스마트 윈도우 응용을 위한 광 투과 조절 가능 다공성 엘라스토머 제작

연구에서는 압착을 통해 투과도 조절이 가능한 다공성 실리콘 엘라스토머 필름을 제작하고 이를 기반으로 한 스마트 윈도우 응용을 제안한다. Isopropyl alcohol 수용액이 Ecoflex 전구체와 상분리가 되는 것을 이용해 Ecoflex 몸체에 다공성 구조를 가진 필름을 제작하였다. 수백 nm에서 수십 μm 크기의 기공이 Ecoflex 몸체와 굴절률 차이로 가시광 영역에서 산란을 일으키고 필름 압착 시 기공이 닫히면서 투과도 조절이 가능함을 보였다. 광 투과도를 가역적으로, 1초 이하의 빠른 반응속도로 조절할 수 있으며 반복 구동에도 열화가 매우 적음을 확인하였다. 나아가 스마트 윈도우 응용을 위해, 다공성 Ecoflex 필름이 삽입된 압착형 창문을 제작하여 응용성을 시연하였다. 이 다공성 Ecoflex 필름의 제작 공정이 매우 단순하며, 실내 온도 및 조도 유지를 전기적 에너지 없이 가능한 에너지 절약형 스마트 윈도우의 기반 기술로 응용될 수 있다. In this study, we propose a smart window application based on a porous silicone elastomer film that can control light transmittance by compression. A porous elastomeric film was produced by emulsification of isopropyl alcohol aqueous solution in a platinum-catalyzed silicone known as an Ecoflex. It was shown that pores with a size of several hundred nanometers to several tens of micrometers induce light-scattering in the visible light region due to the difference in refractive index with the Ecoflex matrix, and the transmittance could be controlled as the pores were closed by applying compression on the film thickness. It was confirmed that the transmittance can be reversibly adjusted with a fast reaction rate of less than 1 second, and the deterioration is very small even in repeated driving. Furthermore, for smart window application, a press-type window with a porous Ecoflex film was demonstrated. The fabrication process is very simple and economically preferred, and it can be applied as a base technology for an energy-saving smart window that can maintain indoor temperature and illumination without electrical energy.
누에와 육계 복합 추출물의 in vivo 면역증진 기능성 연구

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the immunopotentiating activity of combine extract that Silkworm and Cinnamomum cassia . Recently, acute epidemic diseases such as cold and viral respiratory diseases have been emerging. So, interested in immunity enhancement has been increasing, and research on natural products to promote immunity activity has been actively conducted. Methods : To confirm the immunopotentiating activity effect, Silkworm (SW), Cinnamomum cassia (CC), and SWCC combined extracts were treated 14 days at 300 ㎎/kg/day. The changes of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (GOT), glutamic pyruvate transaminase (GPT) in serum were analyzed after experiment. The changes in the total spleen cell number were measured. Immune cells in spleen were analyzed using fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS). also, analyzed the expression of cytokines in spleen. Results : Total number of cells in the spleen and FACS analysis of T lymphocytes activated in the spleen showed that the SWCC combined treated group had much higher frequency of active cells than both single groups. The ratio of CD4+CD8+, CD4+CD69+ and CD4+CD25+ T cells in spleen, SWCC is higher than other groups except Nor in CD4+, CD4+CD69+, CD4+CD25+ T cells. The results of this study suggest that SWCC can help immune function via IL-2, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-γ cytokine production, increased T lymphocytes and splenocyte proliferation. Conclusion : Therefore, these results suggested that the SWCC combined extracts administration increase stronger immunity enhancement than when SW and CC adminstration.
웹3D 기술 기반의 가상현실 콘텐츠 개발 방법에 관한 연구

본 연구는 컴퓨터 그래픽스와 인터넷 기술의 발전 함께 최근 전 세계적으로 관심을 가지고 연구되고 있는 웹3D와 관련한 국내ㆍ외의 기술 현황을 검토해보고, 이를 바탕으로 국제표준 기술의 범위 내에서 국내의 실정에 맞는 가상현실 웹3D 콘텐츠개발 방법론을 정립하였다. 또한 정립된 가상현실 웹3D 콘텐츠 개발 방법론이 실제 성능과 효과의 측면에서 의미 있는 성과를 창출할 수 있는가에 대한 검증을 위해 실제 콘텐츠를 구현하여 개발방법의 타당성 및 효율성을 검증해보고 이에 대한 결과를 해석하였다. In this paper we proposed web-based multimedia contents development method using Web 3D technology and implemented web 3D contents for use at the industrial field. A implementation of contents is composed of modeling to specific entity in 3D shape, convert modeling data to enable data at web and include in webpage. A practical use of contents on this research can provide more advanced user experience and immersion.
스포츠유명인의 브랜드자산 구성요소가 광고모델의 공신력에 미치는 영향

This study intends to clarify how the brand equity factors in a sports celebrity affect the public confidence which is regarded as an important source of advertising effect. It conceptualizes the brand equity of sports celebrity as having familarity, attachment, differentiation, and charisma, and the public confidence as composing of attraction, credibility and expertise. Measurement scales for each construct are adopted from the literature and modified to use the assumed relationships. The relationships are tested based on the survey results from 223 subjects. After sampling profiles using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analyses and reliability analyses are adopted for the measurement purpose. To test the relationship, multiple regressions are used after testing the multicollinearity of constructs. The empirical testing shows that brand equity factors including familarity, attachment, differentiation and charisma affect the attraction of ad model. Both attachment and charisma influence the credibility of ad model, while charisma has a sole effect on the expertise of ad model. It is found that brand equity factor charisma has consistent effect on all three public confidence factors considered. Practical implications that emphasize prior attainment of brand equity of a sports celebrity before gaining the public confidence. The limitation of the study and future research implications are also discussed.

염증성 장 질환에 일반적으로 사용되는 설파살라진은 고용량 및 장기 섭취 후 다양한 부작용이 있다. 본 연구에서는 TNBS로 유발된 마우스 대장염 모델에서 설파살라진, 육계와 시호 복합추출물의 항염증 및 세포 자멸 개선효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 실험은 정상군, TNBS 대조군, Sulfasalazine (30 mg/kg)군, Sulfasalazine (60 mg/kg)군, Sulfasalazine (30 mg/kg)+육계 및 시호 혼합 (30 mg/kg)군, 총 5개의 군으로 나누었으며, 7일간 경구투여 하였다. 염증 및 세포 자멸 단백질은 western blot을 통해 발현량을 확인하였다. SCB 투여는 염증 단백질 및 세포 자멸과 관련된 단백질의 억제에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과로 보아 설파살라진, 육계와 시호 복합 추출물은 염증과 세포 자멸의 억제를 통해 염증성 장 질환을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 염증성 장 질환의 치료 대안 가능 물질로 사료되는 바이다. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is including Crohn`s disease and ulcerative colitis. Sulfasalazine commonly used in IBD, possibly has various side effects after high dosage and long term intake. The present study aimed to investigate the sulfasalazine and combination with herbal medicine on 2,4,6- trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced in mice model. TNBS-induced mice were injected through a flexible catheter 4 cm in length 1.6 mg TNBS. Animals were divided into five groups (n=12): Normal group, TNBS control group, Sulfasalazine (30 mg/kg) group, Sulfasalazine (60 mg/kg) group, Sulfasalazine (30 mg/kg)+Cinnamomi cortex and Bupleuri radix mixture (30 mg/kg) (SCB) group. Administration groups were fed extract during 7 days. The inflammatory, and apoptotic protein levels were determined using western blotting. SCB treatment showed an outstanding effectiveness in counteracting the IBD, as assessed by reduction of body weight loss, down-regulation of proinflammatory proteins and cytokines, and by inhibition of proteins related to apoptosis. This is the first report that sulfasalazine and Cinnamomi cortex plus Bupleuri radix mixture improve the severity of experimental IBD through the inhibition of both inflammation and apoptosis. We confirm that the SCB treatment instead of sulfasalazine alone may be promising as an alternative therapeutic plan against IBD, without any evidence of adverse effects.
