        시니어 남성의 기성복 피팅용 드레스폼 개발을 위한 상반신 체형분류

        This study builds a database that can be reflected in the production of dress form for fitting by typifying the upper body shape of a senior male. This study analyzed the 3D shape data of 405 persons of the 5th Size Korea. The age range is from 50s 210 persons and 60s 205 persons. Analysis items to identify upper body shape of senior males consisted of 51 items. 3D shape data were also measured using a Geomagic Design X program for the analysis of the upper body of the senior male required for the dress form of this study. The reference point was based on the Size Korea 2010 3D measurement standard and created points (Back-protrusion) on shape data. As a result of the senior men type, the senior men’s body type was classified into four types:1. Overall, the upper body is a large body type and the most undistorted overall body type 2. Width / Thickness Flatness is the largest and vertical length factor is the smallest abdominal obesity type 3. Severe flexion of the back part type 4. The upper body is small and the scapular bending is severe. The elderly body type showed a high distribution ratio in the type with severe flexion. The development of a dress form that reflects the cause of the finery issue can improve the fit of ready-to–wear.

        친환경 패션소재로서의 대나무 섬유 제품화-지속 가능한 발전 개념의 적용-

        보면, 중국은 대나무 섬유의 원료 및 원사개발 위주로, 일본은 중국의 원료를 사용한 원사 및 소재브랜드 개발에 치중하고 있다. 이에 반해 한국의 경우, 산발적으로 몇몇 의류유통업체에서 직접적으로 속옷이나 남성용 셔츠나 수트 등 기본적 아이템에 적용시키고 있는 실정이다.한국은 동일 조건하에서 대나무 섬유를 의류산업에 적용하고 있는 일본과 같이 방대한 자원과 저렴한 제조비용 등으로 중국산 대나무 원료를 사용할 수 밖에 없다. 그러나, 일본과의 경쟁에서 우위를 선점하기 위해서는 패션트렌드를 적극적으로 반영한 친환경적인 패션 소재와 의류제품을 개발하는 동시에 대나무의 기능성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 기능성 의류로의 용도전개에 힘써야 할 것이다. 아울러 드라마나 영화문화가 국내 시장의 단단한 입지위에서 한류가 되어 해외에서 인정받듯이 대나무 섬유소재에 대한 적극적인 마케팅을 통해 내수시장을 확고히 하는 동시에 이를 수출로 연결시켜야 한다. This study started with the analyses of the leading cases of eco-fiber R&D as part of the evironmental management of foreign apparel firms. Despite the growing importance of environmental product in practice, academic attention to this area has been seriously lacking. So mechanical properties and function of bamboo fiber as Eco-Fashion materials was introduced. Through this study, I provide Korea apparel firms with guidelines toward the commercialization of bamboo fiber as a evironmental product based on comparative case studies between Korea, China and Japan.

        국내 시판 유아용 커버롤의 디자인 선호도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide information on how to improve the current design of infant coveralls through analysis of the design preferences of Korean consumer. In order to compile the information about preferences with the detail design of infant coveralls, a questionnaire was administered to mothers of 241 infants (aged under 36 months) living in Seoul, and analyzed using the SPSS WIN.10.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Results of buying conditions and design preference of infant coverall : To the question asking what kind of materials they preferred according to the season as material for infant coverall, the respondents preferred cotton knit as the materials for summer, but padding material for winter. The most favored design type were a flat collar, regular bodice type without cutting line, a raglan sleeves, snap front fastener, elastic band cuffs. 2) There is significant difference in preferred material and design among the month of age groups. 3) Analysis of the differences in preferred material and detail design according to gender. In preferred material, it seemed as if girl baby group prefer cotton knit material, while boy baby group prefer padding material. There is definite difference in preferred neckline type, girl baby group prefer flat collar, while boy baby group prefer stand collar.

        3D 디지털 기술을 활용한 시니어 남성 기성복 피팅용 드레스폼 개발에 관한 연구

        This study was to develop a dress form that is highly representative of the body shapes of senior men in their 50s and 60s. And this research was compared the measurements and forms of three different dress forms available in the market, in order to analyze the body type and suitability and provide a standard for developing and utilizing the dress forms. After extracting the body shapes of the senior men’s 3D shape, the body type that is curvature on the back prevalent among senior men, was chosen. The dress form was created as follows: 3D modeling and rendering, printing with a FDM-type 3D printer. The dress forms were 3D-scanned and the 3D data was analyzed – classification drop value, area deviation, compared horizontal section and vertical section. The results were as follows: This suggested that the area deviation amount at the chest and hip circumference levels was larger in the commercial products than in the dress form in this study, while that at the waist circumference level was larger in the dress form in this study. The vertical length of the lateral shoulder point-waist circumference was smaller, the side shape showed severe curvature on the back, and the waist circumference was larger in the senior men dress form than the commercial products. The dress form developed in this study reflected the body type of senior men and, therefore, were suitable for fitting when creating clothes for senior men.

        의료용 압박스타킹 소재의 제조국 별 물리적 특성 비교

        This study investigates the improvement of domestic compression stockings by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of materials and fabrics of medical compression stockings developed in Korea and domestic imported compression stockings. Among imported compression stockings currently available in Korea, three brands with high sales rates are selected by countries (USA, Italy, and Germany) to measure the physical and mechanical properties of the material. Medical compression stockings to be analyzed were selected as M size pantyhose included in 20-30mmHg. As a result, the tensile elongation of medical compression stockings selected in this study was the highest in Korean products in the ankle, while the highest in the US was in the thigh, and the elasticity of Italian products was low. The recovery rate of the kidneys was similar for all four ankles. The ankle weight was the highest except for Korean products that showed the highest weight of the thigh and difference from products of other countries. US product also showed high shape stability due to high recovery of tensile strength from high value RT. Italian products showed low banding and shear values; however, shape stability was poor with good drapeability. In Germany, LT and RT values were low, but clothing comfort was considered excellent. In Korea, LT and RT values, banding and shear characteristics were high, and drapeability was poor. Stiffness was good, but recoverability was excellent.
