가중 TB-RRT 기법을 이용한 2차원 무인 시스템의 경로생성

본 연구에서는 요구되는 시간에 주어진 위치에 도착하는 무인 시스템의 경로 생성 기법에 대해 다룬다. RRT 는 샘플링 기반 경로 생성 기법으로 고차원 환경의 경로생성에 효과적인 장점을 가지고 있어 다양한 경로 생성 문제에 사용되어 왔다. 기존 시간을 고려한 RRT 에서는 경로 선택 과정에 있어서 시간과 거리에 대한 차원의 차이에 대한 고려가 충분히 반영되어 있지 않아 본 논문에서는 이에 따른 가중치를 도입하도록 하였다. 이와 같은 설정을 통해 다양한 상황에 대해 거리와 시간 사이의 가중치를 분배함에 있어서 트리 확장 형태에 대하여 사용자의 의사를 반영할 수 있다. 제안된 알고리즘의 검증을 위하여 다양한 장애물이 존재하는 공간에서의 비행체의 동특성이 고려된 무인시스템의 경로계획 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. In this work, we develop a path planning algorithm based on RRTs for autonomous mobile systems considering the arrival time. RRT is a sampling based path planning algorithm that is efficient for high-dimensional environments and has been applied to various applications. However, past work using time-based RRTs does not adequately reflect the difference between the dimension of time and space during the expansion of the tree. Here, we introduce a weighting function within the process of expanding the tree, which leads to better exploration of the space. The proposed algorithm is validated using aircraft dynamics in an environment with various obstacles.

2D to 3D Conversion에서 Depth-Map 기반 제작 사례연구 - '명장 관우' 제작 중심으로 -

입체 디스플레이 보급의 보편화가 진행됨에 따라, 입체 콘텐츠의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 증가에 맞추어 2010년도를 기점으로 2D to 3D 변환 콘텐츠가 부족한 수요를 충족시킬 대안으로 제시되었다. 그러나 입체효과만을 강조한 2D to 3D 변환콘텐츠가 생산되면서 시각적 피로도와 입체감에 대한 품질의 저하가 문제로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2011년 개봉한 '명장 관우'에서, 13개 Scene을 선별하여 입체 변환 콘텐츠로 제작하고, 변환에 적용된 Depth-Map의 품질이 시각적 피로도와 입체감을 표현하는데 있어서, 적정성을 가지는가의 여부를 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 시행하였다. 움직임의 변화가 많은 영상에 적용한 Depth-Map의 구성방식은 입체변환 기술에 많이 사용되는 방법으로 전(前) 후(後)관계의 분석을 통해 계단식 구성방식으로 깊이 단계 지도를 제작하게 된다. 실험을 통하여, 본 연구에서 제시한 Depth-Map의 구성이 입체변환 콘텐츠 제작에 있어 시각적 피로도를 낮추고 입체감 향상에 타당한지에 대한 결과를 도출하였으며, 실험에 응한 전문가 그룹의 과반수이상이 긍정적인 반응을 표시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 빠른 움직임을 가지는 2D영상을 3D영상으로 변환하는데 적용한 계단식 Depth-map의 구성방식으로도 시각적 피로도를 감소시키고, 입체감 인식을 증가시키는데 효율성을 가진다는 결과를 도출하였다. The results of this study with a rapid movement to convert 2D images into 3D images of applying Depth-map configuration cascade manner to reduce the visual fatigue, to increase the efficiency, and has a three-dimensional perception is the result derived.

SNS 해시태그를 통해 본 여성들의 저항 실천: ‘#00_내_성폭력’ 분석을 중심으로

This study analyzed the messages belonging to the hash tags of ‘sexual violence in OO’ which is currently underway beginning in October 2016. More specifically, this study attempted to follow the process that women, who escaped from the enforced silence of women, make crack down on the male-dominant society with their own voice by following the process from women’s private confessions linked to the has tags to the official conversation. Due to the reason of the social stigma and secondary damages, chances are that the victims are likely to choose silence, and the damages are not likely to be represented. Therefore, the courage of women is regarded as incomparably valuable thing, and it has a public characteristic in the sense that it is an act to protect the dignity of women society and livelihood of women from the hierarchy violence. Women have met countless others who have expressed the same experience in the “Speaking as an Accusation” and greet the moment that the cause of pain is not for her. The hash tags play the role of extending various fragmented self-narrative to the public speaking and it became a core foundation of empowerment as an online diary which records the process of dynamic resistance in real time. 본 연구는 2016년 10월부터 시작돼 현재에도 이르고 있는 ‘OO내 성폭력 해시태 그’에 속한 메시지들을 분석한 것이다. 구체적으로 해당 연구는 해시태그로 연결된 여성들의 사적 고백이 공적담화로 확장되어 가는 과정을 따라가면서, 여성들이 강요 된 침묵에서 벗어나 자신의 경험을 언어 삼아 남성지배적 사회에 균열을 내는 과정 을 쫒고자 했다. 여기서 ‘성폭력 피해 고발’은 사회적 낙인과 2차 가해의 문제로, 피 해자들이 침묵을 선택할 가능성이 다분해 그 피해가 수면 위로 드러나기 힘들다는 특징을 가진다. 때문에 해당 고발에 담긴 여성들의 용기는 비교할 수 없이 값진 것 이라 볼 수 있으며, 위계 폭력으로부터 여성 공동체의 존엄과 생계를 지키기 위한 행위라는 점에서 공공적인 성격을 가진다. 여성들은 이 ‘고발로서의 말하기’ 과정에 서 동일한 경험을 토로하는 수많은 타인들을 만날 수 있었으며, 피해 사례가 품고 있는 위계 폭력의 전형적 징후들을 인지한 후, ‘고통의 원인이 자신에게 있지 않다’ 는 치유의 순간을 맞이한다. 이를 통해 뚜렷한 젠더 의식을 가지게 된 여성들은, 다 양한 목적의 연대체를 구성해 피해자들을 후방에서 지원하거나 업계 내 성 차별을 극복할 수 있는 여러 실질적 방지책들을 마련하는 등, 현실적 노력을 이어나갔다. 이때 해시태그는, 파편화 돼 있던 수많은 자기 서사들을 상호 연결하여 공적 말하기 로 확장시키는 역할을 했으며, 이 역동적 저항과정을 실시간으로 기록하는 온라인 기록장으로서 여성들의 ‘힘 돋우기’ 실천을 견인한 핵심적 토대가 되었다.

Motor and Cognitive Developmental Profiles in Children With Down Syndrome

Objective To investigate motor and cognitive developmental profiles and to evaluate the correlation between two developmental areas and assess the influencing factors of the developmental process in children with Down syndrome (DS).Methods Seventy-eight children with DS participated in this study. The medical history was taken and motoric milestone achievements recorded. The Korean Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (K-WPPSI) and Bayley Scales of Infant Development-II (BSID-II) were administered. Subjects were divided into severe motor delay group (severe group) and typical motor delay group (typical group).Results Children with DS follow the same sequence of motor development and generally displayed double times of acquisition of developmental milestones compared with healthy children. Furthermore, having surgery for associated complications showed negative influence to the motor development. Almost of all children with DS showed moderate degree of intellectual disability and motor and cognitive development do not seem to correlate one another. Conclusion Surgery of associated complications can be negatively related to motor development. However, early motor development did not have any significant effects on the achievement of later cognitive functioning.

상지에서 발생한 Computed Tomography 조영제의 혈관 외 유출: 임상적 특징과 치료 전략

목적: 조영제를 이용한 영상 진단이 많아짐에 따라 혈관 외 유출 손상도 증가하고 있다. 합병증으로 국소적 부종, 감각이상, 홍반, 손가락운동제한, 구획증후군 등이 생길 수 있다. 본 연구에서 조영제에 의한 혈관 외 유출 손상의 임상적특징 및 치료 방법에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2005년 1월부터 2011년 12월까지 조영제에 의한 혈관 외 유출이 발생한 26명의 환자에 대하여 후향적 병록지 검증법을 시행하였다. 연령, 증상 및 증후, 주입된 조영의 종류와 용량, 치료 방법 및 결과를 조사하였다. 결과: 85% 환자에서 100 mL 미만의 혈관 외 유출이 발생하였다. 23%에서 즉각적인 수술적 치료가 필요하였으며, 수술후 후유증은 보이지 않았고 나머지 77%에서는 보존적인 치료를 시행하였다. 결론: 예방이 중요하며 심각한 손상을 피하기 위해서 진단과 치료가 즉시 이루어져야 한다. 6시간 이내에 수부전문의를통한 수술적 치료 여부 결정이 환자의 예후에 중요하다고 할 수 있다. Purpose: Incidence of radiographic contrast media extravasation has increased owing to the escalating availability of contrast enhanced imaging. Potential complications of extravasation include localized swelling, itching sensation,hypesthesia, erythema, limitation of finger movement, compartment syndrome,skin sloughing, and necrosis. We describe clinical characteristics and treatment of computed tomography contrast media extravasation. Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed on 26 consulted patients experiencing contrast extravasation, between January 2005 and December 2011. Age, signs, symptoms, types of contrast administered, volume of extravasation,treatment and patient outcomes were documented and evaluated, retrospectively. Results: Extravasation of less than 100 mL occurred in 85%. Immediate surgical therapy was necessary in 23% of cases. There were no postoperative complications and it rendered excellent cosmetic outcomes. In 77% of cases, conservative management was recommended, such as elevation and immobilization of extremity, application of ice pack, and careful monitoring. Conclusion: Prevention is the most important for extravasation injuries. Diagnosis and treatment must be made on the spot in order to avoid severe soft tissue damage. Hand surgeons’ decision on the necessity of surgical treatment within 6 hours is important in the prognosis of patients.

금 나노 입자 응집 원리를 이용한 유기인계와 카바메이트계 비색-신속 농약검출법 개발

A colorimetric rapid detection method based on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was developed for the analysis of organophosphorus (OP) and carbamate (CB) pesticides. The AChE catalyzes acetylthiocholine into thiocholine having (-) and (+) charges, and the (+) charge results in gold nanoparticle (GNP) aggregation. The in-activation of AChE by OP and CB has been well known. In order to optimize the colorimetric method, optimal dilution times of commercial serum containing AChE, diameter of GNP, and concentration of acetylthiocholine were tested as a key parameter. The colorimetric detection limits of the method were 7.5 ng/mL for both dimethyl amine and carbofuran pesticides in 60% ethanol. No cross-reaction to other chemicals, such as aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A, which can be contaminated with pesticides in agricultural products, was observed. Recoveries from lettuce, sesame leaf, and cabbage lettuce spiked with known concentrations of dimethyl amine and carbofuran were found to be ranged from 83.85 to 133.16%. These results indicated that the colorimetric rapid method based on AChE can be a useful tool for the sensitive, specific, rapid, and accurate detection of OP and CB pesticides in fresh vegetables.

싸이의 <강남스타일>에 나타난 코믹의 특성 연구 - 모롱의 웃음 담론을 활용한 transculturality의 분석을 중심으로 -

There are growing demands on comic entertainment as the realm of mass media art expands. However, comic entertainment has difficulty in acquiring global recognition due to strong cultural locality; a comic phenomenon in one society does not always bring about laughter in another. Therefore, it is remarkable that Psy’s music video Gangnam Style became a great international success. This success proves the possibility of creating comic entertainment that crosses over cultural borders as well as its magnificent influential power when the comic mode raises international responses. The objective of this article is to discover how Gangnam Style succeeded in creating powerful comic effects that appeal all over the world, transcending cultural locality. This article refers to the discourse on the laugher and comics that Charles Mauron developed in his book, Psychocritique Du Genre Comique(Psychocritics of The Comic Genre) to analyze the comic aspects of Gangnam Style. An analysis on the music video reveals the following three important factors. First of all, the background settings in the music video are common municipal places that are omnipresent in the world and lack the cultural locality of any one nation. This spatial anonymity undermines the conditions which can create cultural locality. Second, Gangnam Style creates a dissonance between the ordinary life displayed in the background places and Psy’s acting in his extraordinary costumes and dance style. This gap brings about laughter and magnifies the effect. Third, the sexuality code, which has universal popularity, is combined with comic codes and depicted in caricatures in Gangnam Style. The sexuality combined with the comic code increases the pleasure derived from the exposure to the sexuality alone. These three elements - spatial omnipresence, discord between the background places and the acting of Psy, and the caricatured sexuality – play crucial roles in attaining the amazing international success of Gangnam Style. 대중예술의 영역이 확대되면서 코믹물에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 웃음은 문화적 국지성이 강하기 때문에 글로벌 차원에서 큰 흥행을 이끄는 것이 용이하지 않다. 그런 점에서 싸이의 뮤직 비디오 <강남스타일>의 세계적 흥행은 각별한 의미를 지닌다. 즉, 보편적 호소력을 가진 코믹물을 창조하는 것이 충분히 가능하며 코믹 모드가 글로벌 지형에서 반향을 일으킬 경우 어떤 폭발력을 가지는지 입증해 보여 주었다. 본 연구는 <강남스타일>의 코믹 코드가 어떻게 문화적 국지성의 함정을 피하면서 강력한 코믹의 효과를 창출할 수 있었는지 규명하고자 했다. 코믹의 양상에 대한 분석을 위해서는 샤를르 모롱이 자신의 저서 『희극적 장르의 심리비평』에서 개진한 웃음의 이론을 활용하였다. 본 논문은 뮤직비디오를 시퀀스 별로 나누어 분석한 결과, 크게 세 가지 요인을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 익명성이 강한 도시 공간을 배경으로 설정함으로써 문화적 국지성이 작동할 수 있는 물적 토대를 약화시켰다. 둘째, 공간과 그 속에서 일어나는 주인공 싸이의 행동 사이의 부조화를 극대화시키는 방식으로 웃음의 효과를 증폭시켰다. 셋째, 보편적 흥행 코드인 성적 코드에 코믹 모드를 결합시킴으로써 해방감을 배가시켰다.
