사회복지사의 기업복지 유형이 삶의 질과의 관계에서 직무몰입의 조절효과

[연구목적] 본 연구는 사회복지시설에 종사하는 사회복지사의 직무몰입과 삶의 질의 향상을 위한 선택적 복지제도의 정착에 대한 기초자료를 제공하여 사회복지국가 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. [연구방법] 본 연구의 자료 수집은 대구 · 경북지역 사회복지사를 대상으로 총 300부 설문지를 배분하여 이 중 298부를 분석 자료로 활용되었다. 실증분석을 위해 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 분산분석, t-test, ANOVA분석, SAS 등을 이용하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 기업복지유형에 따른 선택적 복지제도가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 유의한 차이가 없어서 기각되었다. 둘째, 기업복지유형과 사회복지사의 삶의 질과의 차이 검증 결과, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업복지의 유형과 삶의 질과의 관계에서 사회복지사의 직무몰입의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 사회복지사의 기업복지유형에 따른 선택적 복지제도는 삶의 질과의 관계에서 직무몰입이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지시설에서 선택적 복지제도 정착에 필요한 직무교육프로그램을 개발하고 예산편성에 반영하여 사회복지서비스를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of the social welfare state by providing basic data on the corporate welfare types for the improvement of job quality and quality of life of social workers in social welfare facilities. [Methodology] The data collection of this study was divided into 300 questionnaires for social workers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and 298 of them were used as analytical data. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance, t-test, ANOVA analysis, SAS were used for the empirical analysis. [Findings] First, as a result of verifying the effect on job commitment according to corporate welfare type, it was rejected because there was no significant difference. Second, as a result of verifying the difference between the corporate welfare type and the social worker’s quality of life, there was no statistically significant difference. Third, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of job involvement of social workers in the relationship between the type of corporate welfare and the quality of life, there was a statistically significant moderating effect. [Implications] This study found that job involvement had a moderating effect on the social worker’s corporate welfare type in relation to quality of life. Therefore, the social welfare service should be improved by developing job training programs necessary for the Cafeteria Plan in social welfare facilities and reflecting them in budgeting.

Phytolith analysis of sediments at the river mouth of valley bottom plains in Myosa-ri, Haman is performed. By the phytolith results, Phragmites and Oryza sativa are dominated in the lower horizon. An abundance of Paniceae and Andropogoneae indicates the active agricultural activities under wet conditions. Moreover, the results of archeological studies suggest the paddy fields in the Three States Age. The phytolith assemblages are dominated in the middle horizon and they gradually increase in the upper horizon. The rice cultivation layer is not proportional to total phytolith yield due to the dominance of Oryza sativa in the lower horizon. However, because the Oryza sativa are continuously observed over the entire sediments, it is suggested that there had been the agricultural activities for the entire periods. 함안 묘사리 곡저평야의 하구부 토양층을 대상으로 식물규소체 분석을 행하였다. 분석결과 하부층준에서는 갈대속(Phragmites)과 재배벼(Oryza sativa)가 가장 많이 산출하였고, 기장족과 쇠풀족이 증가하여 저습한 환경에서 활발했던 농경활동을 반영하였다. 또한 고고학 발굴 결과에서도 삼국시대 수전층이 확인되었다. 전체 식물규소체 산출량은 중간층에서 가장 많고, 상부층으로 오면서 점차 증가하였다. 재배벼는 하부층에서 가장 많아서 농경층과 식물규소체 산출량은 비례하지 않았다. 그러나 재배벼는 거의 전 층준에서 연속적으로 출현하므로 전 시기에 걸쳐 농경활동이 있었을 것으로 판단된다.

형산강 연안의 경주 황성동 소재 주거지 유적에서 유적지내 목곽묘에 매장된 토기 속의 토양을 대상으로 식물규소체 분석을 행하였다. 연구지역은 신라시대 천년동안 왕경을 중심으로 하는 도읍지에 인접하여 있고 형산강의 충적평야를 이용하여 일찍부터 농경활동과 밀접하게 관련되어 있을 것으로 판단된다. 토기 내부 토양에서의 분석결과, 하부층준에서는 벼와 함께 갈대속, 기장족, 쇠풀족이 함께 출현하여 인접한 지역에서 농경 활동이 있었음을 확인하였다. 토기의 용도에 대해 확실하게 판단하기 위해서는 유적의 매몰토와 토기내부 토양과의 비교분석 및 토기 내부 토양의 대형식물유체 분석도 병행하는 등 다양한 분석이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Phytolith of soil in earthenware buried in the wooden chamber tombs at the archaeological site in Hwangseong-dong, Gyeongju along Hyeongsan River are analyzed. The study area has adjoined the seat of government during approximately thousand years in Shilla Dynasty and can be regarded as being closely related to the agricultural activities using the floodplains of Hyeongsan River. By the analytical results, Phragmites, Paniceae and Andropogoneae as well as Oryza sativa are found in the lower horizons, indicating the agricultural activities in the nearby areas. It is suggested for understanding the use of earthenware that the comparisons of buried soils in the site and soils in the earthenware and analysis on the macro plant fossils of soil in the earthenware are needed.
