The wind response and performance of a tuned mass damper (TMD) are presented based on the system identification and the inverse wind load estimation. The TMD was installed on a 39-story, 184.6m steel building located in Incheon, Korea with a monitoring system consisting of an anemometer, accelerometers, and internet-based data logging system. On Sep. 2, 2010, the building experienced the Kompasu Typhoon, in which the peak wind speed, measured by an anemometer installed on the roof floor, was 49.7 m/s. In order to analyze the behavior of the building during the typhoon, the dynamic properties of building and TMD are identified from the measured responses. The modal wind load is then inversely estimated from the TMD and building accelerations using a Kalman filter, and the vibration reduction performance of the TMD is evaluated.

The results were as follows ; 1. The treatment method is most used reinforcing the spleen and strengthening of Ki(氣) detoxication and draining of pus on each stage. In first stage, the method of actirating blood and aeration of Lag(絡) nourishing blood and moisturizing skin is used. In ulcer stage, the method of expelling blood stasis and detoxication, promoting pus and drainage is used. In chronic stage, strengthening of Ki(氣) and blood, invigiration and dispersion is used. 2. In the frequency of prescription, the most numerous prescription is Paljintang(八珍湯) and the next are Insamyangyoungtang(人蔘養榮湯). Taglisodongum(托裏消耗飮) ect. In the frequency of medicine the most numerous medicine is Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸) and the next are Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草), Astragali Radix(황기) etc. 3. In the frequency of prescription of exteral therapy. the most numerous prescription is Saengioghongo(生肌玉紅膏), Saengisan(生肌散) and the next are hongsungdan(紅升丹), guildan(九一丹) etc. In the frequency of medicine of exteral therapy, the most numerous medicine is Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草) and the next are Calomelas(輕粉), Draconis Resina(血竭) etc.

도시형생활주택 개발에 따른 효율적인 리스크관리를 통한 사업성 확보의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 도시형생활주택만의 리스크요인을 정확히 파악하고 리스크 분류의 체계화가 요구되고 있다. AHP분석을 이용하여 도시형생활주택만의 단계별, 속성별, 요인별 리스크의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 단계별 중요도 및 종합위험도 비교에서는 개발전단계가 가장 중요한 단계로 도출되었다. 다음으로 개발준비단계 로서의 중요도와 종합위험도 수치가 높게 나타났으며 관리ㆍ운영단계, 개발단계 순으로 중요함을 유지했다. 여기서 종합위험도가 낮다는 의미는 시행사가 도시형생활주택을 개발하기에 앞서 가장 먼저 중점적으로 검토 및 관리를 하여야 한다는 것으로써 리스크의 확인정도가 가장 높게 나타났음을 의미한다. 시행사들은 지역의 수요특성과 본 연구에서 도출된 리스크 요인과 중요도를 반영하여 입지선정에 신중할 필요가 있고, 나아가 주변 업무시설과의 연계성, 적정한 세대규모, 유형에 대한 조사와 분석을 하고 건축기준 완화조건을 최대한 활용하는 개발계획의 수립이 필요할 것이다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES As urban housing has definite structural differences from existing real estate development projects, they have clear-cut differences in the risk factors as well. Therefore, in this study, a comparative review of existing studies relating to real estate development projects to identify common risk factors. We need to establish a risk system appropriate for urban housing. (2) RESEARCH METHOD With a focus on the deducing of risk factors specific to urban housing, and the analysis of their importance, AHP analysis was used o analyze the relative importance of risks by phase, attribute, and factor. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the comparison of importance by stage and composite risk level comparison, the pre-development stage was found to be the most important result. Next was the development preparation stage, with high importance and composite risk level. Following in order of importance were the management and operation stage, and development stage. Here, the implication of a low composite risk level is that the contractor must first perform intensive examination and management ahead of urban housing development, and that the degree of risks identified was highest. 2. RESULTS Constructors need to reflect these risks at the practical level to carefully research and analyze project sites in light of the demand in the area, connection with business facilities in the vicinity and the appropriate number and type of units, while establishing development plans that take full advantage of the relaxations in legal construction requirements.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study is aimed at analyzing how much important the development project’s effective risk control is other than construction projects. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The research methods is a analysis based on the theoretical background of real estate development business. According to internal and external literature looking factors of real estate development business risk to seek for solution to manage them. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS When the Real Estate Development Protect is held in DaeJeon where it has different economy size, company’s business ability, local resident’s level of consciousness, and etc, comparing to Seoul and GyeongGi area, for the successful promotion, they deducted the implicit risk factors in each business promotion stages, by rating the importance of each factors, and have suggested an effective management plan to minimize the risk. 2. RESULTS It is expected that the real estate development project of DaeJeon area would continuously develop and expand into various subjects and this research paper would not bring a huge impact.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES It is possible to examine the method to revitalize commercial real estate in a diverse way. The purpose of this study is to maximize the entertainment element selected in large-scale mixed-use facility, extract and select the revitalization element capable of occurring in each stage of commercial real estate development, analyze its importance, propose the revitalization plan in each stage of commercial real estate development and help it with the successful development of commercial real estate gradually promoted. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study selected the element appropriate for analyzing commercial real estate revitalization, hierarchize it and employed AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to evaluate the importance of the revitalization element of individual items and of revitalization of each stage. Based on the questionnaire research, the method of analysis was to use the Expert Choice 2000 program, divide it into the stage of development planning, the stage of construction and sale and the stage of operation and management and analyze the importance of revitalization elements. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The revitalization element of the highest importance in promoting the commercial real estate development project was the item of locational validity, followed by traffic infrastructure and accessibility, and accessibility of the development concept. This suggests that the commercial real estate development project should well be planned and developed to fit the conditions of the project site at the stage of development planning. All items act to commercial real estate revitalization as an important element, and so it is necessary to coordinate and plan it in a harmonious manner. 2. RESULTS It is necessary to make efforts to revitalize commercial real estate by applying diverse entertainment elements meeting the diversifying needs of consumers. And it is necessary to introduce the diverse and reasonable entertainment suited to proper size and new consumers’ needs through sufficient period and examination from locational analysis to the completion of development. And it is necessary to maximize the revitalization of commercial real estate with the reinforcement of lease and operation management and pursue development gains in a long-term period to promote it as a new scheme.

Clear cell carcinoma is a rare variant of salivary gland carcinoma, and its occurrence in the tongue base is even rarer. We present a case of a 55-year-old female patient with clear cell carcinoma of the tongue base. The patient initially presented with a 3-month history of palpable tongue mass, leading to her visit to the otolaryngology outpatient clinic. The patient underwent a complete resection of the tumor under general anesthesia. Postoperative follow-up imaging studies showed no evidence of recurrence. This case report highlights the diagnostic and management challenges associated with clear cell carcinoma of tongue base and demonstrates that a high index of suspicion is required to diagnose clear cell caricnoma, given its rarity and overlapping features with other clear cell neoplasms.

FDS_EVAC에 적용된 독성가스모델(FED)이 피난에 미치는 영향 분석 및 개선에 대한 연구

When fire occurs in complex or building, toxic gas is important factor for evacuation because it cause death of evacuees. The effect of toxic gas which effects human motion is calculated using Purser`s Fractional Effective Dose (FED). The FDS_EVAC is used for evacuation. However, FED of FDS_EVAC has some problem of application because it dose not considers evacuees`s gender and age groups but using single subject. In this study, numerical analysis using modified FED which considers gender and age group of evacuees was performed. We investigate the effect of improved FED on the evacuation. We applied evacuation analysis to exhibition centre where the evacuees was set one thousand five hundred people. The FED is increasing with children 2%, male 17%, female 4%, adult 13% and elderly people 22%. Fatality is increasing due to increased FED.
