The snake-Dragon tale has origined from a birth the people in the beginning of the World. In acase of the West, the origin of it can be traced from a story of the progenitor of the human race in the Book of Genesis and a Greek myth that the God repeled the dragon(Dominated dead darkness in a convulsion of the chaotic Universe)and created the world. And in a case of the West, it has started from a chinese myth a girl was a snake in a juman shape. The girl is called the Creation Maker, "can realize everything and make the people." it means that the snake was belived in the spirits of the terrain. The dragon in Buddhism is introduced from a popular belief in India, there are two dragons in the sutra(the Buddist scriptures). One is a good drageon embraced Buddha and received commandments(of Buddhism) and became a god(protects Buddhism), the other is a bad dragon denied buddhism and was repeled by Buddhism and was repeled by Buddha and his apprentices. The Chines Snake-Dragon tales are vast and can not be enumerated. So, they are reference materials to know ours. The types of Snake-Dragon in China are classified by oral consciousness and distinguishing language elements. They are 1) a type of the Creation Founder tale 2) a type of house snake tale 3) a type of a dream of forthcoming conception tale 4) a type of disguise tale 5) a type of a tale of a beautiful snake seduces a person 6) a type of Buddhism tale 7) a type of a tale dragons come down in rain. Korean Snake-Dragon tales show different transmitting aspects. Types classified by them are the followings: 1) a type of national foundation founder tale 2) a type of house snake tale 3) a type of a dream of forthcoming conception tale 4) a type of a dragon protects a low 5) a type of a dragon protects a nation 6) a type of a tale a dragon comes down in rain 7) a type of a tale to disguise. Among them, type 1) is differed in name. That's why it's not our snake-Dragon tale and d dragon appears in a tale of national foundation founder. type 5)can be seen in only Korean Snake-Dragon tale. A tale of a dragon protects a law in shilla is mixed with an idea of Shilla people and developed.

The purpose of this study is to draw out the conditions of peace pertaining to the problems of peaceful settlement in Korean peninsular. To do this, the main focus of my concern has been put together with respect to the military aspects of the problem. In this connection, the main trends of this study are as follow: The Patterns of Contemporary Security Concept and the National Security Problems of Republic of Korea; Major World Powers, namely USA-USSR-PRC-Japan, Global Strategic Position Setting and Their Policy Attitude toward Korean Peninsular; Pre-Conditions of Approaching the way to make Military Stabilization in Korean peninsular questions. As one of by-products of the world war? caused by international setting, Korean nation has been divided into two countries bringing about the heterogeneous types of political order upon this land of morning-calm. In the past quarter century of our time and generations we have met with national severe experiences such as untold sorrow to all Korean people and the scourge of war of aggression committed by Kim 11-Sung regime of North Korea in 1950s. Ever since we have lived in a stater of outgrowing tension, military rival competition, and politicalideological dual feud of confrontation in between South and North Korea. And therefore it has been deepening our national tragic phenomena, that is to say, cutting-off North-South direct dialogue, increasing miltary tension and ever more exceeding heterogeneity in Korean national stream of legitimate Korean national sentiment and common conciousness. Unification of our fatherland by means of peaceful settlement is our sublime task that must be equipped with futher unlimitted efforts of all Korean people in North and South as well. In order to bring about these efforts in reality, pursuing establishement of conditions of peace in this land is the most important assignment imposed upon all of us, 1 am believed. In this context, the key issue to fulfill the effective fudamental foundations for conditions of peaceful settlement in Korean Peninsular is the longer sighted military balance sheet and stabilization between South and North Korea in the future to come through negotiations, direct contacts and dialogues. It must be condisdered the fact with deep interest that political climate of world politics today has been keenly influenced upon Korean peninsular questions in every respects, political, economic, and military in particular. It is also noteworthy to sum up the general stream of international power politics in respect to its newly developing trends at the threshhold of 1970s. In short, the world order has been changing from the cold war system to the new pattern of world system specially concerned with East-Weat relations, so called th 'detente' era. Since then so many repetories of world politics have been functioning as a real feature of super-powers' manipulating driving force for international political operations; peaceful co-existence, reduce tension, status quo post bellum, balance of power, strategic parity among nations, and the realization of detente era. and so forth. It is true to understand that these repetories have been serving for the sake of those great powers' 'real politik' in international relations today. Especially it has proven itself through their policy-attitude toward Korean peninsular questions during past decades and up to present time. We Korean have been living in this kind of worldly conditioned situation as said above. And so 'survival' is the most crucial monument to all of us. And therefore the establishment of effective conditions of peace in this peninsular is the utmost tasks to be achieved by our own national efforts with collaboration of our friendly and peace-loving nations of the world. To this end, first of all, 1 thought about the 'equal security concept' in this study to be applicable to promoet military stabilization as well as strategic parity in between South and North Korea relationships. This means also to bring about the 'parallelism of interests' and the stable security of the the first magnitude over Korean peninsular problems for the purpose of establishing conditions of peace in respect that the military confrontations between the two Koreas have brought about so many kinds of national tension, threat, and insecurity during the past period of decades. Without having realized the 'equal security concept'. it is way far from making conditions of peace and prevention of another war in Korean peninsular. Considering North Korea's target for unification policy achievement by means of military aggression as they have proven themselves so far, the military confrontation as it is today, in the things of nature, between South and North Korea it will be more difficult to bring about the foundations of peaceful settlement in this Korean peninsular. We all realize that the unification of Korea through the peaceful means is the long and thorny road, but we must try our best effort to overcome the difficulties of setting up the conditions of lasting peace in this land, and it is our common goal of national sublime tasks to be achieved at the end.. Gathering all the fact-findings-and structural charateristics surrounding South and North Korean inter-relationships, and Korean peninsular problems as a whole within and without, it made me driven to conclude as follow in order to draw out conditions of peace in regard to military aspects of making peace, keeeping peace, and building peace in this peninsluar; 1) Realization of military balance between South and North Korea. 2) In order to prevent outbreaking of another war in Korean peninsular, it is urgent to pour downthe two Korea's best effort to establish the common ground for the equal security concept for both side's interest and survival, not conflict. 3) mutual effort of creating the ways and means of long range military stabilization between South and Nocth Korea. 4) The concrete institutionalization of establishing de facto as well as de jure ;state of peace; in Korea peninsular by concluding peace-treaties between South and North Korea. 5). The peace treaties should be accompanied with such agreements as non-use of military forces and non -agression treaty between the two parties. 6) The common effort and reasonalble coordination must paid in regard to reduce the high burdens of military expenditure for both side's defense budgeting in the future. 7) In the course of conducting negotiations between the two parties, it will be necessitated to take a gradual steps to institute an effective channels of making agreements upon the problems of disarmament and force-balancing or reduction. 8)And finally it is requested to have the great power's common collaboration of securing conditions of peace in Korean peninsular, because it is true that the pax Koreana is directlly concerns with the great powers'security problems per ce in this area, and it will greatly contribute to the future of Far Eastern situation as a whole. That is to say that the peaceful settlement of Korean peninsular problems will be conditioning the style of great powers' balance of power politics, detente policy, and status quo post bellum in Asian continent tomorrow.

Continuous composite girder bridge is superior than the simple bridge in structure and economy. But it produces tensile stress in concrete slab around the mid support when live and dead load act on. In order to cancel tensile stress, "the inclined cable method" was adopted and studied in this thesis. When 2-span continuous composite girder has a inclined cable, the merits of this system are as follows. 1) The minus moment at the mid support can be canceled by small P. S. force. 2) The inclined cable is always subjected to the tensil stress when live and dead load act on. 3) No slab concrete arises cracks by the plus moment of P. S. force, when loads act on. So 2-span continuous composite girder with inclined cable has the several merits in structure, it can be avail to the long span girder bridge.

Expense in farm operation is the key problem along with organization in farm management. The objective of the theory of farm expense is to inquire into what laws it belongs to. It is intended in this paper, therefore, to investigate the system of factors determining the level of farm expense, how to grasp expense function in terms of peculation function and appearance of farm expense curve when quantitative adaptation is taken place. Farm is consisted of many divisible fixed resources which enable farm management adaptable quantitatively to the change of its operation. This implies that the gross farm expense resulting from the quantitative adaptation becomes rectilinear under the condition that the quantity and price of expense elements and intensive degree of technical unit are fixed.

Steel I-beam is usually the most efficient and economical shape because of their inherent trength in resisting bending. Steel bridge using steel I-beam as the main members is simple in structure and easy in fabrication. But, as available steel I-beams are limited in depth, the span does not exceed a certain imit. In order to increase the span and reduce the weight and depth, the reasonable method strengthen steel I-beam may be prestressing When the steel I-beams are prestressed by tendons, the top and bottom flanges are placed in tension and compression respectively. So the distribution of stress is opposite to that caused by downward working loads, thus enabling the same structure to support increased load or be use for longer spans with the same load and to reduce weight and depth of members. This paper will be accomplished by making a comparison between prestressed and non-prestressed steel I-beam in terms of economical consideration, and examining certain factors which should be taken into account
