Columbite법으로 제조된 (Na,K,Li)(Nb,Ta,Sb)O3 세라믹스의 하소온도에 따른 유전 및 압전 특성

In this paper, in order to develop optimum composition ceramics with excellent piezoelectric properties, (Na0.525K0.443Li0.037)(Nb0.823Sb0.08Ta0.037)O3+0.3wt%Bi2O3+0.4wt%Fe2O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional soild-state method. The calcination temperature of columbite precursors were fabricated at temperature range from 950℃ to 1150℃ and sintering aids with low melting point were added to densify these ceramics. Effect of calcination temperature on dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics were investigated. the ceramics with B-site columbite precursors at temperature of 1100℃ obtained the optimal values of d33=272 [pC/N], kp=0.51, Qm=102, εr=978. 본 실험에서는 우수한 압전 및 유전 특성을 갖는 세라믹스 개발을 위하여 (Na0.525K0.443Li0.037)(Nb0.823Sb0.08Ta0.037)O3 + 0.3wt% Bi2O3 + 0.4wt% Fe2O3 조성에 B-site 하소온도의 변화가 유전 및 압전 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과,B-site 하소온도가 증가함에 따라 최적의 압전계수, 전기기계 결합계수는 1100℃에서 하소된 시편에서 272 pC/N, 0.51의 최댓값을 나타냈다.
BiFeO3 치환에 따른 PMW-PNN-PZT세라믹스의 강유전 및 압전 특성

In this paper, in order to develop the composition ceramics with the outstanding piezoelectric properties, Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)0.03(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.09(Zr0.5Ti0.5)0.88O3 ceramics substituted with BiFeO3 were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The addition of small amount of Li2CO3 and CaCO3 as sintering aids decreased the sintering temperature of the ceramics. The effects of BiFeO3 substitution on their piezoelectric and dielectric properties were investigated. when 0.015 mol BiFeO3 was substituted, the optimal physical properties of d33=590 pC/N, Ec=8.78 kV/mm were obtained. 본 실험에서는 햅틱용 압전 엑츄에이터 소자로 응용하기 위해 높은 전압에서 구동 시 소극이 되지 않는 항전계(Ec)와 동시에 큰 압전 d상수를 갖는 조성을 개발하기 위해서 Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)0.03(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.09(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3 + xBiFeO3 + 0.2 wt% La2CO3 + 0.25 wt% CaCO3 조성에 BiFeO3 치환량에 변화를 주어 시편을 제작하고 실험을 통하여 BiFeO3의 치환이 세라믹의 미세구조와 압전 및 강유전 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 치환량이 증가할수록 밀도는 증가하였고, 그레인 크기 또한 증가되었다. 항전계는 x=0.015에서 8.78 kV/cm까지 증가하였으며, 잔류분극은 첨가량에 증가에 따라 감소하는 특성을 나타내었다.
ZnO 첨가에 따른 PMW-PNN-PZT 세라믹스의 유전 및 압전 특성

In this paper, in order to develop the composition ceramics with the excellent dielectric properties, $Pb(Mg_{1/2}W_{1/2})_{0.03}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.09}(Zr_{0.5}Ti_{0.5})_{0.88}O_3$ ceramics were fabricated by the conventional solid-state method. The effects of ZnO addition on their microstructure and piezoelectric properties were systematically investigated. The rhombohedral-tetragonal phase coexistence has been found in the ceramics without ZnO content and then with further increasing ZnO content, specimens exhibited tetragonal phase. The optimized ZnO content formed liquid phase and aided the grain growth of specimens. When 0.4 wt% ZnO was added, the optimal physical properties ($d_{33}=422pC/N$, $d_{31}=161pC/N$, ${\varepsilon}_r=1,905$, $k_p=0.55$, $Q_m=160$) were obtained.

In this study, in order to develop the composition ceramics with the excellent electrocaloric properties, $(Pb_{0.88}La_{0.08})(Zr_{0.65}Ti_{0.35})O_3$ ceramics were fabricated by the conventional solid-state method. Electrocaloric effects of $(Pb_{0.88}La_{0.08})(Zr_{0.65}Ti_{0.35})O_3$ ferroelectric ceramics were investigated and discussed using the characteristics of P-E hysteresis loops at wide temperature range from room temperature to $220^{\circ}C$. The temperature change ${\Delta}T$ due to the electrocaloric effect was calculated by Maxwell's relations, and reached the maximum of ~0.19 at $190^{\circ}C$ under applied electric field of 30 kV/cm.
Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 세라믹스의 유전 및 전기열량 특성

본 연구에서는 Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 조성을 선택하여 Zr의 치환량(=x)을 변화시켜 시편을 제조한 후, 인가 전계변화에 따른 유전 및 전기열량 특성을 관찰하였으며 그 결과 TC는 Zr의 치환량이 증가함에 따라서 각각 x=0.125(85℃), x=0.15(80℃), x=0.175(80℃), x=0.2(55℃)로 감소하는 특성을 보였다. Zr의 치환량이 증가함에 따라서 온도변화 ⊿T는 (a)∼0.07°C (측정온도 85°C), (b)∼0.06°C (측정온도 80°C), (c)∼0.06°C (측정온도 80°C), (d)∼0.04℃ (측정온도 55℃)를 30kV/cm의 전계가 인가되었을 때 각각 나타내었다. In this study, in order to develop composition ceramics for refrigeration device application at a temperature of less than $90^{\circ}C$, a $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Zr_x)O_3$ composition was fabricated using a conventional solid-state method. Electrocaloric properties of these ceramics were investigated using the characteristics of P-E hysteresis loops in a wide temperature range from room temperature to $150^{\circ}C$. The Curie temperature of $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Zr_x)O_3$ ceramics decreased with the increase of x. The maximum value of ${\Delta}T=0.07^{\circ}C$ in an ambient temperature of $85^{\circ}C$ under 30 kV/cm appeared when x = 0.125. It was concluded that the composition (x = 0.125) ceramics can be used for refrigeration device applications.
저온소결 8/65/35 PLZT 세라믹의 전기열량 효과

In this study, in order to develop the composition ceramics with the excellent electrocaloric properties, 8/65/35 PLZT ceramics were fabricated by the conventional solid-state method with the addition of $Bi_2O_3$, CuO, $Li_2CO_3$ and the variation of sintering temperature from $930^{\circ}C$ to $990^{\circ}C$. The XRD pattern of all specimens indicated general perovskite structure and the rhombohedral phase were observed. Curie temperature ($T_c$) of all specimens was observed in the vicinity of about $190^{\circ}C$. Density, coercive field and remnant polarization of the specimen sintered at $950^{\circ}C$ was $7.55g/cm^3$, 8.895 kV/cm, $11.22{\mu}C/cm^2$, respectively. EC effect of PLZT ceramics was measured by indirect method and the temperature change ${\Delta}T$ due to the electrocaloric effect was calculated by Maxwell's relations. ${\Delta}T$ of ceramic sintered at $950^{\circ}C$ was $0.21^{\circ}C$ under application of 40 kV/cm at $190^{\circ}C$.
