파킨슨병 환자의 유형에 따른 양팔협응 운동과제 수행의 차이

본 연구에서는 양팔을 사용한 협응패턴의 수행에 있어서 인체 활동에서의 중추적인 역할을 하는 것으로 여겨지는 대뇌기저핵(basal ganglia)과 관련된 질환인 파킨슨병의 효과를 좀 더 명확하고 구체적으로 규명하기 위해 항파킨슨 약물을 복용하지 않은 초기(de novo) 파킨슨질환 환자군(n=10)과 약물을 5년 이상 복용한 중증 파킨슨질환 환자군(n=10), 그리고 정상 대조군(n=10)을 대상으로 하여 파킨슨병환자의 유형에 따라 협응동작 과제의 수행 정확성과 안정성 등의 상위수준의 매개변인과 동작주기와 거리조절력, 그리고 동작의 연속성 등의 하위수준의 매개변인에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 조사하였다. 연구결과, 약물미복용 파킨슨환자집단은 양팔협응의 정확성, 일관성, 동작의 연속성에서 정상집단과 유사한 수행을 보인 반면, 약물복용 파킨슨환자집단은 나머지 두 집단에 비해 낮은 수행을 나타냈으며 과제의 복잡성이 더욱 증가된 반대위상 협응조건에서 운동장애 증상이 더욱 뚜렷이 나타났다. 이는 양팔협응 동작과 관련된 수행의 상위수준에서의 제어력 감소가 파킨슨병으로 인해 본태적으로 발생한 것이 아니라 병의 진행이나 약물에 의해 유발된 이상운동증(dyskinesia) 등과 같은 운동합병증에 의해 발생된다는 사실을 시사해 준다. 한편, 약물 미복용집단은 하위영역인 동작속도와 거리조절력에서는 정상인 집단보다 저조한 수행력을 보여 주었다. 이러한 결과는 약물미복용 파킨슨질환 집단의 경우 양팔협응 과제와 관련된 각 사지의 움직임에 있어서 정교하고 세부적인 운동계획과 실행에서는 다소 어려움을 나타내는 것으로 파악할 수 있다. It has been suggested that the basal ganglia are involved in the performance of upper-limb bimanual coordination movements. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of basal ganglia impairments, as manifested in Parkinson`s disease (PD), on the capability of performing bimanual coordination in detail. Ten PD patients in advanced stages and 10 early stages of untreated PD patients, and 10 age-matched normal controls were instructed to perform bimanual coordination movements at 3 different speeds (0.75, 1.25, 1.78Hz). The results demonstrated that only advanced PD patients exhibited a reduced synchronized coordination during the anti-phase mode, particularly at the fastest speed (i.e., 1.75 Hz), compared with other two subject groups. This finding suggests that the observed bimanual coordination dysfunction in PD may be developed over the disease progression or a side effect of dopaminergic medication. The present study also examined the parameterization of individual limb movements such as speed, amplitude, and smoothness of each limb movement, independent of the coordinative requirements of in-phase and anti-phase patterns. The results showed that both PD patient groups showed impairments in scaling movement speed and amplitude of limb, and these deficits were more pronounced as a function of movement frequency. This indicates that difficulties in parameterizing the individual limb movements during bimanual coordination could be an early sign of the pathophysiology of the disease.
충북지역 초등학교의 다문화가정 학생을 위한 공간 특성 연구

The number of foreign residents is expected to increase with the increase of international marriage in rural area and the avoidance of 3D jobs, which is also anticipated to cause various problems more serious. This kind of phenomenon will bring about the increase of the students from the multi-cultural families and a big change in the schools along with the decrease of the students in rural area. Currently, school's interest in and support for those students from multi-cultural families are focused on the promotion of their learning capability. However, I think that not just the support for the students from multi-cultural families but a new space for the two student-groups' smooth communication in schools is to be arranged. Accordingly, this study suggests. The support limited to educational programs for those students from multi-cultural families should be expanded to the school facilities. What kind of preparation should be done by school facilities in the future. There should be five steps of intermediate space with the additional function other than that of communication between Korean native students and those from multi-cultural families along with the utilization of existing rooms and space.
미술 감상수업에서 협동학습이 고등학교 2학년 여학생의 공감능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 미술 감상 수업에서 데이비스(Davis, 2007)의 공감모형을 적용한 협동학습이 고등학교 2학년 여학생의 공감능력에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구방법은 경기도 이 천시에 위치한 Y여자고등학교 2학년 71명을 대상으로 실험집단과 비교집단으로 구분하고 데이비스(Davis, 1980)의 성인용 대인관계 반응척도(IRI)를 김성은(1997)이 번안, 수정한 도구를 사용하여 사전사후검사를 하였다. 실험집단에는 데이비스의 공감모형을 적용한 감상수업 프로그램을 적용하였고, 비교집단에는 전통적인 방법에 의한 수업을 진행하였다. 통계적 처리는 SPSS win 12.0을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 모든 공감구성요인에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서 미술 감상수업에서 데이비스의 공감모형을 적용한 협동학습은 고등학교 2학년 여학생의 공감능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of cooperative learning applied of multidimension empathy model to art appreciation class for social necessity as general education. The subjects of this study were 71 students of the two second-grade classes of Y girls' high school located in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. who underwent pre-test by the Interpersonal Reactive Index (IRI) for adults developed by Davis (1980) and adapted & adjusted by Kim Seong-eun (997) to prove their homogeneity of empathic ability. The control group was taught according to the traditional art appreciation classes, while the experiment group underwent cooperative learning applied of the multi dimension empathy model. After the classes, post-test for empathic ability was performed, and the SPSS win 12.0 program was used to compare and analyze the data in order to statistically verify the results of the assessment of the two groups. In conclusion, the cooperative learning applied of the multi dimension empathy model for art appreciation classes had positive effects to the empathic ability of the second-grade female students of a high school and may increase interest and understanding of the learners on art.
교육과정과 학교 시설.설비 법령의 변천 비교에 따른 향후 개정 방향 연구

To ensure the effective operation of a curriculum, facilities and equipments should be properly supported. Therefore, changes are required for educational facilities in accordance with the curriculum, revised 10 times in total from 1945 to 2011, but it's true that the facility and equipment laws, which are the standards of facility and equipment changes, did not adapt to the changes. After 'the Act on Standards of School Facilities' was repealed, 'the Act on Establishment and Operation of the Schools,' the corresponding law for the purpose of spatial configuration for teaching and learning methods, was enacted in Sept. 1997. This law has been active for 14 years and revised 11 times thereafter. It has also been decided to often revise the curriculum, so the 7th National curriculum has undergone 6 times of minor revisions. Among them, the most recently revised 2009 curriculum is to be applied for elementary school 1st and 2nd grade, middle school 1st grade, and high school 1st grade from the beginning of this year of 2011. Hereupon, the purpose of this study is to research on the revisions of the school facility and equipment standards which can support the curriculum revised in 2009 and thereafter by examining classrooms and facilities as the learning space that can respond to the changes of school functions and systems with curriculum transition, of teaching and learning systems, and of subjects.
