To observe the optical characteristic of oxide semiconductor depending on the degree of bonding structures, SiOC, ZnO and IGZO were prepared by the RF magnetron sputter system and chemical vapor deposition. Generally, crystal ZnO, amorphous SiOC and IGZO changed the optical characteristics in according to the electro-chemical behavior due to the oxygen vacancy at an interface between different groups. Transmittance of SiOC and IGZO with amorphous structures was higher than that of ZnO with crystal structure, because of lowering the carrier concentration due to the recombination of electron and holes carriers as oxygen vacancies. Besides, the energy gap of amorphous SiOC and IGZO was higher than the energy gap of crystal ZnO. The diffusion mobility of holes is higher than the drift mobility of electrons.

본 논문은 항공기에 탑재되는 전자 광학 타겟팅 장비의 기능 중 목표물의 거리를 탐지하고, 레이저 정밀 유도 무기를 이용한 임무를 가능토록 하는 레이저 송수신 광학계의 특성을 연구하고, 설계 및 제작을 통하여 성능을 예측하였다. 항공기에 탑재되는 전자 광학 타겟팅 장비의 소형화 경량화를 위해 송신광학계와 수신광학계를 동일한 광학계로 구성된 공통광학모듈을 적용하였고, 공통광학모듈에서 발생하는 레이저 에너지 손실을 최소화하기 위해 편광의 특성을 이용하고, 레이저의 air breakdown 현상 방지를 위한 특수 광학계를 적용하였다. One of the missions of the aircraft-mounted electro-optical targeting equipment is measuring target range and precision-guiding weapon. In this paper, laser transmitter and receiver optical system for the aircraft-mounted EOTS is designed and the predicted performance is analyzed. For the smaller and lighter equipment, common optical modules for the optical system consisting of sending and receiving optics is applied, and the polarization characteristics of the laser to minimize the loss of energy that occurs in a common optical modules. Designed Tx/Rx optical system had special optics for laser air breakdown phenomena prevent.

This paper reviews depositional environments, consolidation characteristic of marine deposits along the Nam-Yang river mouth and then analytical solution of self-weight consolidation is made to find consolidated state. This area has been deposited through the short geological age(22year). It's deposition rate is as high as 70cm/year and the height of deposition may be 3~12m. It's known that this area is in the under-consolidated state from OCR and analytical solution. It is conclude that the under-consolidated state should be considered in prediction of consolidation settlement.

Recently, the hydraulic fill method is commonly used in many reclamation projects due to lack of fill materials. The method of hydraulic fill in reclamation is executed by transporting the mixture of water-soil particles into a reclaimed land through dredging pipes, then the dredged soil particles settle down in the water or flow over an out flow weir with the water. The amount of the volume reductions of dredged soil is considered the sum of the overall settlement by desiccation shrinkage and self-weight consolidation and the loss of soil particles now over a weir. In the present study, hydrometer analysis was performed with the soil samples obtained before and after dredging to estimate the amount of soil particles residual at reclaimed area and the loss of soil particles, then it was suggested the method of determining the loss ratio of dredged soils from the test results. The hydrometer analysis of in-situ soil samples showed that the loss ratio of dredged soils is lowest at the nearest point to dredge pipe and the highest al the nearest point to out flow weir.

In order to expand agricultural lands in the western and southern coasts of Korean Peninsula, ,coarse soils excavated from hillsides have been used as fill materials for reclamation. In order to tackle with the problems and to confirm availability, research on soil improvement involve mixing cement to the fine wet soils. Required undrained shear strength (c<sub>u</sub>) for fill material was analyzed to be 0.34 ~1.2kgf/cm<sup>2</sup>. It has been known that when cement is added to high water content marine clay, its unconfined compression strength increased to 2kgf/cm<sup>2</sup>. Consolidation results show that pre-consolidation pressure increased to 1.8kgf/cm<sup>2</sup> and 3.4kgf/cm<sup>2</sup> with the addition of 3% and 5% of cement respectively. This result shows that low-height embankments could be constructed without significant compression. Since the effectiveness of improvement may be different site by site, the mix design for each site is necessary in order to optimize it. The process is first to determine aimed shear strength and then optimum mix ratio of cement after carrying out a series of tests.
