외부지식탐색이 혁신속도에 미치는 영향: 수출성과의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study suggests external knowledge search as a way of creating knowledge and efforts for reaching out to the innovation and examines the relationship between innovation speed and the breadth and depth of external knowledge search. As a part of efforts to overcome the limitations of the routines of external knowledge search in the domestic market, the efforts of a firm to enter the foreign market have been examined with a moderate effect. Although previous research focused on exploration of external knowledge that is mostly effected in single country or similar industry, this study expands it by introducing the concept of market expansion and empirically inspect the interaction effect. 818 valid samples used in this study are based on the innovation survey published by STEPI and empirical results are as follows. First, the breadth and depth of external knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation speed. Second, export performance as the effect of expanding the market has a moderating effect on the speed of innovation. Third, younger companies prefer various networks while older companies prefer depth networks in order to increase the speed. 본 연구는 기업이 지식을 창출하고 혁신에 이르기 위해 노력하는 방안으로써 외부지식탐색을 제시하고 외부지식탐색의 폭과 깊이를 중심으로 혁신속도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 국내시장에서 기업이 외부지식탐색이 가지는 루틴의 한계를 극복하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 해외시장으로 진출하고자 하는 노력을 조절효과로 살펴보았다. 기존연구에서는 외부지식탐색이 대부분 단일국가 혹은 유사 산업 간에서 나타나는 여러 가지 효과를 살펴보았다면, 본 연구는 이를 조금 더 확장하여 시장확대 개념을 도입해 그 상호작용을 실증한 것이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 818개의 유효 표본은 STEPI에서 발간하는 혁신조사를 기반으로 하였으며, 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외부지식탐색의 폭과 깊이는 혁신속도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시장확대효과로써 수출성과는 외부지식탐색의 폭 및 깊이와 함께 상호작용하여 혁신속도에 조절효과를 가진다. 셋째, 젊은 기업일수록 다양한 네트워크를 선호하면서 수출증대효과와 상호작용하며 나이가 많은 기업일수록 심도있는 네트워크를 선호하면서 수출증대와 상호작용하여 혁신속도를 증가시킨다.
재해예방 기술지도의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (건설 재해를 중심으로)

Recently, industrial accidents rate has been gradually decreasing due to the development of safety management methods, but until now, the accident rate in the construction sector is higher than other industries. Large-scale construction sites are operating systematic safety systems to reduce industrial accidents. However, small and medium sized construction sites do not have systematic safety system and lack safety management ability, so that disaster is not reduced compared with large scale construction site. As a result, disaster prevention technology instruction system has been implemented to reduce the disasters of small and medium scale construction sites. However, in the case of a small construction site less than 2 billion won, there is little decrease in the accident rate, and in some cases, the accident rate increases. After the technical guidance system has been implemented, it is necessary to identify the performance and problems of implementation and to improve its effectiveness. In this study, we suggest the improvement plan to improve the efficiency of the technical guidance system by analyzing the problems and actual conditions of technical guidance operation in small and medium sized construction work sites.
