우리나라 수출입화물의 주요 관문이었던 마산항이 최근 들어 침체와 위기를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 즉, 인접 대형항만(신항)의 건설에 따른 물동량의 감소, 항만시설의 노후화, 친수공간의 부재 등 항만발전에 따른 여러 가지 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 마산항의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 항만시설의 현대화, 구항의 재개발과 친수공간의 확충, 그린포트의 구축과 관광항만의 개발을 조속히 추진하는 한편, 새로운 고부가가치 항만으로 발전되어야 할 것이다. 향후 마산항의 활성화를 위해서는 중량화물 및 대령화물의 물류전문항으로 특화하는 차별화 전략을 적극 추진하여야 할 것이다. Masan Port, which is a main entrance to Korea, has undergone the tough time these days. Many problems are mainly due to the deterioration of harbor facilities, the shortage of waterfront area and the decrease of the trading volumes. Especially the trading volumes are seriously affected by the Busan New Port, which was not only very close to the Masan Port but constructed in a large scale. For the Masan Port to develop continuously, therefore, it is vital to modernize harbor facilities, redevelop the old harbor, expand its waterfront, construct green port and develop harbor for sightseeing. At the same time, Masan port should be ready to develop a higher value added port. To vitalize Masan port’s economy, we have to push forward a differentiation strategy that makes Masan port specialized harbor for distributing goods like hard and heavy cargo.

몰드베이스 전자 카탈로그 시스템의 파라메트릭 CAD 모델 자동 생성을 위한 테이블 파라메트릭 방법

치열한 경쟁 환경 하에서 빠른 시간 안에 고객이 원하는 제품을 생산해야 하는 즉, 시장 출시까지의 시간 (time to market) 단축의 필요성이 더욱 높아짐에 따라, 제품 설계 시에 협업(collaborative) 설계와 편집(configuration) 설계의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이를 위해서 효율적인 부품 검색 방법이 필요하고, 그 방법의 하나로써 전자 카달로그 (e-Catalog)가 많이 사용된다. 편집설계를 통한 설계 모델 재사용을 위해서는 파라메트릭 정보가 필수적이다. 따라서 전자 카달로그는 파라메트릭 (parametric) 정보가 포함된 CAD 모델 라이브러리를 제공해야 한다. 그러나 제품의 구성에 따라 무수히 많은 조합이 존재하기 때문에, 기존의 방법으로는 파라메트릭 CAD 모델 라이브러리를 구축하기가 어렵다. 예를 들어, 몰드베이스 종이 카달로그의 한 페이지에는 8000만개 이상의 조합이 존재한다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 파라메트릭 CAD 모델 자동 생성을 위한 테이블 파라메트릭 (table parametric) 방법을 제안하고, 테이블 파라메트릭 모델을 선정하는 방법과 설계 파라메트릭 세트를 구성하는 방법에 대해서 설명한다. 테이블 파라메트릭 방법을 적용하게 되면, 전자 카달로그 시스템의 분류체계와 테이블 파라메트릭 모델의 설계 파라메터 세트(design parameters set)와의 매핑을 통해, 모든 조합의 몰드베이스 CAD 모델을 자동으로 생성할 수 있다. As the time-to-market gets more important for competitiveness of an enterprise in manufacturing industry, it becomes important to shorten the development cycle of a product. Reuse of existing design models and e-Catalog for components are required for faster product development. To achieve this goal, an electric catalog must provide parametric CAD models since parametric information is indispensable for configuration design. There are difficulties in building up a parametric library of all the necessary combination using a CAD system, since we have too many combinations of components for a product. For example, there are at least 80 million combinations of components on one page of paper catalog of a mold base. To solve this problem, we propose the method of table parametric for the automatic generation of parametric CAD models. Any combination of mold base can be generated by mapping between a classification system of an electric catalog and the design parameters set of the table parametric. We propose how to select parametric models and to construct the design parameters set.
