      • Hss에 증착된 TiN박막의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

        In order to improve adhesion of TiN film, we sputtered titanium as interlayer before TiN deposition by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition. At the critical thickness of the titanium interlayer(about o.2μm), adhesive force of TiN films were promoted mostly. From AES analysis, the adhesion improvement of TiN films was mainly cause by nitrogen diffusion into titanium interlayer during TiN deposition process which relieved stress concentration at TiN coating-substrate interface. Also, we performed drill test to evaluate life of uncoated and TiN coated drills, as a results, life of TiN coated drills increased about a times than uncoated drills.

      • 모재의 경도가 R.F.PACVD에 의하여 증착된 TiN 의 경도와 밀착력에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to investigate the influence of the mechanical property on the behavior of hardness and adhesion of TiN thin film deposited by the radio frequency plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition after chaning the hardness of substrate by heat treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis. RBS and EPMA speetra were used to investigate phase. Structure and chemical composition of deposited layer and Vickers hardness test and scratch adhesion test were used to analyze microhardness and adhesion of deposited payer. According to resul of this study, the substrate hardness did not change chemical Composition. Stoichiometry and structure of deposited TiN. In measuring adhesion by SAT, the critical load generally increased as substrate herdness decreased. Considering this result, mechanical property of substrate as well as deposited layer is considered together and should be selected to fit the industrial application.

      • SKH9강 위에 코팅된 TiN/Ti층의 밀착특성 연구

        The applications of titanium nitride films onto tools by means of plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition technique exhibit some increase in tool life of several hundred percents compared to uncoated tools. The efforts with promotion of adhesion at interfacial region and life-enhancement of drill are investigated. So the study has been focused to enhance the adhesion of coating­substrate interface and life-enhancement. In this work, by sputter Ti as interlayer, we produced changes of structure and chemical composition on the substrate surface for the purpose of improving adhesion and wear property on TiN film. We observed changed of hardness,adhsion and wear property at 2㎛ Ti interlayer. It has been resulted that the 2.6 times improvement of performance drill test. The result is due to the high hardness, chemical stability, low friction coefficient of TiN coating and the adhesion improvement of TiN films due to the Ti interlayer because of interfacial diffusion zone formed at TiN/Ti interface and relieved stress at TiN coating­substrate interface.

      • SCM鋼과 스테인리스鋼의 lon질화에 관한 연구

        In this study, it has been attempted to investigate the hardness, microstructure, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of ion nitrified SCM4 steel and 304 stainless steel(STS 304), Evaluation of ion nitrified steels was conducted by microhardness meas-urement, optical microscopic and SEM observation, X-ray diffraction analysis, wear test and anodic polarization test. The following results were obtained. 1.As chromium content in alloy steels is increased, surface hardness is increased whereas thickness of nitride layer is decreased, because of CrN formation in surface compound layer. 2.Wear test of SCM4 steels indicate that ion nitriding treatments as other nitriding treatments increase wear resistance, especially inhibit adhesive wear as well as abrasive wear. 3.Ion nitriding treatment of SCM4 steels increase corrosion resistance in HCl solution, and low tenperature (400-450℃)ion nitriding treatment of STS 304 steels increase surfce hardness and corrosion resistance in HCl soution.

      • 小型乘合車 低振動 推進軸 設計에 關한 硏究

        The reduction of the vibration noise for the power transmission (power train) system in automobile is one of the important issues to response the user's needs for a comfortable driving. The lightweight and high power of the engine increases the fuel efficiency but it take place the vibration noise. The torsion vibration in power train could be occur by the resonance when engine accelerated. It makes the noise during driving. Therefore, in this study, methods for reducing the vibration noise is considered to find out the trans. Power torsion sources. The multi-degree-of freedom model, which applied to the semi-definite system on the torsion vibration for driving system, was developed and suggested to conduct the free and forced vibration simulation. Actual vehicle test was also conducted to clarify the multi-degree-of freedom model. The results of computer simulation on the multi-degree-of freedom model show the possibility that may be reduce the torsion vibration. The analyses of the free vibration and forced vibration were showed that torsion vibration for the driving system was affected by the stiffness of the stiffness of the propeller shaft. The variation of torque could be reduced and resonance frequency band also avoided by increasing the stiffness of propeller shaft, respectively. This suggested simulation model on the torsion vibration for driving system in this study is one of the useful models to reduce the torsion vibration when varying the parameters for driving system simulation.

      • 문학작품에서 본 韓國現代政治思想의 특색 : 春園 李光洙를 중심으로

        정치사상은 의식의 흐름 속에서 끊임없이 구성(constitution)되는 역사적 존재이다. 그것은 물건(thing)이 있듯이 있는 존재가 아니며, 물건을 보듯이 볼 수 있는 대상이 아니다. 그것은 임의로 이전되거나 이식될 수 있는 물건과 같은 존재일 수 없다. 정치사상은 역사 속에 존재하며, 그 속에서 나타나는 정신현상이다 정치사상은 주어진 정치세계를 규정하고 또 그것에 의해 끊임없이 규정되면서 하나의 관념(idea) 또는 의견(opinion)의 형태로 존재한다. 본고는 일본식민지하에서 이미 싹트기 시작한 한국현대정치사상의 특성을 당시의 문학작품특히 춘원의 작품을 중심으로 살펴보려는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 우리는 시대적 문학작품 속에서 정치세계에 사는 인간의 생활태도와 이러한 인간의 태도를 규정하는 정치적인 관념 또는 사상의 원초적인 모습을 찾아볼 수 있다. 물론 문학이 문제로 삼는 “행동”이나 “스토리를 가진 삶”이 반드시 정치적일 필요는 없다. 작가의 문학정신 속에서 특정의 정치세계에 대한 이미지(image)를 파악할 수 있으면 그것으로 족하다. 예술작품, 특히 시, 소설 등의 문학작품이 시대적 의식이니 정신을 어느 정도 엄밀하게 또 객관적으로 반영하고 있는가 또는 반영할 수 있는가 하는 문제는 많은 논란을 불러 일으킬 수 있으며, 어쩌면 하나의 가설적인 명제에 그칠 지도 모른다. 그러나 우리는 예컨대 이인식의『은세계』에서 무저항주의의 일단을 경험하게 되며, 최인동의 『광장』에서 밀실화되어 가는 해방후의 정치풍토를 엿보게 됨을 부인할 수 없다.『은세계』의 주인공들은 항일투쟁의 주도세력인 의병을 향해 다음과 같이 질책한다.

        In order to develop the Aluminum alloys. many scholares have already studied the vairous coses for the adding elements. Aluminum which used next to iron in our daily necessaries and machine parts is based on the mechanical, the physical and the chemical properties treat ment. In this paper was studied for Mg(2.8%)-B(0.3%) and Mg(2.8%)-B(0.8%) in aluminum especially I was afserved the aging effeet of this allays. The kesults aftained from this study are summerized as follow, 1. He solution teatment temperoture of this alloy needs up to 350℃ and long time want. 2. In order to have max. hardness mumbure of this alloys aging temporature needs below to the 200℃. 3. High Contants of Boron in this alloy system, have more high Hardness number.

        Metals have been used in many fields in common life as well as in industry, and they requires the various and specific properties according to application, such as strength, hardness, toughness, density, brightness, solubility, expansion coefficient, electrical and thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance for chemical agents and atmosphere. However, it is very difficult or impossible that one pure metal shows all the above mentioned properties, and its properties are restricted because of the limited number of metallic elements. The desirable properties could be satisfied by alloying with two and more elements. The characteristics of alloys can be changed with the kind and amount of additive element, and temperature. Therefore, the choice of alloying conditions-composition and temperature is a critical problem to obtain the required properties. Equilibrium phase diagrams for alloys provide proper solutions, which help one to understand and predict the properties of materials.
