기업 자원의 전략적 활용을 위한 정보 관리 모델의 설계와 활용 방안에 관한 연구

기존 연구에서 정보화전략계획(Information Strategy Planning)과 계획의 실현을 위한 절차와 산출물, 기법을 정형화하는 정보화전략계획 방법론(Methodology)에 관한 논의가 존재해 왔다. 그런데 이들은 기업 모델 도출을 위한 절차와 산출물, 기법의 기술과 정형화에 그칠 뿐 그 하위 구성 요소인 데이터의 관리나 입출력 관계, 업무 지식, 경험에 대한 효과적인 관리에 관한 접근은 부족했던 실정이다. 게다가, 비 정형화된 지식이나 경험, 업무 성과 데이터 등의 정형화와 분류체계에 대한 전략적인 접근은 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 기업 자원을 프로세스, 조직, 환경, 정보시스템의 네 관점으로 분류한 기업 정보 분류 체계를 제시하고 그 구성, 내용, 범위를 살펴본다. 이렇게 분류된 데이터간 연관관계의 정의와 그 타당성 검증을 거쳐, 기업 자원의 전략적 관리를 위한 기업 모형 수립 방안을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구의 정보 관리 모델을 통해, 정형화된 데이터 뿐 아니라 비 정형화된 지식과 경험, 선진 업무 지식, 성과 지표를 효과적으로 활용하여 기업의 전략적 방향을 보여줄 수 있다.

The pantyhose is a close-fitting garment, and consumers are highly sensitive to any progress made in fitting the garment to their lower body and comfort. However, the pantyhose manufactured in Korea are only one-sized. The purpose of this study is to suggest a sizing system for pantyhose. The results of this study are as follows: 1. As a results of questions regarding the sizing system of pantyhose, 88.2% of people who responded to our questionnaire preferred multi-sized pantyhose. In particular, larger women opposed to thin women expressed some dissatisfaction in the length and the width of the pantyhose. In addition, most of women preferred and indication of the sizing system and the body size of the control dimension (body mass and height). 2. The 13 species of pantyhose that were manufactured abroad are of all sizes, and only one type of pantyhose if one-sized. However, most domestic pantyhose except one, are one-sized. 3. As a result of the experiment, the spandex content in pantyhose was approximately 12~18%. Moreover, the elongation rate was approximately 200~370%, which differed according to the features of the material. The stretch size of the pantyhose had varies greatly, and has not yet been standardized. 4. The methods for indicating the pantyhose size in this study are the square method and the stair method. The characteristics of the square method are simple, but the coverage is relatively low. The characteristic of the stair method are so complicated that older women have a low preference for this method. However, the coverage rate is high.

In this study, the retrofit building designs are drawn from two different approaches made in optimizationdecision- making process, to assess the the performance of a public building. The objective of this study is to examine whether the assumptions made in the previous studies exists; the cost which has trade-off relationships with other factors will impact the overall performance of the Pareto front. The performance of the two scenarios showed that the environmental factors and thermal comfort were impacted by the objectives and weights, while energy efficiency was not necessarily decreased.
Gold nanorods-encapsulated thermosensitive drug carriers for NIR light-responsive anticancer therapy

Thermoresponsive polymers incorporated with photo-absorbing agents have been widely utilized forcontrolled drug delivery using light as an external stimulus. However, previously developedthermoresponsive drug carriers have disadvantages such as low biocompatibility and implantationfailure. In the present study, gold nanorods (GNRs)-encapsulated poly(N-vinyl caprolactam) (PVCL)(GNR-PVCL) microparticles were synthesized by the stop-flow lithography (SFL) method. The SFL methodenabled the fabrication of near-infrared (NIR) light-responsive GNR-PVCL microparticles of uniform size,which can allow localized injection. Doxorubicin (DOX) was encapsulated into GNR-PVCL microparticlesto achieve NIR light-responsive anticancer therapy. DOX-loaded GNR-PVCL (DOX-GNR-PVCL) micro-particles exhibited NIR light-triggered drug release due to the photothermal effect of GNRs, whichincreases the local temperature above the volume phase transition temperature of GNR-PVCLmicroparticles. In addition, DOX-GNR-PVCL exhibited controlled DOX release in response to the periodicirradiation of NIR light. Moreover, we demonstrated the efficient intracellular release of DOX upon NIRlight exposure, and thus, NIR light-responsive anticancer activity. This study demonstrates that DOX-GNR-PVCL microparticles have significant potential as implantable drug carriers enabling NIR lighttriggereddrug release.
1P-94 Poly (N-vinyl caprolactam)-Based Thermosensitive Microparticles for Controlled Drug release

Controlled drug delivery system is important for the realization of therapeutic efficacy. Among the various systems, using thermosensitive polymers have drawn much attention because this stimulus occur in the body and can be given from outside, which makes it easier to control. Here, we introduce Poly(N-vinyl caprolactam) (PVCL) microparticles for controlled drug release. Unlike Poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAm), PVCL has good biocompatibility to be utilized in the body. PVCL microparticles were fabricated via Stop Flow Lithography (SFL) technique. We confirmed that polymer network in particles are broken above certain temperature known as lower critical solution temperature (LCST). After adjusting the LCST to body temperature by adding poly ethylene glycol 700 diacrylate (PEG 700 DA) as a hydrophilic component, we conducted the drug release test using Doxorubicin as a model drug and revealed that the releasing rates were significantly higher at above LCST than below LCST.
