Recently, an EV (electric vehicle) is the key word of world-wide vehicle industry. The EV is actuated by a traction motor. In order to adjust a torque of the traction motor, a gearbox is necessary part of the EV. The gearbox consists of gears, bearings, and shafts. Especially, the input shaft bearings are subjected to several tons of axial load. Therefore, the fault caused by axial load in bearings has a negative impact on driving quality and vehicle safety. Consequently, the bearing fault diagnosis method is necessary especially EV power train system. In this paper, the gearbox fault feature extraction method is proposed. The proposed method constitutes a training part and an implementation part. In the training part, two accelerometers are used to implement adaptive noise cancellation algorithm. Using this preprocessed signal, supervised learning is conducted. In the implementation part, only one accelerometer is used. Consequently, the pre-trained deep learning architecture generates enhanced signal and fault features are extracted. In order to validate the proposed method, experiments using power-train dynamometer is conducted.
젠트리피케이션 발생지역에서 상권 활성화에 따른 프랜차이즈 분포 및 특성에 관한 연구

Gentrification is appearing in various areas. Especially commercial gentrification, the value of property is rising and it means the change of commercial sphere in revitalizing the underdeveloped commercial. In this study, Identify the process of increasing the franchise rate, which is changing gradually in commercial areas. We analyze prior studies on gentrification and franchise. Identify changing of land use distribution in Samcheong-dong area and analyze franchise change process. As a result of analyzing the changing of land use in Samcheong-dong area, the number of houses and other uses has continued to decrease. In the case of franchises, it increased sharply and in the case of general commercial, it steadily decreased. Looking at analyzing the franchise change process in Samcheongdong area, In the franchise change process, there is very little change in land use from residential and other uses to general commercial. Representative spaces that show the process of franchise change are around the three-way streets, around the community service center and around the police station.
도시정비사업 시행과정에서 나타난 정비계획의 경미한 변경에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Immaterial Modification of urban renewal plan. Immaterial Modification is introduced for simplification of administration and rationalization of regulation. However “Immaterial” always does not mean insignificant and there are still not specific standards of Immateriality. This study surveys the recent immaterial modification cases and classify those by characteristics and stakeholders. The main Immaterial Modifications are eleven articles and the factors are drawn by 4 categories. The 4 categories are Administrative Error, Related Planning Changes, Review Committee and Implementor’s Decision. In conclusion the Immaterial Modification by administrative error and related planning changes are very helpful to simplification of administration and rationalization of regulation. However the Immaterial Modification by review committee and implementor’s decision have various contents and ranges so more detailed indexes and criteria should be needed
기성시가지 재생과정의 갈등해소를 위한 협력적 거버 넌스의 구축

기성시가지에서는 재개발로부터 정비사업, 재정비촉진사업에 이르기까지 갈등과 충돌이 지속되고 있으며, 협력적 계획의 수단들이 도입되고 있음에도 효과적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서 는 기성시가지 재생과정의 갈등을 해소하고 의사소통적 합리성에 입각한 협력적 거버넌스를 구축하기 위해 현행 재생관련 제도를 분석하고 이에 대한 제도개선방안으로서 재정비촉진 사업협의회의 구성과 운영방안에 대하여 제안하였다. 협의회의 구성은 첫째, 갈등해소를 위한 공공과 민간의 조직 재편성, 둘째, 계획단위의 광역화에 대응하기 위한 계획주체의 전문화 및 광역화, 셋째, 계획수립에서 사업시행에 이르는 전 단계에 걸친 관리를 목표로 제안되었다. Collaborative Planning theory has been introduced to urban regeneration process recently in many ways but not so effective in real operation. This study proposed urban regeneration project governance as a communicative rational alternative for conflict resolution between public and private stakeholders in urban regeneration planning and project process through the institutional approach. There are three principles for organizing the governance. One is to rearrange the role of each public and private sector, another is to specialize and integrate all related actors and the other is to cover all stages from planning to project completion and even operating and leasing stages.
도시환경정비사업에서 수복재개발 기법의 계획기준에 관한 연구

Urban rehabilitation was introduced as an alternative of the redevelopment twenty years ago but there are still no cases which were implemented. This study looked into three rehabilitation plans suggested by public sector those are Cheongjin, Gongpyung and Sewun 2 district in inner city area. This study defined the planning issues as three criteria; Planning unit, Land-use and Urban tissue. Planning unit were divided by development capacity and landowner"s agreement but it showed different types and scale by each site. Land-use was not so distinctive except Gongpyung district. In terms of urban tissue, conservation and improvement of existing street network was applied to all districts but planning density was different by each plan. In conclusion this study suggests three issues for rehabilitation. Planning unit could be designated by self-improvement, cooperative development and combined development. Land-use could be also categorized by obligatory, recommended and prohibited use. Urban tissue for density control is proposed to assigned by the development capacity, disaster prevention and livable street.
국내신도시 사례를 통해서 본 뉴어바니즘 도시설계요소 분석 : 서울시 은평뉴타운 1구역을 중심으로

The design principles of new urbanism (NU) have been adopted for new towns-in town projects for inner city neighborhoods in Seoul, Korea Since 2000. Here, ten NU principles were matched to four urban design categories: streets, land use, housing and buildings, and public open spaces. These elements were analyzed for Eunpyung New Town project. Through the case, the applications and implications NU principles are explored. The principles of connectivity, quality architecture and urban design, increased density, green transportation, sustainability, and quality of life were positively and successively adopted for streets, land use, housing and buildings, and public open spaces. The principles of mixed-use and diversity and traditional neighborhood structure were only partially applied in land use, housing and buildings, and public open spaces. It should be note that the walkability principle is intended not for job-housing proximity, but for pedestrian-friendly street design.
베트남 신도시개발 진출사례를 통해서 본 해외도시 개발의 특성분석 및 추진전략에 관한 연구

본 연구는 최근 국가 신성장동력의 하나로 추진되고 있는 해외도시개발의 특성을 분석하여 참여모델을 구축하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 현재 추진 중인 베트남 해외도시개발사례들을 분석하였고, 핵심적 전략요소로서 정보, 자본, 기술을 도출하였다. 정보는 진출대상국의 국가 및 시장정보를 의미하며, 자본은 공공자본과 민간자본, 기술은 사업기획 및 관리기술과 적정기술을 뜻한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 바탕으로 두 가지의 해외도시개발 참여 전략을 제시하였는데, 첫째는 산업기반 배후도시 개발이며, 두 번째는 대도시권 주변 핵심지역 도시개발이다. 전자는 산업기능을 기반으로 주변지역에 배후거점을 개발하여 도시를 조성하는 것이고, 후자는 대도시권의 수요를 활용하여 산업기능과 연계할 수 있는 도시개발 축을 형성하는 것이다. 이러한 산업기반 연계 도시개발은 전략요소인 정보, 자본, 기술 측면에서 기존 독자적 도시개발의 리스크를 보완하고 안정적 도시개발을 이뤄내는데 기여할 수 있다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to propose the strategic factors and project implementation strategies for development. Three aspects of project problems(deficient information, financial insecurity and technological limitation) are drawn by analysis of the actual projects in Vietnam. This study proposed the development strategies for information, capital and technology. For the project implementation strategies, this study suggested industry-based peripheral urban development and urban core development surrounding the metropolis. The industry-based peripheral urban development start with industrial base and then develop surrounding area as an remote self-sufficient city. The urban core development surrounding the metropolis means the strategic development around the metropolis as an satellite city to absorb the development demands of urban sprawl.

Risk management is very essential to all those projects especially to the urban field. The purpose of this study was to develope a risk breakdown structure and risk factor dictionary in mixed-use mega project as a risk management tool. The development processes were as follows. Risk management of PMBOK(PMI) was reviewed, and literature review about domestic risk management of land development projects were also done, as well as risk factors in recent development projects were surveyed. This process was for detecting as many kinds of risk factor as possible. Risk factors were classified by risk types and project stages, and then organized as the risk factor matrix. Risk breakdown structure was developed by this risk factor matrix, and risk factor dictionary was finally developed in the form of table which composed of the risk factor, impacts, response strategies, and responsibilities based on risk breakdown structure. Risk breakdown structure and risk factor dictionary proposed in this study will be served as an effective risk management tool in real estate development process.
