        재하방법에 따른 사질토 지반의 연직응력 특성

        This study was carried out to evaluate the vertical stress properties in sandy soil according to changes of loading type in soil bin compacted three layers. The following conclusions and comparisons have been made based on careful analysis from theoretical and experimental methods. : When sandy soil subjected to cycle-loading, compression of foundation and diffusion of vertical stress increment(${\Delta}{\sigma}_2$) were influenced by magnitude of loading plate. When sandy soil subjected to reloading after removing of pre-loading, the distribution of ${\Delta}{\sigma}_2$ depth at one time of loading plate width was different from its distribution at more deep point cause of load hysteresis, so in case of design of structure, the effect of ${\Delta}{\sigma}_2$ as depth must be considered. The increment of vertical stress will be different as loading condition and foundation depth, the loading condition must be considered in case of structure design.

        사질토 지반의 상대다짐도 및 토층에 따른 연직지중응력 분포 특성

        This study was carried out to evaluate the vertical stress properties in sandy soil according to changes of foundation condition in soil bin compacted three layers. The following conclusions and comparisons have been made based on careful analysis from theoretical and experimental methods. : When sandy soil subjected to circular uniform load, the vertical stress increments ($\Delta\sigma_z$) was increased as load increasing, the maximum values of $\Delta\sigma_z$ was achieved at the point loading axis, and $\Delta\sigma_z$ was not shown over at a distance of three times of loading plate width (B). The vertical stress increments were achieved largely at 80 % relative compaction (Rc) compared to 95 % relative compaction due to stress concentration in sandy soil. When sandy soil subjected to circular uniform load, the $\Delta\sigma_z$ differences between theoretical and experimental values as load increased were more increased and its maximum differences were achieved at stress axis. When gravel surface macadamized over sandy soil subjected to load, the $\Delta\sigma_z$ was concentrated to load axis as load increasing, so that macadamization will be decreased load transmission.

        고속 트립토판 자가형광 이미징을 위한 시공간적 집중 기반의 라인 스캐닝 이광자 현미경 개발

        Two-photon microscopy (TPM) is minimally-invasive 3D fluorescence microscopy based on nonlinear excitation, and TPM can visualize cellular structures based on auto-fluorescence. Line-scanning TPM is one of high-speed TPM methods without sacrificing the image resolution by using spatial and temporal focusing. In this paper, we developed line-scanning TPM based on spatial and temporal focusing for auto-fluorescence imaging by exciting the tryptophan. Laser source for this system was an optical parametric oscillator (OPO) and it made near 570 ㎚ femtosecond pulse laser. It had 200fs pulse width and 1.72 ㎚ bandwidth, so that the achievable depth resolution was 2.4l ㎛ and field of view (FOV) is 1O.8 ㎛. From the characterization, our system has 3.0 ㎛ depth resolution and 12.3 ㎛ FOV. We visualized fixed leukocyte cell sample and compared with point scanning system.

        We present a combined high-speed two-photon microscopy (TPM) and Doppler optical coherence tomography (DOCT) which can provide complement information of in vivo tissues: molecular and cellular information with TPM and supracellular, tissue structure and vasculature with DOCT. This combined system can do simultaneous imaging in principle asusing separate light sources. Currently the combined system is under development, and preliminary data of individual imaging modalities are presented: fingertip and intralipid flowimaging in micro tube with DOCT, ex-vivo tissue imaging with TPM.

        커피전문점 소비자의 시장세분화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to segment consumer coffee bar users by marketing mix into different groups according to the selective attributes of coffee bar. Using cluster analysis, we classified coffee bar users into five groups according to the marketing mix of coffee bar. Authors analysed the effects of determinants on segmented markets using a class of maximum-likelihood regression estimators for collected data by applying MNL. Each of five groups was promotion consideration, place consideration, price consideration, coffee lover, price-place consideration. Based on demographic variables, selective attributes factor, and coffee bar related variables, we identified how these variables influence each of five segmented markets mentioned above. We estimated the segmentation of coffee bar using consumer. We think that this study would help to identify different groups of coffee bar users, and what type of users was affiliated. The results from this study would provide useful information to the facility suppliers who seek for delicate information to set up marketing strategy.

      • 고품질 청정용수 공급을 위한 FDA 시스템 개발

        This study was undertaken to develop water purification system for supplying clean agricultural water, especially for providing high quality of greenhouse cultivation water. The FDA (Filter-Disinfection-Adsorption) system was developed for this purpose. Four water quality categories, SS, BOD, turbidity, E. coli were selected as a basis of development and examination of FDA system. From the field examination, it was found that FDA system was good enough to meet target values of each water quality category after purification process. Apart from the water quality issues, this study also investigated the problems of FDA system in a position of user. A few defects for using FDA system were detected from the user monitoring, such as sustaining proper water temperature, suitable tank capacity, water leaking and pressure problems, etc. Further study will be proceeded to improve and upgrade FDA system in the second research period for supplying high quality of clean irrigation water as well as providing convenience water to farmers.

        한국형 공기주입 이중피복 플라스틱온실의 설계기술 개발

        본 연구는 우리나라의 기상환경에 적합한 한국형 공기주입 이중피복 플라스틱 온실을 설계하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 실험용 공기주입 이중피복 플라스틱 온실을 제작하여 작동실험을 실시하고 온실내부의 환경변화를 분석하였다. 온실의 피복재를 설치할 때 시공기술이 부족하여 밀폐도가 많이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 이중피복 공기층의 정압을 적절하게 유지하기 위해서는 높은 밀폐도를 유지할 수 있는 피복재 설치기술과 관련 자재의 개발이 요구되었다. 관행의 이중피복온실보다 공기주입 이중피복온실이 단열효과가 더 우수하였으며, 특히 아치형 지붕형태의 공기주입 이중피복온실이 복숭아 형태의 관행온실에 비해 2℃ 정도 높아 보온효과가 상당히 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 시공성이 우수하고 밀폐도를 높일 수 있는 피복방식은 온실위에 피복재를 덮은 상태에서 여유길이를 두지 않고 자연스럽게 고정시키는 것이 가장 바람직하였다. 다른 조건들이 동일한 공기주입 이중피복단동온실의 경우 복숭아형 지붕온실에 비해 아치형 지붕온실에서 광투과율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3연동 온실의 경우에는 관행 이중피복온실에 비해 공기주업 이중피복온실이 광투과율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 주로 골조율과 이중피복재간의 간격 때문인 것으로 판단되었고, 이에 대한 자세한 원인은 앞으로 추가적인 실험을 통해 검증할 예정이다. 결로의 발생현상을 가시적으로 비교한 결과 관행온실에서 더 많은 결로가 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 정량적인 비교를 위해서는 장기간의 관측과 이론적인 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 더 자세한 실험을 통해 규명할 예정이다. The construction of experimental greenhouses, operating test, and analysis on variation of different environment factors were conducted to provide fundamental data for design of Korean style air-inflated double-layer plastic greenhouse. The development of technology of attaching plastic to the structure and fasteners to be able to keep airtight was required in order to maintain proper static pressure in air space of double layer coverings. The insulation effect of air inflated greenhouse was better than conventional type. The temperature of arch type roof was greater about 2℃ than peach type roof in air inflated greenhouse. It was recommended that the plastic should be attached at the edges without clearance length in order to ease installation and raise airtightness of double layer coverings. The transmittance of arch type roof was greater than peach type in air inflated one span greenhouse. The transmittance of air inflated greenhouse was greater than conventional type due to frame ratio and distance between double layers in three span greenhouse. The condensation occurred on conventional type greenhouse was more than air inflated type. It was required to examine for a long time in order to analyze it quantitatively.

        Recently, visiting of the President activates the trade between South-North Korea. But a study of North Korea, specially in building code, was much insufficient. The purpose of this comparison was to understand the characteristics of building codes and to examine effects in Building industry in North Korea. The results of this comparison were as follows : 1) The characteristics of building code in North Korea are to regulate only common principles and political tendencies and building code is focused on development of the National economy 2) In North Korea, building constructions were controled by National Planning committee and made a point of convenience and economy.
