The rake angle bites of positive and negative were made use of cutting condition. The sound pressure level and cutting resistance which arise depending on cutting condition were measured by experimental method. Following results were obtained in this paper: The result of measurement of Sound Pressure Level(S. P. L) in cutting work was not largely affected in condition of positive and negative rake angle of bite. But in the range of cutting speed. 40∼70m/sec, S. P. L. was reduced in condition of negative. S. P. L increase cintinuously in positive rake angle but we could make sure the stability of S. P. L in the condition of negative rake angle when the cutting speed was high. The size of cutting resistance was proportionate to cutting sectional area rather than affection of cutting resistance.

In the recent day, fatigue life prediction techniques playa major role in the design of components in the ground vehicle industry. Full scale durability testing in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components or structure of the automotive vehicle. Component testing is particulary impotant in today's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, 3-axis durability testing device is used to carry out the fatigue test.<br/> In this paper, The operation software for simultaneously driving 3-axis vibration testing device is developed and the displacement of the 3-axis actuator is separately calibrated by LOT. Moreover, the input and output data are displayed in windows of PC controller with real time.

Generally, Hydraulic road simulator is used to carry out the fatigue test and the vibration test. <br/> In this paper, the algorithm and software to realize the real road profile are developed. The operation software for simultaneously controlled multi-axial simulator is developed and the input and output data are displayed window based PC controller in real time.<br/> The software to generate the real road profile are developed. This paper developed a road profile reappearance software and simultaneously apply 3-axial actuator to white noise, so we verified the propriety of reappearance software through accomplishes an real test.
