Forced Eruption of Severe Angulated and Impacted Permanent Teeth after Marsupialization of Dentigerous Cyst: Case Report

The goal of this treatment is the surgical-orthodontic eruption of impacted permanent teeth associated with a large dentigerous cyst in a preadolescent patient. Although enucleation of the entire cyst and the extraction of impacted teeth are common treatments, missing permanent teeth cause several problems in young patients. In this report, an 11-year-old female visited with the chief complaint of a large radiolucent lesion from the mandibular anterior area to the left mandibular posterior area. The permanent left canine and premolars were displaced toward the mandibular inferior border area. The extraction of infected deciduous teeth and marsupialization were performed. After 4 months, orthodontic buttons for forced eruption were applied to the impacted permanent teeth. The teeth emerged into the oral cavity 3 months after the orthodontic treatment. Although the root form was abnormal, there were no other pathogenic signs. The alveolar bone had a normal trabecular pattern and the teeth appeared to be well maintained at postoperative 24 months.

Botryoid Odontogenic Cyst on Mandibular Anterior and Both Body Area: a Case Report

Botryoid odontogenic cyst (BOC) is considered a rare multilocular variant of the lateral periodontal cyst. In this report, a 67-year-old male visited with chief complaint of severe mobility on mandibular incisors. Multilocular radiolucent lesion was seen from the right premolar to the left premolar area, involving almost the whole mandible. Histologically, the botryoid odontogenic cyst showed focal nodular thickening of the lining epithelium. These thickening often showed swirling appearance of the cells. Cyst enucleation and bone graft on mandible anterior and both body area were performed under general anesthesia, and postoperative healing was favorable without recurrence.

The purpose of this study was to develop the sport coaching leadership scale and to examine the validity of the scale. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, players of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Suwon, Daejeon, Jeonju, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan province made the population and 841 of them were sampled through the cluster sampling. For analysis, RRSM, CEFA, CFA, validity analysis and analysis of MCFA were carried out by using of WINSTEPS 3.65, CEFA 3.04 and AMOS 18.0 program. The level of statistical significance was all set at ɑ= .05. and CEFA and CFA, and MCFA fit was used TLI, RMSEA, AVE, the concept of reliability. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the factorial structure of SLS was extracted as 5 factors with 18 items. Second, after the suitability and validity on 5 factors with 17 items extracted by using of same population data were analyzed, the suitability and validity were fulfilled. Third, the analysis of MCFA on sport coaching leadership according to gender differences was carried, and cross validity was fulfilled.

This study is to investigate that the positive attitude of the participants in leisure sport activities contribute to achievement goal orientation, basic psychological needs & sports motivation. By using of SPSS 15.0 & Amos 7.0 on 355 data collected, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis & multiple regression analysis were carried out. The results are; (1) social & self acceptance have positive(+) effect on self & task orientation, and positive view & social adaptation have negative(-) effect on self orientation. (2) social acceptance & positive view have (+) effect on autonomy, competence & relationship, and self acceptance has (+) effect on competence & relationship. (3) task orientation has (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation. and acceptance has (+) effect on external/internal motivation. (4) autonomy has (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation, while competence has (+) effect on external/internal motivation and non-motivation. (5) social acceptance has (+) effect on internal/external motivation, and positive view & self acceptance have (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation. Social adaptation has (+) & (-) effect on non-motivation on external motivation, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate item goodness-of-fit of Emotional Intelligence Scale (Lee, Nam & Kim). Rasch rating scale model was applied to 4 factors 11 item of the Emotional Intelligence Scale in a sample of college athletes (N=424). The data were verified by confirmatory factor analysis and Rasch rating scale modeling. The results of this study were: First, 4 factors 14 items of the Emotional Intelligence Scale was suitable. Second, 4 factors 14 items of the Emotional Intelligence Scale was suitable in person reliability of item separation and item reliability of person separation. Third, 4 factors 14 items of 4 factors 14 items of the Emotional Intelligence Scale was suitable in item fitness and item difficulty to college athletes. Finally, 3-point rating scale was appropriate for the Emotional Intelligence Scale.

SCM activities in a company are total activities for efficient integration and cooperation related to production and distribution to satisfy total optimization of the supply chain and customer satisfaction as well. Also, considering it as innovation activities for the survival companies, reducing inventory level and its costs are managed as the key indexes for SCM performance. Recently, the importance of SCM activities in the component suppliers which advanced overseas together with its client company has been emphasized by the request of the product manufacturer due to rapid international expansion of the enterprise resources. Especially, in the electronics industry, the value of product inventory and component inventory is falling sharply because of their short product life cycle and the frequent new model launch. And the part costs due to price negotiation with a product manufacturer also influences the component suppliers` business. However, the study on the SCM performance and the inventory costs in the component suppliers are insufficient and the definite estimation criteria are also uncertain. In this research, we defined new estimation criteria of the component total inventory cost from the component supplier`s view, considering the supply chain characteristics in electronics industry. In addition, we performed the case study to verify the component total inventory cost`s influence on the business performance by applying the new criteria to four component suppliers that supply key component to global product manufacturer. Consequently, we suggested new estimation criteria on the total inventory costs of the supply chain of the electronics industry related to the product total inventory cost of the product manufacturer defined in the previous study.

스포츠클라이밍 동호인들의 감각추구성향과 기본적 심리욕구 및 스포츠 동기의 관계

본 연구는 스포츠 클라이밍 동호인들의 감각추구성향과 기본적 심리욕구 및 동기의 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이러한 목적에 따라 감각추구성향의 수준에 따른 기본적 심리욕구와 스포츠 동기의 차이분석과 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 매개분석을 통하여 감각추구성향과 기본적 심리욕구 및 스포츠 동기의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 감각추구성향의 수준에 따라 기본적 심리욕구와 스포츠 동기는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 요인들 간의 관계에서는 스릴모험추구와 경험추구는 자율성에 정적영향을, 스릴모험추구와 탈제지 및 권태민감성은 유능성에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 관계성에는 경험추구만이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기본적 심리욕구와 스포츠 동기의 관계에서는 자율성과 유능성 및 관계성이 스포츠 동기의 내적동기와 외적동기 및 확인적 동기에는 정적영향을 미치며 무동기에는 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감각추구성향과 스포츠 동기의 관계에서는 스릴모험추구와 탈제지 및 권태민감성은 외적동기에 정적영향을, 스릴모험추구와 권태민감성 및 경험추구는 내적동기에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 확인적 동기에는 스릴모험추구와 경험추구가 정적영향을 미치며 무동기에는 탈제지와 권태민감성 및 경험추구가 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감각추구성향과 스포츠 동기의 관계에 대하여 기본적 심리욕구는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sensation seeking behavior and self-determination motivation of sport climbing club members. For this, T-test was conducted to determine the differences between basic psychological needs and sport motivation depending on the level of sensation seeking propensity and hierarchical multiple regression was employed to examine the relationship between sensation seeking behavior, basic psychological needs, and sport motivation. The result showed that there were differences of basic psychological needs and sport motivation depending on sensation seeking propensity. In the relationship among the factors, thrill and adventure seeking and experience seeking affected self-determination positively whereas thrill and adventure seeking and disinhibition and boredom susceptibility affected competence positively. But only experience seeking affected relation positively. In the relationship between basic psychological needs sport motivation, autonomy, competence and relation affected intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and confirmatory motivation but influenced amotivation negatively. In the relationship between sensation seeking propensity and sport motivation, thrill and adventure seeking, disinhibition, and boredom susceptibility had a positive influence on extrinsic motivation and thrill and adventure seeking, boredom susceptibility, and experience seeking affected intrinsic motivation positively. Thrill and adventure seeking affected confirmatory motivation positively, whereas disinhibition, boredom susceptibility, and experience seeking affected amotivation negatively. Basic psychological needs had a mediated effect on the relationship between sensation seeking propensity and sport motivation.

쇼트트랙 스피드스케이팅 선수용 심리기술척도 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop psychological skill factor scale for short track speed skaters. The 76 items in the existing scale developed were selected to verify the structural validation of short track speed skaters` psychological skill factors and the 32 items were made through interviews and open-ended questionnaire in the national team coaches and former current national short track speed skaters. and the total of 108 items were selected in preliminary items. Four hundred forty one subjects were surveyed after 51 items of 7 factors were extracted through relevance and content validation of items. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to seek the factors of psychological skill factor scale of short track speed skaters and confirmatory factor analysis was done to verify the conceptual validation. The results are as follows: First, the psychological skill scale of short track speed skaters consisted of 4 factors(strategy, needs for victory, mental toughness, self-confidence). Second, the result of reliability and index values of good of fit was rated as good(Cronbach`α=.777~.802, x2=78.56, GFI=.90, AGFI=.89, RMR=.05).
