaches that have a number of equilibriums, the proposed method has a unique equilibrium point, which ensures the consistent convergence property of the guidance loop regardless of the initial guidance geometry. Through computer simulations, it is verified that the suggested guidance law shows the better performance as well as requires less energy than the previous methods.

개업상담자의 초기 운영경험에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 중심으로

목적 본 연구의 목적은 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 개업 초기의 어려움과 성공적인 상담센터 운영에 필요한 것 등 개업 상담자의 개업 초기 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 더불어 본 연구를 통해 상담자의 진로로서 개업상담에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 개업 후 2년 미만의 상담센터를 개업하여 운영하는 9명의 상담자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 연구자료를 수집하였다. 연구자료는 Van Kaam의 분석법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 개업상담자의 초기 운영경험은 16개의 하위 주제, 8개의 주제, 3개의 범주를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 3개의 범주는 “개업 준비과정”, “개업 초기 경험”, “개업상담의 미래”로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에서 여러 요인들이 탐색되었나 무엇보다 상담자의 전문성이 가장 중요한 요인이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 개업초기의 어려움과 개업을 위해 고려하고 준비해야 할 점에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 이와 함께 상담센터 개업 및 운영, 상담분야의 정책수립 등에 대한 시사점과 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the early managerial experiences of entrepreneurial counselors such as difficulties in the early stages of opening a business and what is necessary for successful counseling center management through focus group interview. In addition, this study tried to explore the experiences of managerial experiece as a career path for counselors. Methods Through foucs group interview, data were collected by interviewing 9 counselors who opened and managing a counseling center less than 2 years after opened. data were analyzed using Van Kaam’s analysis method. Results As a result of this study, the early managerial experience of entrepreneurial counselors had 16 sub-themes, 8 themes, and 3 categories. The three categories were “Opening preparation process”, “Early experience in business”, “The future of entrepreneurial counseling”. As a result of this study, several factors were explored but the professionality of the counselor is the most important factor. Conclusions Based on result of this study, we provided basic data on the difficulties in the early stage of opening a business and the points to be considered and prepared for opening a business. In addition, implications for the opening and management of the counseling center and policy establishment in the counseling field, limitations of this study, and some suggestions for further were discussed.
