대학 교양체육 수강이 여대생의 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 교양체육의 중요성을 학생들과 학교에 인식시키고 교양체육을 통하여 신체 및 외모, 신체능력으로 구성되어 있는 신체적 자기개념의 심리적 요인들에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 대학 교양체육의 수업 내용 및 방법의 질 개선에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 2010년 강원도 G대학에 재학 중이고 교양체육의 이론과목, 3학점을 수강한 학생들 중 200명을 표집하여 수강전과 후의 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향을 PASW statistics 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 paired t-test로 분석한 결과, 신체적 자기개념의 하위요인인 지구력, 외모, 근력, 유연성, 스포츠유능감, 건강 등에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결론으로 미루어 보아 대학교양체육의 수강은 여대생들의 신체적 자기개념에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study is to impress on students and schools the importance of physical education and to investigate mental parameters of physical self-concept which contains bodies, appearances, and physical abilities through physical education. Moreover, this study suggests several ways how to improve the contents and the methods of physical education classes. The objects of this study are 200 randomly picked students who are enrolled in G. University in Kangwon-Do in 2011, have taken three credits in physical education and one of the theory classes. The objects are tested before taking the classes and after by PASW statistics 18.0 and analyzed by paired t-test to see the effects of physical educations to their self-concepts. The result tells that the subordinate factors, such as perseverance, appearance, muscular strength, flexibility, sports-ability, and health, have similar differences in overall. This concludes that physical educations in universities bring positive affection to physical self-concepts of female students.

The number of Korean people who are currently suffering from depressive disorders that require medical treatment is assumed to be more than 2 million. However, only around 15%of those with depressive disorder are actively receiving medical treatment, and this leads to an increasing suicide rate. Hence, the National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency held a round-table conference to provide information on depression and suicide and suggested a reasonable policy through comprehensive discussion with experts. The prevalence of depression, which is closely related to suicide rates, is lower in Korea than in the U.S., but the rate of suicide is the highest among Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries. It is thought that the underestimated prevalence of depression is owing to the inconsistency between the diagnostic criteria of depression and characteristics of depression in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to develop Korean diagnostic criteria for depression reflecting cultural characteristics and conduct a regular and organized nationwide survey. Moreover, a term related to suicide officially used by Statistics Korea is ‘intentional self-injury’. However, in a Korea-based community study, it was found that 60% to 72% of those attempting suicide had mental disorders; thus suicide is not merely an intentional self-injury but a medical condition that should be treated. To reduce suicide, both medical and social approaches are necessary. Furthermore, a strengthening of the public perception that a medical approach is important for suicide prevention is greatly needed. Moreover, it is necessary to prepare an effective national suicide prevention strategy through studies evaluating the suicide prevention policies currently implemented and psychological autopsy of suicide deaths similar to those practiced in Finland.

지역사회자원과 문화관광축제의 연계 방안

본 연구에서 연구의 필요성과 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역사회자원과 문화관광축제의 연계 방안을 이용하여 지역 적 특성을 살려 글로벌한 축제로 거듭나고 지역사회발전을 활성화하기 위함으로 지역사회 문화관광축제인 천안 흥타령 춤축제를 선정하고 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 지역사회 문화관광축제 천안 흥타령 춤 축제의 현황 분석을 하였다. 둘째, 지역사회 문화관광축제의 천안 흥타령 춤 축제 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 자료 분석은 문헌조사분석 (data research analysis)과 내용분석(content analysis)을 통해 얻어진 자료들을 체계적으로 정리하거나 배열하는 과정이라 할 수 있으며, 분석과정에서 자료는 통합, 축소, 해석화 되었다. 조사방법은 문헌조사 분석 방법(data research analysis method)과 내용 분석적 방법(content analysis method)을 통한 분석으로 국내외 관련 논문, 서적, 간행물, 보도자료, 관련 홈페이지와 각종 통계자료를 통해 문헌조사 분석 방법(data research analysis method)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 연구의 과제를 달성하기 위해 지역사회자원과 문화관광축제의 연계 방안을 이용한 지역사회발전을 활용 방안을 검토한 이론적 고찰한 내용의 결론은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 지역사회 문화관광축제 천안 흥타령 춤 축제의 현황 분석 을 하였다. 둘째, 지역사회 문화관광축제의 천안 흥타령 춤 축제 발전 방향을 제시하였다. In order to achieve the necessity and purpose of research in this study, the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival, a community culture and tourism festival, was selected to be reborn as a global festival by utilizing regional characteristics and to promote community development, and the following research problems were established. First, the status analysis of the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was conducted. Second, I would like to present the direction of development of Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival of the Community Culture and Tourism Festival. Data analysis can be called the process of systematically organizing or arranging data obtained through data search analysis and content analysis, and data has been integrated, reduced, and interpreted during the analysis process. The method of investigation was analyzed through the data search analysis method and the content analysis method, and the data search analysis method was conducted through the domestic and foreign related papers, books, publications, press releases, related websites, and various statistical data. The conclusion of the theoretical review of the use of community development using the linkage method of community resources and culture and tourism festivals to achieve the research task in this study is as follows. First, the status analysis of the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was conducted. Second, the direction of development of Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was suggested for the community culture and tourism festival.

강릉단오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역이미지 및 발전에 미치는 영향

연구는 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역이미지 및 지역발전에 미치는 영향을 규명하므로서 2020년 현재 강원도 강릉에 거주하는 19세 이상의 지역주민으로 총 391부가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 26.0 version을 이용하여 요인분석과 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강릉단 오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역발전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 지역이미지 가 지역발전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, a total of 391 local residents over the age of 19 living in Gangneung, Gangwon-do as of 2020 were used for the analysis because the cultural tendency of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje was investigated on the regional image and regional development. For data processing, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 version for Windows. Based on this, the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was found that the cultural disposition of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects the local image. Second, it was found that the cultural disposition of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects regional development. Third, it was found that the local image of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects regional development. Based on the above results, we would like to suggest the following research questions to be considered in the follow-up study. First, since there is a limit to generalizing the Gangneung Dano Festival only to the residents of Gangneung, Gangwon-do, a comprehensive study should be conducted with residents of the entire Gangwon-do as a follow-up study. Second, it is necessary to present various results, such as comparison between Gangneung Danoje local residents and other local festivals, through a comprehensive study. Third, it is necessary to further subdivide cultural tendencies, regional images, and types of regional development into practical factors.

노인들의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 건강증진행위가 웰빙 태도 및 효과에 미치는 영향

연구는 노인들의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 건강증진행위가 웰빙 태도 및 효과에 미치는 영향을 규명하므로서 2015년 현재 영동지역(속초, 강릉, 동해, 삼척)소재의 노인복지관련 기관에서 운동프로그램에 참여하는 65세 이상의 노인으로 총 388부가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 21.0 version을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 노인들의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 건강증진행위가 웰빙 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인들의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 건강증진행위가 웰빙 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인들의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 웰빙 태도가 웰빙 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of health promoting behaviors on elderly people 's participation in exercise program on well - being attitude and effectiveness. A total of 388 elderly people were used for analysis. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 version for Window. Based on the data analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, health promotion behaviors by elderly people 's participation in exercise program had an effect on well - being attitude. Second, the health promotion effect of the elderly participated in the exercise program had an effect on the well - being effect. Third, the well - being attitude of the elderly participated in the exercise program had an effect on the well - being effect.

일개 병원 종사자의 직무스트레스와 대처전략이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

목적: 본 연구에서는 일개 대학 병원 종사자의 직무스트레스, 대처 방법이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 병원종사자의 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 직무마족을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위해 이 연구를 시도하였다. 방법: 병원종사자들의 직무스트레스와 대처전략이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 서울의 일개 대학병원 종사자 468명에게 설문 조사를 실시하여 의사 120명, 간호사 176명, 약사 45명, 행정직원 109명이 응답하였으며, 인구사회학적 특성, 성격유형, 사회적 지원의 정도, 직무스트레스, 대처 전략, 직무만족에 대한 설문 조사를 하였다. 결과: 직종별 스트레스요인은 의사는 역할과다, 새로운 기술 습득 기회의 부족, 간호사는 역할과다, 경력개발과 임금, 약사는 역할과다와 다른 의료인으로부터의 인식부족, 행정직은 경력개발과 임금, 조직의 비능률에 스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스, 대처전략과 직무만족과의 상관관계를 살펴보면 통제 전략이 양의 상관관계가 있으며 역할모호, 경력개발과 임금, 대인관계, 역할과다, 증상관리전략과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 회귀분석 결과 통제전략, 직종, 역할모호, A형 성격, 성별로 나타났다. 결론: 병원 종사자들의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 대처 전략 중 통제 전략의 사용과 사회적 지원을 위한 병원 분위기 조성이 제시되고, 역할모호를 감소시키기 위한 직무내용에 대한 재평가, 구조화, 및 재 설계 방안의 모색하는 방안이 제시된다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of job stress, and the coping strategy of hospital workers on job satisfaction. Methods: 468 self-administered questionnaries, were obtained from 120 doctors, 194 nurses, 45 pharmacists and 109 administrators at a univesity hospital located in Seoul. The sociodemographic characteristics, personality types, degree of social support, job stresses, coping strategies, and job satisfaction were all assessed from the questionnaires. Results: The analysis of job stress, according to occupation, showed that the most important job-related stress-inducing factors were: for doctors, role overload, and poor advancement opportunity; for nurses, role overload, and career development and wages; for pharmacists, role overload and lack of recognition from other health professionals; and for administrators, career development and wages, and organizational inefficiency. Job satisfaction had a significant positive correlation with control strategy, and a negative correlation with role ambiguity, career development and wages, personal relationship, role overload, and symptom management strategy. Job satisfaction was significantly influenced by control strategy, occupation, role ambiguity, person with an 'A' type personlity and gender, from a multiple regression analysis. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that to increase the job satisfaction for hospital workers, they need to be encouraged to use control strategies; create a supportive hospital atomospheres for social supports; re-evaluation, structuring and a new job design are all required to reduce role ambiguity.

ICBM 기술을 적용한 지역주민의 여가 공간 활용 방안

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to effectively utilize the leisure space of local residents by utilizing ICBM technology. Although the establishment of infrastructure for public sports facilities has been partially successful, problems continue to arise due to difficulties in management. Therefore, this study sought a way to solve the blind spot of management difficulties by using digital information and communication technology. In addition, the importance of reducing the risk of injury by informing the correct use of outdoor exercise equipment was emphasized, and the effect of mediating exercise methods using QR codes and NFC was reviewed. It is judged to be an efficient way to maximize the effect of exercise by providing the correct use method and technique of exercise equipment through media, and providing convenience and personalized service to outdoor exercise equipment users. Finally, exercise program development using outdoor exercise equipment and digitization of exercise data can control the type and intensity of exercise through personalized exercise prescription data, and through this, it is possible to provide an exercise program tailored to the individual. In addition, it is possible to provide a better exercise program by analyzing and improving physical activity leisure use patterns and health indicators using exercise history data. Therefore, exercise program improvement, personalized service, exercise ability evaluation through exercise data analysis, and personal feedback can be important measures that can increase the effectiveness and satisfaction of exercise and help motivate users to exercise. can be provided.

강릉지역 초등학교 체육관련 특기적성 계발 프로그램의

본 연구는 강원도 강릉지역 초등학교의 체육관련 특기적성 계발 프로그램의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위하여 초 등학교 교사와 학부모, 학생을 중심으로 강릉지역의 특기적성 계발 프로그램의 전반에 대한 실태를 조사하고 특 히 체육관련 특기적성 계발 프로그램에 대한 관심과 욕구를 고찰함으로써 그 문제점과 해결방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사 대상은 2006년 강릉지역에서 방과 후 학교를 실시하는 초등학교 중 체육관련 특기 적성 계발 프로그램을 실시하고 있는 학교의 교사, 학부모, 학생으로 설정한 다음 유층집락무선표집법(stratified cluster random sampling)을 이용해 총 713명을 표집 하여 표본을 추출하였다. 조사절차에 따라 수집된 자료는 회수한 후 이중기입 및 무기입한 자료, 신뢰성이 부족하다고 판단되는 자료는 분석대상에서 제외시키고 유효 표 본만을 코딩의 지침에 따라 부호화(coding)하였다. 부호화된 자료를 통계프로그램인 Window용 SPSS 12.0 version 을 이용하여 분석 목적에 따라 전산 처리하였다. 분석은 교사, 학부모, 학생들의 인구 통계적 요인별로 분석하여 문항별로  검증방법을 사용하였으며, 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. In order to activate athletic talent and aptitude development programs at elementary schools in the Gangneung area, Gangwondo, the present study surveyed the current state of special talent and aptitude development programs in the area focused on elementary school teachers, parents and students and, in particular, examined people’s interest in and desire for athletic talent and aptitude development programs, identified problems in the program and suggested solutions for the problems. This study was made with 713 subjects selected through stratified cluster random sampling from teachers, parents and students at schools in kangneung area that were running after‐school classes and executing athletic talent and aptitude development programs currently as of 2006.Of data collected through the survey, those answered redundantly or not answered and those considered unreliable were excluded from analysis, and effective answers were coded according to the coding guidelines. Coded data were processed according to the purposes of analysis using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Analysis was made according to the demographical factors of the teachers, parents and students, and ‐test was used for analysis by question. Statistical significance was determined based on significance level α=.05.

Trajectory following control of mobile inverted pendulum robot with pre-determined tilt angle

S-curved trajectory following control of a mobile inverted pendulum robot (MIR) was implemented in this research based on theMIR dynamics. The tilt angle of the inverted pendulum was determined from the MIR dynamics for a given acceleration to keep theinverted pendulum stable. The driving algorithm for a four-wheeled mobile platform was designed using state feedback to keep theinverted pendulum upright while maintaining the desired velocity trajectory along the entire path. To overcome the disturbancesproduced by the mobile robot motion, the ground’s slant angle was detected by a tilt sensor and used to adjust the pendulum’s operatingpoint. This allowed the MIR to be driven to the desired position while maintaining the desired velocity profile and keeping theinverted pendulum upright. The proposed algorithm was verified using real experiments with straight line and S-curved paths.
