        病院廢水의 特性과 處理에 關한 鼎究

        The hospital wastewaters have to be so disposed as to prevent disease and to protect water resources from hazardous substances; disinfectants, medicines, and chemicals. Polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine complex (po꺼done-iodine) is widely used in the hospital as one of disinfectants. πùs study was carried out to manifest the effect of disinfectants in growth of activated sludge in treatment of the hospital wastewater by the activated sludge process. The results are as follow. 1. An average water quality of the hospital wastewater showed 7.2 in pH, 3.2 ppm in 00, 293.3 ppm in SS, 96.0 ppm in 800, 151 .1 ppm in COO, 0.4 ppm in povidone-iodine, 0.5 ppm in phenols, 5.4 ppm in surfactants, 1.6 ppm in o-phosphate, 4.6 ppm in NH3 -N, 249 x 104 counts/l00 mQ in coliform group organisms, and 1,369 x 101 counts/mQ in general counts of bacteria. And wastewater amounts discharged per bed was ca1culated 70 Q/d/bed. 2. In batch culture activated sludge process, each of cresol and podone-iodine was not effected in less than 0.1 ppm concentration, but the more concentration, the more inhibit the growth rate of activated sludge. In the mixture of two disinfectants, the growth was more inhibited the effect of single disinfectants. So that this reaction is considered as addition effect of two disinfectants. 3. The removal rates of the disinfectants by continuous cu1ture activated sludge process were 77 .6% in 0.4 ppm povidone-iodine, and in 80D was 85.6%. 4. It is desirable that the hospital wastewater is planed in order to be discharged to two system separately, sewer from life system and wastewater from medica1 system. From those results, it has been conc1uded that the hospital wastewater has to be treated safely by the activated sludge process.

        의암인공호의 (衣岩人工湖) 오염화에 관한 육수학적 고찰 - 도시하수가 의암인공호의 수질 및 plankton 에 미치는 영향 -

        1) This study is a comparision of two sample stations which are not directly affected by sewage to a station which is directly affected. 2) Water temperature, pH, disolved oxygen, NH₃-N, NO₃-N, Cl^-, COD, BOD, Total hardness, PO₄^(-3) and Transparency were measured. Also plankton fauna were studied with neccessary considerations being given to seasonal variations. 3) The sewage outflow sample station howed high Cl^-, COD, BOD over the entire study period with especially high values during the summer. 4) In the sewage area the primary productivity of phytoplankton was found to be very high and oxygen saturation levels were found to be maximum at all depths for all three stations, except at station 3 where it was low for the bottom sample only. The low level on the station 3 bottom sample was stributed to the decomposition of bottom organic materials. 5) In the plankton composition studies, the genus Rotifera was found to be very much more abundant at station 3 than at the others. 6) At station 3 the dominant species (intolerant species) were as follows Astasia sp., Eudorina elegans, Euglena tripleris of protozoa, Brachionus calyciflorus, B. quadridentatus, B. urceolaris, Filina longiseta, Monostyla sp., Notholca acuminata Plstyias patulus of Rotifera, Anabaena sp., Aphanizomenon ovalisporum, Lyngbya acuminata, Osillaforia sancta of Cyanophyceae, and Mougeotia scalaris of Chlorophyta.

      • 膽汁酸의 分離定量에 關한 硏究

        1. In the seperation procedure of several bile acids by paper chromatography, such stationary phases as 70~80% of acetic acid and 30~50% of formic acid was found better. And in the developing solvent, n-propyl alcohol : acetic acid : H₂O(90:2:8) was found better than Krichevsky's solvent, n-propyl alcohol : ammonia : H₂O. 2. In the seperation procedure of bile acid by T. L. C. such first developing solvent as iso-amyl alcohol : formic acid : H₂O(18:5:3) was found better than iso-amyl alcohol : acetic acid : H₂O(18:5:3) And such second developing solvent as toluene acetic acid : H₂O(5:3:1) was found better in seperating desoxycholic acid and lithocholic acid both of which have the similar Rf value each other. 3. Amount of cholic acid seperated in paper chromatography was directly determind by densitometer. 4. In quantity analysis by spectrophotofluorometer when bile acid was heated at 100℃ in 98% of sulfuric acid for 10 minutes fluorescence strength was uniform. Activating wave : 430mμ.

        일본에 있어서 퍼지(Fuzzy)제어 용접기의 현상과 동향

        일본에서는 지금까지 제조공정에서의 생산성향상을 강력하게 추진해 왔으며 용접작업에 있어서도 인버터제어 용접기를 이용하여 고품질의 용접을 하여왔다. 그러나 최근 일손의 부족에 의한 노동환경의 변화로 용접기에 대한 사용자의 요구가 다양화되고 있다. 다시말해서 일손의 부족을 자동화로보트화로 대처하기 위하여 용접기의 새로운 고성능화를 요구함과 함께 종래 숙련작업자의 경험이나 기능에 의존해온 용접품질을 용접기의 새로운 기능으로 보상하도록 요구하고 있다. 최근 수년동안 용접기 제조업체에서는 이러한 요구에 대응한 제품을 개발, 퍼지제어 용접기로서 생산하고 있다. 이 글에서는 일본에 있어서 최근 화제로 되어 있는 퍼지제어 용접기의 현황을 중심으로 고성능화를 위한 새로운 용접기 제어방법에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

      • 漢江上流의 크롬이온 分布에 關한 硏究

        1. 1974年 9月 20日과 11月 22日 2次에 걸쳐 安養川, 中浪川, 貞陵川 및 漢江本流에서 크롬을 檢索하는 한편 DO 및 pH를 測定하였다. 2. 貞陵川의 調査地點中에서 St. 1과 St. 2에서는 9月의 調査時에 크롬이 檢出되어 各各 0.05ppm 및 0.09ppm이었으나 11월에는 檢出되지 아니하였다. 中浪川의 2個調査地點인 St. 4 및 St. 5에서 9月에는 0.05ppm 및 0.11ppm이 檢出되었고 11月에는 各各 0.05ppm 및 0.07ppm이 檢出되었다. 中浪川과 淸溪川의 물이 合流되어 흐르는 St. 6에서는 11月에만 0.05ppm 程度가 檢出되었다. 安養川에서는 St. 7 및 St. 8에서 9月에는 檢出되지 아니하였으나 11月에는 0.01ppm 및 0.05ppm이 檢出되었다. St. 9 및 St. 10인 漢江本流에서는 9月 및 11月에 다같이 크롬을 檢出치 못하였다. 3. DO値와 pH値는 1969年 및 1971年에 比하여 中浪川인 St. 4 및 St. 5와 安養川인 St. 7 및 St. 8과 漢江本流에서 別變動이 없었고 다만 St. 1 및 St. 2에서는 若干 높아져 있음을 알았다. The authors investigated the present status of the chromium, DO and pH in the water of the Han river and its branches. The contents of chromium, DO and pH was measured twice in September 20th and November 22nd during 1974, on the An yang stream, Jeong neung stream, Jung ryang stream and Han river(main). 1. In September, at St. 1 and 2 on the Jeong neung stream chromium ion was determined 0.05ppm and 0.09ppm, and at the St. 4 and 5 on the Jung ryang stream chromium ion was determined 0.05ppm and 0.11 ppm, at the St. 6 where the confluence of Jung ryang stream and Chung gae stream and at the St. 7 and 8 on the An yang stream chromium ion was not detected in this month. 2. In November, on the Jeong neung stream chromium ion was not detected and on the Jung ryang stream chromium ion was determined 0.06ppm and 0.07ppm. At the St. 6 chromium ion was determined 0.05ppm and at the St. 7 and 8 on the Anyang stream chromium ion was determined 0.01ppm and 0.05ppm. Both in Siptember and November, the chromium ion was not detected at the St. 9 and 10 on the Han river(main).

        原州川의 水質汚梁에 관한 調査冊究

        U rban sewage and stream water in Vv onju city were examined and the results were as fo Jlows: The average water quality of Wonj u stream was flow 52, 8 띠r/min , BOD 21.1 4ppm , COD 7.06 ppm , SS 2124 ppm, C\ · 23.14ppm , O-Phosphate 1.08ppm, NH3-N 1. 08ppm, N02-N ι 6:3 ppm and pH 7.48 respectivc!y. The average water quality of urban sewage was f10w 2.76m3/min , BOD 112.7ppm, COD 3:\.6ppm , SS3744ppm , C\-46.2ppm, O-Phosphate 1.56ppm , NH3-N 5.96ppm and \ζ 2-N 3.28ppm respective\y. T ,le quaIi ty of stream water showed was 4th grade area according to environmental water Illa Ii ty standard.
