        주부의 환경관리지식 인지도와 환경관리행동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study to investigate the awareness of environmental management knowledge and behavior and the effect of independent variables (The environmental management behavior of housewives are composed of five activities-clothing, eating, housing, buying, family management. The independent variables are composed of objective variable and subjective variable). The Research Questions are as follows; 1. Are there significant differences in the housewife's awareness of the environmental management knowledge according to the objective variable and the subjective variable? 2. How much are the effects of related variables on the awareness of environmental management knowledge? 3. Are there significant differences in the housewife's environmental management behavior according to objective variable and subjective variable and awareness of environmental management knowledge? 4. How much are effects of related variables on the housewife's environmental management behavior? For these purpose, a theoretical framework was developed by literature review and applied to empirical test. The data was collected through the questionnaire those respondents were 477 housewives in seoul. It was analyzed by various statistical methods such as Frequency. Percentile, GLM, F-test, T-test, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's Correlations Analysis Simple Regression Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research are as follows; 1. The awareness of environmental management knowledge had significant differences according to the variables such as housewife's age, husband's job, family number, education experience of environment, frequencies of contracting mass media, the perceived adequacy of resources, social-altruistic orientation. 2. Among all of these variables affecting the awareness of environmental management knowledge, the perceived adequacy of resources had the highest effects and the next were family number, social-altruistic, type of residence in order. 3. Total Environmental management behavior of housewives had significant differences according to the variables such of environment, frequencies of contracting mass media, the satisfaction of household labor, the perceived adequacy of resources, biospheric orientation, social-altruistic orientation, egoism orientation, the awareness of environmental management knowledge. The clothing, eating, housing, family management behavior had the high level, the buying management behavior had the average level. The clothing, eating, housing, buying, family management behavior had significant differences according to the variables such as the satisfaction of household labor, the perceived adequacy of resources, biospheric orientation, social-altruistic orientation, egoism orientation, the awareness of environmental management knowledge. In particular, the clothing, eating, housing, buying management behavior had significant differences according to the variables such as education experience of environment. And the housing, buying management behavior had significant differences according to the variables such as frequencies of contracting mass media. 4. Among all of theses variables affecting environmental management behavior, the most influence variables was awareness of environmental management knowledge and the next were influence of housewife's job, biospheric orientation, the satisfaction of household labor, education experience of environment, frequencies of contraction mass media, egoism orientation in order. Among all of theses variables effecting the clothing, eating, housing, buying management behavior the variables affecting the family management behavior, the most influences variables was housewife's job. In the result of analysing the housewife's environmental management behavior and awareness of environmental management knowledge, influences of education experience of environment had the highest effect and frequencies of contracting mass media may more influen

      • 성년식의 통과의례를 보여주는 여대생의 모래놀이치료 사례연구

        본 연구는 자폐 장애를 가진 오빠로 인해 동생인 자신이 늘 가정에서 부모님의 과한 기대를 받으면서도 오빠를 동생처럼, 때로는 아들처럼 돌봐주면서 스트레스를 과하게 받고 있는 여대생의 모래놀이치료 사례 연구이다. 내담자가 원하는 심리적 과제가 자존감을 높이고 정서적인 불안감을 줄이며 Body image를 긍정적으로 변화시키는 것으로 보고 모래놀이치료를 적용하였다. 모래놀이치료는 8개월 간 주 1회(50분)씩, 27회기가 진행되었다. 모래놀이치료의 효과성을 살펴보고자 집-나무-사람 (HTP) 그림 검사, 가족동적화(KFD) 검사가 사전⋅사후 검사로 실시되었다. 모래놀이치료 과정을 살펴보면, 내담자의 모래상자는 성년식의 통과의례로서 1단계 분리․출발단계, 2단계 전이단계: 죽음과 재생, 변환- 여성적 자아의 발달 단계, 3단계 통합단계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 내담자는 모래놀이치료 과정을 통해 삶을 변화시키는 여정을 보여주고 있다. 이 연구에서는 낮은 자존감으로 힘들어 하는 20대 여대생이 모래놀이치료를 통해 의식의 발달이 어떠한 과정으로 변화, 통합되어 여성적 인격이 성장하고 자존감이 확립되어지는 과정을 살펴볼 수 있다. This is a sandplay therapy case study of a female university student who was burdened with stress due to the highexpectation of her parents and taking care of her older brother with an autism as if he were a younger brother or her own son. Sandplay therapy was applied after identifying the client’s psychological needs to raise her self-esteem, reduce emotional anxiety, and to positively change her body image. The sandplaytherapy was conducted once a week over 8 months, with 27 sessions lasting 50 minutes each. To examine the effectiveness of sandplay therapy, House-Tree-Person(HTP), and Kinetic Family Drawing(KFD) Tests were conducted before and after the therapy. The client’s sandbox illustrates the three stages of an initiation rite which entails first, separation and departure, second, transition: death, regeneration, conversion - developmental stages of feminine self, and third, integration. Through the process of the sandplaytherapy, the client presents her journey into a new life. This study reveals how a female university student in her twenties who is struggling with a lowself-esteem develops and integrates her ego to grow a feminine personality and establish self-esteem.

        Symbols enhance the understanding of the profound and subtle aspects of reality that cannot be perceived through other means of perception. The major function of symbols is to represent the innermost phenomena of beings as they are. Symbols are found in tales, folklore, myths, religions, paintings and dreams that we contact in daily life through various channels and they are expressed in different ways depending on cultural contexts. This study examined the symbolism of dragons in mythical, cultural and religious contexts. In mythology, dragons appear as symbols of a king with infinite power, masculinity and femininity, and life and death at the same time. In cultural aspects, dragons symbolize a cyclic process, separation and psychological division and mediators of heaven and the earth. In religious contexts, dragons have the two opposite meanings of good and evil. Dragons are symbolic of the world of virtue in Asian religious traditions. In the West, dragons are depicted as a symbol of chaos in the Old Testament or associated with the images of the devil and Satan. As an archetypal product of the human psyche, dragons are present in the human collective unconscious, representing symbolic meanings in such a wide range of contexts. 상징(symbol)은 여러 가지 인식 수단으로 전혀 알아챌 수 없는 현실의 깊고 오묘한 현상들을 알 수 있게 해 준다. 상징의 기능은 존재의 가장 은밀한 의미의 현상들을 그대로 날 것으로 나타내어 주는 것이다. 상징은 다양하게 우리가 접해볼 수 있는 이야기인 민담, 민속, 신화, 종교, 그림, 꿈과 같은 것에서 표현되어지며, 문화적 상황에 따라서 다르게 드러나게 된다. 본 연구에서는 용에 대하여 신화,문화, 종교에서의 용의 상징성을 살펴보았다. 신화에서 용은 무한의 능력자인 왕으로, 남성성과 여성성으로, 생명이면서 동시에 죽음으로서의 용으로 존재함을 알 수 있다. 문화적 측면에서 순환적 과정, 분리와 심리적 분열, 천상과 지상을 연결하는 매개자의 이미지로서 그 상징적 모습을 보여주고 있다. 종교적 의미에서는 선과 악의 상반된 이미지의 용으로 보고 있었다. 동양 종교에서는 용은 선의 세계를 상징하였으며 서양의 구약성서에서는 용을 혼돈의 상징으로, 신약성서에서의 용은 악마와 사탄의 이미지가 있다고 표현하였다. 용은 인간정신의 원형적 산물로서 우리 인간의 집단적 무의식에 존재하고 있으며 이와같이 다양한 영역에서 그 상징성을 보여주고 있는 것이다.

        요가와 만다라 그리기를 이용한 애착트라우마 치료 사례연구

        본 연구는 애착트라우마가 있는 성인에게 요가와 만다라 그리기를 이용한 애착트라우마 치료 프로그램을 실시해 신체증상과 자기조절에 어떠한 변화가 있는지 살펴 본 연구이다. 애착트라우마가 있으면 성인이 된 이후에도 만성적인 우울과 불안에 시달리며 소화불량과 공황장애, 수면장애 등 다양한 신체증상을 겪게 된다. 예술치료적 접근의 요가와 만다라 그리기를 이용한 애착트라우마 치료 프로그램은 주로 인지와 정서적 변화에만 초점을 맞춘 기존의 연구와는 달리 신체를 기반으로 하였다. 애착트라우마가 있는 연구참여자에게 먼저 요가를 활용해 신체적. 정서적으로 따뜻하게 보살핌을 받는 재양육의 경험을 제공하여 신체증상을 완화하도록 하였다. 또 자신의 심상을 만다라에 표현하면서 연구참여자가 스스로를 새롭게 인식하여 통찰할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 는 애착트라우마가 있는 20대 여성을 대상으로 18회기에 걸쳐 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구방법으로는 매회기마 다 자율신경계 건강도와 교감신경, 부교감신경의 활성도를 측정하고 신체증상의 변화를 알아보았다. 또, 연구 참여자의 단계별 변화과정과 자신이 그린 만다라의 변화를 분석해 자기조절의 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 본 프로그램은 애착트라우마가 있는 연구참여자의 신체증상을 완화하고 정서를 안정시켜 자기 조절에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. This study conducted an attachment trauma treatment program using yoga and mandala drawing on adults with attachment trauma and examined any changes in physical symptoms and self-regulation. Adults with attachment trauma will suffer from chronic depression and anxiety even after becoming an adult, and experience various physical symptoms such as indigestion, panic disorder, and sleep disorder. The attachment trauma treatment program using yoga and mandala drawing in an art therapy approach puts the focus on the physicality, unlike existing research that mainly focuses on cognitive and emotional changes. Research participants with attachment trauma were first provided with an experience of re-parenting where they were warmly cared for physically and emotionally using yoga to alleviate physical symptoms. In addition, it was designed so that research participants could gain new insight into themselves by expressing their images in the mandala. In this study, a program was conducted over 18 sessions on a woman in her 20s with attachment trauma. As a research method, the health of the autonomic nervous system and the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves were measured in each session and changes in physical symptoms were investigated. In additi on, changes in self-regulation were examined by analyzing the step-by-step change process of the research participants and the changes in the mandala she drew. As a result of the study, this program was found to be helpful in self-regulation by alleviating the physical symptoms and stabilizing the emotions of research participants with attachment trauma.
