        Laboratory and field bioassay had performed to verify allelopathic effect of Pinus rigida ; seeding growth test of different species with aqueous extracts and rain leachate of the tree. The tests were focused to different concentration of the aqueous extracts and rain leachates, also different developmental stages of selected species. The longer time of extraction or the earlier of growing stage they have treated with the chemicals, the more inhibitory effects have obtained clearly in both laboratory and field bioassay. Allelochemicals of Pinus rigida were isolated and identified 8 phenolic compounds and 4 other by paper chromatography and HPLC.

        This experiment is to examine the content of heavy metal in the air of factory-region, roadside, and residental distance of Chonju, Iri, and Kunsan cities in Chonbuk province. The measurement is as follows: We use a high volume air sampler to gather to heavy metal in the air and then use an automic absorption spectrophotometer to analyze them. As a result, the content of Pb 0.012㎍/㎥, was at the lowest level comparing other regions, and Cd was not detected and the content of Cd and Pb was at the highest level in Chonju industrial zone. The reason for having the serve content of heavy metal in the air was that Palbok-dong located in the entry of Choju has heavy traffic and is very close to factory zone.

      • 甫吉島의 管束植物과 分布

        吉奉燮,尹敬源,金昌煥,盧範鎭 圓光大學校 1991 論文集 Vol.25 No.2

        전남 완도군 보길면 보길도의 식물상과 식물분포를 조사하였다. 所産 管束植物은 129科 415屬 608種 87變種 8品種으로 總 703種類로 나타났다. 이 중에서 羊齒植物은 30種類로 羊齒植物係數는 1.067이었다. 優占하고 있는 植物은 붉가시나무群落, 소사나무群落, 사스레피나무-소나무群落, 곰솔群落, 가시나무群落이었고 일반적으로 甫吉島 전체의 植生은 비교적 잘 보존되어 있다. 이를 바탕으로 現存植生圖를 作成했다. 특히 禮松里에 있는 천연기념물 제 40호인 常綠ㆍ落葉闊葉樹林은 귀중한 것이며, 아울러 甫吉 國民學校 부근 개울건너 맞은편 山麓에 分布하고 있는 끈끈이주걱-끈끈이귀개群落은 學問的 價値가 큰 것으로 特別保護를 위한 對策이 시급히 마련되어야 할 것으로 思料된다. Flora and distribution of vascular plant in island Pogil-do, a part of the Dadohae National Marine Park, were investigated during June, 1988 to May, 1989. The flora was composed of 129 families 415 genera 608 species 87 varieties 8 forma or 703 taxa. Representative vegetation forest of the island was recognized five communities such as Quercus acuta, Carpinus coreana, Eurya japonica-Pinus densiflora, Pinus thunbergii and Quercus myrsinaefolia community. Actual vegetation map was made in 1:50,000. In special several plant communities have to work out a counterplan for protection and reservation throughly, e.g. a national monument No. 40, evergreen-deciduous broad-leaved forest which located Yesong-ri and Drosera rotundifolia-Drosera prltata var. nipponica community which did near Pogil primary school on the other side stream.

        일부 수질오염 지역의 농작물 및 주민의 뇨 , 모발 , 혈액의 중금속 함량에 관하여

        This study is a study on the process of biological accumulation of heavy metals by analyzing crops and urine, hair and blood in inhabitants along Mankyeng river The pollution levels of heavy metals were examined with atomic absorption spectrophotometer from March 1991 to April 1992. The results showed that pollution levels in water was the highest value (Cd; 15.2㎍/l, Pb; 7.3㎍/l, Zn; 116.4㎍/l, Cu; 24.4㎍/l) in Korangdong(B). The degree of heavy metals in vegetables were the highest value(rice; Cd, 0.175mg/kg, Pb, 0.769mg/kg, cabbage; Cd, 0.124mg/kg, Pb, 0.949mg/kg, radish; Cd, 0.154mg/kg, Pb, 0.916mg/kg) in Korangdong(B) which adjacents to Chonju industrial area, and there showed the lowest in Youngamri(rice; Cd, 0.019mg/kg, Pb, 0.102mg/kg, cabbage; Cd, 0.019mg/kg, Pb, 0.162mg/kg, radish; Cd, 0.039mg/kg, Pb, 0.087mg/kg). The content of heavy metals in blood, urine, and hair is correlated with the contamination of soil, water, and crops.

      • 全羅南北道 水域의 管束植物相과 그 分布

        全甫北 地域에 있는 6個 江과 고 流域에서 水生植物, 濕生植物과 水邊植物을 조사하였더니 水生植物은 57種類, 濕生植物은 74種類, 水邊植勃 123種類로 나타났다. 이들을 다시 分類하면 56科 145屬 190種 1亞種 27變種 1品種 總 219種類가 된다. 水生植物 中에는 抽水植物이 52.6%', 浮葉植物 21.7%, 沈水植物 19.3%, 浮水植物이 7%를 차지하고 있었다. 이들 中 頻度가 비교적 높은 식물은 검정말, 개구리밥, 노랑어리연꽃이었고 全般的으로 볼 때 優占襪은 검정말이었으나調査地點別로 差異가 있었다. 生物量(g/m^2)은 마름 2,935,5, 물잔디 1.050, 검정말 877.7, 물닭개비 847.1, 애기가래 806.9의 순으로 生量平均値를 기록했고, 乾量(g/m^2)으로는 마름225.4, 물잔디 90.3, 검정말 86.6, 대가래 78.6이었다. 調査地域 中에서 保護할 價値가 있는 곳은 耽津江이고, 植物은 여러곳에 나는 것으로 자라풀,노랑어리연꽃, 순채를 들 수 있다. To investigate the rearing environment of aquatic vascular plants and thechange of its spontaneity, field work was carried out in 6 rivers and theirdrainage basins located in Cholla-nam-but-do area. The flora was composed of 56 families, 145 genera, 190 species, 1 subspecies,27 varieties and 1 forms or 219 taxa; 57 species of hydrophytes, 74 of hygrophytes and 123 of waterside plants, Among hydrophytes emerged plant (E,52.6%), floating-leaved plant (FL,21.7%), submerged plant (S,19.3%) and freefloating planktonic plant (FP, 7%) were occupied, respectively. Dominant species was Hydrilla verlicillaia, but differed according to investigated. A significant place obseryed was Tamjin river and species to beprotected were Hydrocharis dubia, Nympkoides pellata and Braenia schreberi.

        전라남북도 (全羅南北道) 수역의 (水域) 관속식물상과 (管束植物相) 그 분포

        To investigate the rearing environment of aquatic vascular plants and the change of its spontaneity, field work was carried out in 6 rivers and their drainage basins located in Cholla-nam-buk-do area. The flora was composed of 56 families, 145 genera, 190 species,l subspecies, 27 varieties and 1 forms or 219 taxa; 57 species of hydrophytes, 74 of hygrophytes and 123 of waterside plants. Among hydrophytes emerged plant (E, 52. 6%), floating-leaved plant (FL, 21.7%), submerged plant (S, 19.3%) and freefloating planktonic plant (FP, 7%) were occupied, respectively.         어병 세균에 대한 쑥 정유의 항균력 검색

        어병 세균에 대해 쑥(Artemisia princeps var. orientalis) 추출물인 정유의 항균성을 조사하였다. Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas salmonicida, Aeromonas sorbia, Edwardsiella tarda 와 Streptococcus sp. (yellowtail)는 1,000∼2,000 ppm 에서 증식이 억제되었다. 즉 억제 농도는 A.salmonicida 가 1,000 ppm A.hydrophila, A. sorbia, E. tarda 와 Streptococcus sp. (yellowtail)는 1,500 ppm 이었다. 그러나 Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio ordalii, Edwardsiella ictaluri 와 Streptococcus sp. (SF-1)는 100∼2,000 ppm 농도에서 현저한 억제 효과는 없었다. The antimicrobial activity of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis essential oil against a partial fish pathogenic bacteria was examined. The growth of Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas salomonicida, Aeromonas sorbia, Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus sp. (yellowtail) were inhibited at concentrations of 1,000 to 2,000 ppm. The A. salmonicida was inhibited at 1,000 ppm, A. hydrophila, A. sorbia, E, tarda and Streptococcus sp. (yellowtail) at 1,500 ppm, but Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio ordalii, Edwardsiella ictaluri and Streptococcus sp. (SF 1) were grown on 100-2,000 ppm.
