VoIP(Voice over IP)서비스는 기존의 일반전화와 달리 인터넷망을 이용하여 음성 및 영상통화를 제공하는 서비스이다. VoIP의 사용이 보편화되고 발전되면서 보안의 위협도 계속 발전하고 있다. 이에대해 다양한 측면에서 VoIP의 보안에 대한 문제점 및 취약성에 대해 알아보고, 이 취약성을 해결하기 위한 방법인 보안 솔루션의 주요기술에 대해 알아보고자 한다. VoIP Service is provided voice & image call using internetwork unlike traditional call. VoIP usage is becoming generalization & development. As a result, threats of security are steadily increasing. Regarding this situation, we will investigate the security problem of VoIP in various aspects. Also We will investigate main technology of security solution method for solve this problem.

최근 IP가 급성장하면서 인터넷의 멀티미디어 서비스 특성을 결합하여 IP기반의 멀티미디어 서비스(양방향 실시간 음성, 화상, 컨퍼런스, 원격교육 등) 제공이 잇따르고 있다. 인터넷의 폭발적인 성장과 함께 웹 기반의 통합 솔루션 제공을 위한 툴로 IP 기반에 음성을 Packet 화하여 전송하는 VoIP 기술이 활성화 되고 있다. 이에 국내 070 인터넷 전화 사업자로 등록하기 위해서는 반드시 표준에서 제시하는 기준 값 이상을 획득하여야 하며, 이러한 기준 값을 만족함으로써 사용자의 통화품질 만족도를 충족시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP의 통화품질 기준을 알아보고 핵심 열화요소와 CODEC과의 관계를 분석하여 최적의 품질을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. As the Internet Protocol be widely/rapidly used in packet communication, common carriers are providing the multimedia service(Both direction real-time voice, video conference, remote educational etc.)on the Internet. Also the 070 VoIP (Voice over IP) service is provided by the carriers on the packer network. In order to offer VoIP service in Korea, common carrier has to acquire the optimum level for QoS(quality of service). In this paper, we study on CODEC quality to get a higher QoS for VoIP.

The union of broadcasting and telecommunication is developing by the rapid advance of communications technology and the digitalization of broadcasting. IPTV appears as a standard service of the union of broadcasting and telecommunication because it uses more extended broadband which enables people to watch TVs and uses various communication services at the same time. Therefore, I would like to study the structure of IPTV services, some technical issues for high-quality services and propose solutions. 통신기술의 급속적인 발달 및 방송의 디지털화와 같은 기술적 발전에 의해 방송과 통신의 융합이 빠르게 전개 되고 있다. 더욱 광대역화된 인터넷을 이용하여 TV의 방송 프로그램을 시청하면서 다양한 통신 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television)가 방송통신 융합의 대표적인 서비스로 나타나고 있다. 이에, IPTV의 서비스 구성에 대하여 알아보고 고품질 서비스를 위한 주요기술 이슈에 대해 알아보고 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 정보사회로 발전하고 있는 우리사회에서 정보통신망이 무엇보다 중요한 사회기반 시설이 되었으며, 이를 설계하고 시공하는 기술에 대한 감리는 국가 기간산업의 초석을 다지는 일이라 할 수 있다. 정보사회에서 통신망시설에 심각한 결함이나 문제점이 발생 하면 국민생활의 불편함은 물론 국가 경제에 치명적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이를 예방하기 위해서 정보통신시설의 설계와 공사가 기술기준에 의해 체계적으로 시행되고 있는지를 허가 받은 통신전문가에 의해 감리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보통시설에 대한 현행 감리제도의 문제점을 살펴보고 품질확보를 위한 정보통신시설의 설계, 시공, 감리 및 운용이 이루어 질수 있도록 하는 제도적인 보완 방안들을 제시하였다 Now society has been extending to ubiquitous information society under the information telecommunication facilities. So it is impotance to install and design those for the core business. If there is a serious problem on the information telecommunication infra-facility, it could be seriously effected to the life of the people and the national economy. To prevent the those problems, information telecommunication infra-facilities have been installed and supervised due to the proper telecommunication specialists. In this paper, firstly invested the current supervision system and then proposed how to upgrade information telecommunication services through the proposed supervision system for the telecommunication infra-facilities.
