저자들은 경련발작을 주소로 내원한 20개월 여자 환자에서 두피 원형탈모, 안구 결막 지방성 유피종, 척추 후측만곡, 발달성 고관절 이형성증과 Sturge-Weber 증후군에서 볼 수 있는 석회화 병변을 동반한 연수막 혈관종을 보인 전형적인 선상지선 모반 증후군 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Linear nevus sebaceous syndrome is a rare neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by linear sebaceous nevus, mental retardation, and seizures. We experienced a 20-months-old girl who showed manifestation of leptomeningeal angioma, lipodermoid on left eye, kyphoscoliosis, and developmental dysplasisa of the hip. 환자의 의료서비스 평가에 대한 신뢰요인의 조절효과 분석

The purpose of this study is to find moderating effects of re-use intention by trust factors between patients satisfaction and hospital images. Survey a general hospital in Seoul was performed, and a total of 202 questionnaires has been analyzed. Result of multiple regression analysis are verified moderating effects by trust factors with hospital image and re-use intention(F=8.223**). And patient satisfaction and re-use intention are verified moderating effects by trust factors(F=4.255*). In addition, classify them into high trust group and low trust group by median split method, even if there are felt the equal level of satisfaction or image that high trust group will be re-visit the hospital better than low trust group.As a result, trust factors must consider different level from satisfaction or image, it is necessary that hospitals will be prepare to improve the trust.

The purpose of this study was to explore the consumers" awareness and information needs for indication and advertisement of health-functional foods. The questionnaire survey method was utilized to collect data, and 300 consumers were selected as a sample. The major findings as follows;<BR> 1. The product indication was adequate but advertisement of broadcast media and print media were not.<BR> 2. Consumers" interest of health-functional foods was common level, and between of the lowest income group and the highest income group were relatively high average degree on the interest of health-functional foods<BR> 3. Consumers" knowledge about health-functional foods was low. Consumers answered a wrong answer for 5 questions of 7 questions.<BR> 4. Consumers" information needs for health-functional foods were high in the side of the comparisons between health-functional foods and medicine, information about the indication and types of health-functional foods.
