반응표면법을 이용한 차체 부재의 충돌 성능 향상을 위한 설계 최적화

Recently, the car industry is confront with various demands such as light weight and safety for a crash accident. But to achieve a light weight and safe car, design optimization is indispensable due to the many constraints in the auto-body. The response surface method is the statistical method which can be applied to the non-sensitivity base optimization. In this paper, this scheme is utilized to improve the crash performance of the front side member in auto-body with the response surface method and the commercial finite element program, LS-DYNA 3D. Total 27 design points are selected to construct the response surface. With these design points, the response surface about the absorbed energy and the mass are constructed and then are utilized to optimize the crash performance of the front side member. The crash performance and the deformation patterns are evaluated to confirm the crashworthness enhancement.
Does ginsenoside act as a ligand as other drugs do?

The last two decades have shown a marked expansion in publications of diverse effects of Panax ginseng. Ginsenosides, as active ingredients of Panax ginseng, are saponins found in only ginseng. Recently, a line of evidences shows that ginsenosides regulate various types of ion channel activity such as Ca²+, K+, Na+, Cl-, or ligand gated ion channels (i.e. 5-HT₃, nicotinic acetylcholine, or NMDA receptor) in neuronal, non-neuronal cells, and heterologously expressed cells. Ginsenosides inhibit voltage-dependent Ca²+, K+, and Na+ channels, whereas ginsenosides activate Ca²+-activated Cl- and Ca²+-activated K+ channels. Ginsenosides also inhibit excitatory ligand-gated ion channels such as 5-HT₃, nicotinic acetylcholine, and NMDA receptors. This presentation will introduce recent findings on the ginsenoside-induced differential regulations of ion channel activities as a ligand as other drugs do.

법률구조제도는 현대 법치국가에서 필수적 제도로 자리 잡았으며 몽골의 경우에도 지불능력이 없는 피고인이 법률구조를 받을 권리가 관련법에 명시되어 있다. 법률구조법이 제정되기 이전인 2006~2012년 사이, 몽골정부는 사법지원센터 설립을 통해 무자력자에 대한 법률구조를 진행했다. 이 시기에 진행된 사법지원센터의 활동효과가 인정되어 2013년 7월, 법률구조법이 제정됨으로써 비로소 공식적인 법률구조제도가 수립되었다. 아울러 동법에 근거하여 2014년 법률구조센터가 설립되어 운영되고 있다. 몽골 법률구조법은 지불능력이 없는 경제적 약자인 형사피고인에게 법률구조를 받을 권리를 보장하고, 법률상담, 변론 등을 제공하는 것을 그 골자로 하고 있다. 그러나 법률구조법상 구조대상자가 형사사건의 피고인으로 한정되어 있고, 민사, 행정, 헌법사건 등에는 적용되지 않는 한계가 있다. 따라서 향후 몽골 법률구조법 및 법률구조제도의 발전을 위해서는 이에 대한 보완과 개선방안이 필요하다. Legal aid system is an essential in modern nation of law. And even in the case of Mongolia, the law stipulates the right for defendants without payment ability to receive legal service. Between 2006 and 2012, the government of Mongolia performed legal aid to the people who has no ability for legal services, by the Judiciary support center. The effect of the Judiciary support center during this period, the Legal aid act was established in July 2013. Based upon this law, Legal aid center was established in 2014. And last the first official legal aid service to the people in Mongolia was begun. Mongolian Legal aid act provides legal service to criminal defendant who has no payment ability for legal service. And also provide legal consultation, defense activities and so on. However, there are still some limitations at Mongolian Legal aid act. Only criminal defendant who has no payment ability for legal service can be helped with this law. Civil, administrative, and constitutional cases are not belongs to the Legal Aid Act. Therefore, it is necessary to complement and ways of improving Mongol legal aid system and related law.
