        고객의 헤어칼라와 이에 관련된 요인분석

          Dying hair is getting a new reputation, and a fashion towards hair coloring has changed a lot. As a result, customers increase their need towards different and unique hair colors that suit them.<BR>  This study has been built up through surveys in order to determine customers" individualities in hair style and color, consolidate the most beautiful formation that suits this time, and moreover improve the quality of service,<BR>  In the sampling, under 20 year olds make up 39.2%, and the majority (85.1%) are women.<BR>  In terms of education status, high school graduates make up 51.4%, and in terms of jobs, the majority(36.5%) are students. 44.6% of interviewees said that they dye their hair once or twice a year and their favorite color to dye hair is brown or the brownish color (37.8%)<BR>  For the question of what they think about the epochal colors that the new generation prefers to dye with, 33.8% of them answer that it looks very sophisticated and very modern, which is very positive.<BR>  For the question of whether they prefer acid or basic hair dyes, 59.5% appear to prefer acid hair dyes.<BR>  The factors to choose a beauty shop is ranged from that it colors them ( under ages) what they want at 21.8% to that it treats their hair against hair damage for the middle aged(30-39). Over 40 year olds choose hair shops based on how much they express and reflect their tastes and their individualities through hair color.<BR>  In terms of the reason why they choose a specific hair salon, both males(30.3%) and females(18.5%) select it according to how well it differently creates their hairs from the others, attempting to maximize their individualities.<BR>  47.3% of them say that they feel satisfied with a new hair color after dying, and in regard to the technical dying skill, 51.4% say that it is just average. In the matter of the cost, it is thoyght a bit expensive for 47.3%, and in retouch dying, it is thought okay for 35%.

        업스타일을 위한 기본 기술과 디자인 구성

        This study is on basic skill for up-style and desiormat. Up-style which can accent the facial expressions through application of various designs can express the elegant beauty of women most effectively. Even though professional hairdressers have recognized, this skill is very difficult to match for each of the customers who have a variety of moods and preferences. To overcome these difficulties, the researcher introduced a basic skill and design format to form up-style, one of the most difficult skills in hairdressing, with the easiest ways. I introduced: First, the basic condition to form up-style, Second, the methods to understand and apply the basic treatments and skills on up-style, Third, the methods which help assistant hairdressers to find out and analyse the exact design concept of the basic format on up-style. Up-style which is styled with these ways will be a perfect style. Finally, I hope this study would be useful basic information to hair-designers who enact up-style.

        아로마 향 재료인 오렌지에 대한 아나필락시의 억제효과

          The dried unripe fruit of Citrus sinensis L is widely used to treat urticaria, itch and indigestion in folk medicine. And recently it was reported the component of the fruit was for to exhibit an inhibitory effect on histamine release from mast cells. So to evaluate the effect aqueous extract of Citrus sinensis L.(OFWE) on compound 48/80-induced histamine release the study was carried out in rat peritoneal mast cell.<BR>  OFWE ( 10?³~1㎎/㎖) inhibits the histamine release induced by compound 48/80 (5㎍/㎖) rat peritoneal mast cells. To clarify the mechanism of these inhibition, we investigated the effcet of OFWE on cAMP and intracellular calcium content.<BR>  this result suggests that OFWE may be useful for the prevention and treatment of allergy-induced disease.

        미용사의 업무실태 및 의식구조에 관한 조사

          The purpose of this study is to help set a method on playing a productive role and standardizing hair stylist work through identifying the matters to improve to help hair stylist works by analyzing the working conditions and ways of thinking of the stylists.<BR>  The target sample(52.3%), most of the stylists, was working at small shops, and they wanted to work at large sized shops(36.4%). The way of getting jobs was through studying at a private institute and they want to have their jobs permanently. 57.9% of the sample hair stylists were satisfying with their jobs and they said the salary is too small. The association of the hair stylists and other institutes accented enlarging their skills through the seminars to help them develope new trends. But a problem on the seminar was advertising the beauty materials in the seminar. The result that was analyzed through exchanging the career and the place that they want to work showed significant difference at the level of P< 0.001, and it also showed P< 0.001 on the place that they are working now and the place that they want to work. P< 0.05 was the significant difference on the satisfaction of income and the work, dissatisfying matters companied with the work, and the method that they are trying to get a proper income.<BR>  When this study considers the results, the government or the main associations should lead proper wage which is fit for their education and career and standardized work of the field to make the stylists enact their work as an expert. A systematic device to improve the quality should be set, and also more structural and comprehensive studies should be followed.

        여성의 피부유형상태에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

        This study was carried out to evaluate factors influencing on women of skin type using Pender's Health Promotion Model. For this purpose, we surveyed 159 women from July 1 to August 22, 1998. In results of stepwise logistic analysis, these factors was shown significant habit of practice and skin care experience (p<0.05). Groups which did not practice showed the probability of 13.49 times in neutral skin. Groups which experienced skin care showed the probability of 5.16 times in neutral skin. These results suggested that it was to develop the instrument for measurement of skin type.

        여드름의 인지도에 관한 분석

        This study was carried out to analyse a perception on acne for the Junior college students to provide basic data for the suitable treatment of acne to the students and the specialists. For this study, self-administering questionnaires were distributed to 480 students from 13 departments at a suburban women's junior college from May 1 to May 3, 1996. Of the students, 399 were responded and included in the analysis. The questionnaire includes the general question of objects, the question of knowledge and attitude of acne, and its treatment. The results were as follows: 1. Age distribution for the group less than 20 years was 63.7% and over 20 years was 36.3%, the group with acne was 66.2% and the group without acne was 33.8%. Proportions of acquiring the knowledge on acne was 49.6% from newspaper or magazine, 47.15 from friends, and 26.85 from TV or radio. 2. With regard to the knowledge on the presence of acne, a proportion of correctly answered for the question on the cause of acne was $3.41{\pm}1.02$ for the group with acne compared with $3.16{\pm}0.89$ for those without acne. This difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. With regard to the knowledge levels on the treatment of acne, a proportion answered' skin-care center' for the question on where to select for the profer treatment was $13.21{\pm}1.88$ compared with $12.09{\pm}1.88$ for the other group. This difference was statistically significant (p〈0.05). A proportion of answered 'squeezing out acne by themselves' for the question of how to treat was $12.26{\pm}1.91$ compared with $10.83{\pm}1.25$ for the other group. 4. In the treatment according to the attitude of the group with acne, the positive group replied 'YES' in the intention of treatment by themselves was 55.9%. In conclusion, the differences in the knowledge and attitude on the presence of acne are not significant and it was found that the knowledge and attitude for the group with acne did not significantly influenced the treatment behavior. Accordingly, it is important to understand the cause of acne, provoking factors, remedy etc. For this, it is necessary to a provide an accurate information to professionals to enhance the knowledge of acne and to treat it properly.

        미용사의 조직몰입(직무만족)이 이직의사에 미치는 요인분석

          This study has the purpose of finding out significant variables in the devotion of hairdressers for work that is associated with their mindset to change job. The outcomes of this study may be used as basis to improve the efficiency of beauty industry and personal management of hairdressers. For the survey, questionnaires were distributed to and collected from 500 hairdressers registered at Jeonbuk Chapter of Korea Association for Hairdressers and employed at beauty parlors across the region from Sep. 20 to 27, 2001. The details and results of the survey are as follows:<BR>  First, the questionnaires, originally developed by Hong Jin Ha(1996) and partly modified to adapt to the work of hairdressers, were used as tool for survey. Cronbach"s α of the responses was set at 0.56 to 0.89, a level generally acceptable.<BR>  In order to explore the variables that affect hairdressers" devotion for work and their mindset to change job, analyses of dispersion, correlation and regression were made in such divisions as variables of organizational characters(loading and diversity of job, job conflicts, ambiguity of job, and chance for promotion), variables of organizational conflicts(vertical and horizontal variables of conflicts), and psychological variables (satisfaction of expectation) by making reference to the results of preceding studies.<BR>  Second, in the distribution chart for organizational characters and variables of organizational conflicts based on general characters of respondents, there is tendency that those who are younger than 24 years and single showed higher distribution pattern with statistical significance, while there is no significant correlation with psychological variables.<BR>  Third, in correlation between study variables and devotion for work, there is significant correlation in ambiguity of job and satisfaction of expectation with statistical significance (p<0.01). The higher one"s position is, the more statistically significant correlation he/she has with devotion for work(p<0.01). The same is applied to unmarried people.<BR>  With regard to correlation between study variables and mindset to change job, there is positive(+) correlation in loading and diversity of job, job conflicts, ambiguity of job, chance for promotion, vertical and horizontal conflicts and satisfaction of expectation, while there is statistically significant negative(-) correlation with devotion for work(p<0.01). Males and those who are younger than 24 years showed statistically significant correlation(P<0.05). The lower one"s position and payment is, the stronger his/her intention to change job becomes with statistical significance(p<0.01)<BR>  Fourth, it was revealed from the regression analysis that gender, age, position, length of service, career in beauty industry, nuptial status, loading and variety of job, ambiguity of job and satisfaction of expectation have exercised significant influences on the devotion for work. On the other hand, the mindset of hairdressers was greatly influenced by age, position, loading and variety of job, job conflicts, ambiguity of job, chance for promotion, satisfaction of expectation, and devotion for work.<BR>  The results of this study lead us to a conclusion that the managers of hair parlors should devote themselves to conduct systematic training and education and establish job limitation for hairdressers so that they might have incentives to attach to their jobs and find satisfaction in their workplace, thus increasing their morale and productivity as well.
