        전문간호사의 완벽주의와 소진의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze relationships between perfectionism, burnout, and emotional intelligence in APN and to identify the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between perfectionism and burnout. Methods: A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure perfectionism, burnout, and emotional intelligence. Data were collected from 121 APN working in five advanced general hospitals and two general hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Pearson correlation and Hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Mean scores for each variable were: perfectionism 3.57 (on a 5-point scale), burnout 3.32 (on a 7-point scale), and emotional intelligence 5.00 (on a 7-point scale). Self-oriented perfectionism had a positive correlation with burnout, as did socially prescribed perfectionism. Emotional intelligence was a significant variable reducing burnout, as it also had a reverse buffering effect on the relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and burnout. Explanatory power of the final model based on variables was 34%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest a mediating direction regarding burnout by demonstrating that emotional intelligence plays a direct and reverse buffering role to self-oriented perfectionism, which can be used to reduce burnout in APN.

        간호대학생의 완벽주의와 학업탄력성이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study observes the degrees of perfectionism (both self-oriented and socially-prescribed perfectionism), academic resilience, and satisfaction with major in nursing students and identifies the influence of perfectionism and academic resilience on satisfaction with major. Methods: Data from 115 second or third-year students in a nursing were collected for two months at different three universities. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Satisfaction with major was higher for second year students compared to third year students. And the satisfaction was higher for those with a higher Grade point average (≧ 3.5) compared to those with a lower. Self-oriented perfectionism had a higher score than socially-prescribed perfectionism and academic resilience based on self-control was rated the highest score of the subcategories. The degree of satisfaction was positively correlated with Self-oriented perfectionism and academic resilience. The final regression model showed that grade and academic resilience accounted for 34.2% of the variance in predicting the level of satisfaction with major. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is crucial to find a strategy that could enhance academic resilience, especially designed for upper-year university students, to improve the level of satisfaction with major.

        시뮬레이션 기반 교육 시 자기주도학습 준비도, 몰입과 임상수행능력의 관계

        간호대학생의 임상실습에서 직접간호 체험의 부족으로 임상수행능력을 갖추기에는 제한점이 있다. 대안적 방법으로 간호교육 현장에서는 임상현장과 유사한 설계적 특성을 갖는 시뮬레이션 교육을 운영하여 임상수행능력 증진을 유도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 기반 교육 시 자기주도학습 준비도, 몰입과 임상수행능력 간의 관계를 확인해 보고자하였다. 일개 간호대학 4학년에 재학 중인 114명에게 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집이 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 21.0으로 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정(Independent t-test), 일원배치분산분석(One way ANOVA), 피어슨 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 간호대학생의 직전학기 성적이 우수한 경우 자기주도학습 준비도와 임상수행능력 수준이 높았다. 또한 자기주도학습 준비도가 높을수록 몰입, 임상수행능력 수행이 높게 나타났으며, 몰입과 임상수행능력 또한 긍정적인 상관성을 보였다. 최종 회귀분석 모델에서 임상수행능력의 예측요인은 자기주도학습 준비도와 몰입이었으며, 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기주도학습 준비도였고, 두 변수에 의한 설명력은 38.9%였다. 결과적으로 자기주도학습 준비도를 증진시키는 것은 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 향상에 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. 추후 임상수행능력을 높일 수 있는 학습 및 지도 방법 개발에 이러한 부분을 접목하여 보다 효과적인 프로그램을 완성할 것을 제언한다. Nursing students have only limited opportunities to practice clinical skills in hospitals. One option to overcome that problem is simulation-based education. This study observes the degrees of self-directed learning readiness, flow and clinical competency in nursing students and identifies the influence of self-directed learning readiness and flow on clinical competency in simulation-based education. Fourth-year students (n=114) completed the questionnaire after the simulation-based education. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Self-directed learning readiness and clinical competency differed according to the students’ previous-semester grades. Self-directed learning readiness, flow and clinical competency were also positively correlated. The final regression model showed that self-directed learning readiness and flow accounted for 38.9% of the variance in predicting the level of clinical competency. In the regression model, self-directed learning readiness had the strongest influence on clinical performance. Self-directed learning readiness and flow were strongly associated with clinical competency in simulation-based education. In particular, increasing the motivation for self-directed learning readiness could improve the clinical competency of nursing students.

        간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 학업적 정서조절이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between nursing professionalism, academic emotional regulation, and college life adjustment level and to identify the influence of nursing professionalism and academic emotional regulation on college life adjustment. Methods: Data collection was conducted with 142 junior and senior nursing college students using structured self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. Results: There was a positive correlation between nursing professionalism, academic emotional adjustment, and college life adjustment. The significant predictors of overall college life adjustment were major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and academic emotional regulation. The significant predictors of clinical practice adjustment were gender, major satisfaction, and nursing professionalism. Conclusion: When developing a program to improve college life adjustment in nursing college students, it is necessary to find ways to improve nursing professionalism and academic emotional regulation as well as major satisfaction.

        음악치료가 Paclitaxel 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암 환자의 말초 신경병성 통증 및 불안에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was to investigate the effect of music therapy as intervention on peripheral neuropathic pain and anxiety of gynecologic cancer patients who were undergoing paclitaxel chemotherapy. Methods: Hospitalized 62 patients were assigned to an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=33) in this quasi-experimental study. The experimental group participated in music therapy that includes listening, singing and song writing during 1 hour. The peripheral neuropathic pain, anxiety and depression were examined as pre-intervention evaluation by using pain scale, anxiety scale (20 questions) and depression scale (20 questions) in both groups. There were no further treatments for the control group while the experimental group involved in music therapy. The peripheral neuropathic pain and anxiety were evaluated in both groups as post-intervention evaluation. Results: Outcomes were verified through hypothesis testing. The level of peripheral neuropathic pain and anxiety in the experimental group was decreased, compared to the control group. Conclusion: According to the study, music therapy is a beneficial intervention that reduces peripheral neuropathic pain and anxiety in gynecologic cancer patients. These findings are ncouraging and suggest that music therapy can be applied as an effective intervention for minimizing chemotherapy related symptoms.

        시뮬레이션 실습 기반의 SBAR 보고 교육이 간호대학생의 보고 명확성과 자신감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effect of SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendation) education program on report clarity and confidence in nursing students based on a simulation practice. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. Participants were 105 students. They were assigned to an experimental group (n=56) or a control group (n=49). SBAR education program based on simulation practice consisted of pre-briefing, performance of scenario, and debriefing. The experimental group received SBAR education containing concept, component, example, and report of SBAR in pre-briefing time. After performance of scenario, students gave their reports before debriefing time. Outcome variables included report clarity and confidence. Results: Students in the experimental group showed significant increase in report clarity and confidence compared to those in the control group. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that SBAR education program based on simulation practice was an effective program to increase report clarity and confidence in nursing students.

        간호대학생의 시험 전 준비와 시험불안이 핵심기본간호술 수행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 실기시험 전 준비 수준과 시험불안이 술기수행에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 자료수집은 2016년 12월 21일에 1개 간호대학에서 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지와 핵심기본간호술 평가지를 이 용하여 진행되었으며, 2, 3학년에 재학 중인 107명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, 일원 배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과에서 시험불안이 높을수록 행동적 사전학습인 술기연습에 많이 참여하였으며, 핵심기본간호술 수행에는 학년과 인지적 사전학습이 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본연구의 결과에 근거하여 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행 수준을 높이고, 시험불 안을 감소시키기 위해서는 실기시험 전에 술기 연습을 위한 충분한 자율실습 제공과 함께 술기의 원리와 방법에 대한 인지적 학습량을 높이는 전략이 함께 구축될 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of test preparation level and test anxiety on core fundamental nursing skills. Data collection was conducted on December 21, 2016 using structured self-reports questionnaires and core fundamental nursing skill evaluation in nursing students, and analyzed data from 107 nursing students in the junior and senior grades. Data analysis was performed by IBM SPSS statistics 22.0 using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the higher the test anxiety, the more the participants participated in the nursing practice of the behavioral pre-learning. Also, it was that the grade and the cognitive pre-learning had an influence on the core fundamental nursing skills. Based on the results of this study, to increase the performance level of core fundamental nursing skills and to reduce test anxiety, it is necessary to provide sufficient open lab before practice test and increase cognitive learning about the principle and methods of nursing skills.

        비대면 통일교육 프로그램이 간호대학생의 통일안보의식, 문화적 공감 및 문화적 역량에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of developing and implementing an untact unification education program for nursing students on unification security awareness, cultural empathy, and cultural competence taking into consideration the changes in the educational environment caused by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: This study used the non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design and selected an experimental group and control group from second-year nursing students studying at two colleges. The data of a total of 59 research participants, including 29 participants from the experimental group and 30 participants from the control group, were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 Program. Results: There were no significant differences in unification security awareness and cultural empathy between the groups. However, a significant difference was seen in the cultural competence between the groups (t=-2.75, p=.008). Conclusion: This study proved the positive effects of unification education on cultural competence, by providing it to nursing college students in a non-face-to-face situation. In the future, it is expected that the education program for peace and unification in the Korean Peninsula developed based on the results of this study will be expanded and applied as a way to cultivate cultural competence so that nursing students can skillfully interact with and care for multicultural subjects.
