A total of 820 dairy cattle were examined formastitis by California mastitis test method and 181 dairy cattle were examined bacteriologically according to the method of Connecticut mastitis control program. The results obtained were as followings: 1. Milk samples from 1.231(38.1%) of 3,225 quarters and 568(69.3%) of 820 dairy cattle were positive for mastitis by California mastitis test method. 2. Among 181 cattle examined bacteriologically by the method of Connecticut mastitis control program 159(22.9%) quarters of 102(56.4%) cattle were infected. Clinical mastitis was found in 5 cattle. 3. Important causative organisms were found to de Staphylococcus aureus(44.8%), Streptococcus agalactiae(21.5%), and non-str, agalactiae Streptococcus(26.4%). Corynebacterium ssp., Pseudomonas spp., Coliforms and Yeasts were also occasionally found to be causative organisms. 4. Strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from bovine udders were tested for sensitivity to antibiotics. The rates of resistant strain were 13.7%, 11.8%, 8.8%, 5.9%, 100%, 4.9% and 4.9% for penicillin G, streptomycin, terramycin, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, ampicillin and kanamycin, respectively.

백금전극에 의한 페놀의 전기화학적 산화거동을 순환 전류전압법에 의하여 연구 검토하였다. 페놀의 초기산화전위는 산성용액에서는 전해질용액의 액성에 크게 영향을 받으나, 염기성용액에서는 0.33-0.40V범위로 거의 일정한 산화전위를 나타내었고, 페놀의 농도변화에 따른 전기화학적 최적농도는 0.1N부근에서 가장 유리하였다. 그리고 주사속도변화에 따른 조사에서 페놀산화반응은 비가역적이고 확산이 이 반응을 지배한다. The electrochemical oxidation behavior of phenol on platinum anode had been investigated by cyclic voltammetric method. The initial oxidation potential of phenol was dependent on the pH in acid solution. But in basic solution, it was held 0.33-0.40V(vs. S.C.E.). The peak current was proportional to the concentration of phenol and the optimum concentration was found to be about 0.1N. The oxidation reaction of phenol was found to be irreversible and controlled by diffusion.
황금약침액(黃芩藥鍼液)이 가토(家兎) 신피질절편(腎皮質切片)에서 수은(水銀)에 의한 세포막(細胞膜) 물질이동(物質移動) 기능장애(機能障碍)에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was undertaken to determine whether Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (SbG) extract exerts the protective effect against $HgCl_2$-induced alterations in membrane transport function in rabbit renal cortical slices. The slices were treated with 0.1 mM $HgCl_2$ for 60 min at $37^{\circ}C$. $HgCl_2$ caused an inhibition in PAH uptake by renal cortical slices. Such an effect was accompanied by depressed $Na^+-K^+$-ATPase activity and ATP depletion. SbG prevented $HgCl_2$-induced inhibition of PAH uptake in a dose-dependent manner at the concentration ranges of 0.01-0.1%. $HgCl_2$-induced inhibition of $Na^+-K^+$-ATPase activity and ATP depletion were significantly prevented by 0.05% SbG. These results suggest that SbG prevents $HgCl_2$-induced alterations in membrane transport function in rabbit renal cortical slices. Such protective effects of SbG may be attributed to inhibition of peroxidation of membrane lipid.

이 논문은 박근혜 정부 출범 이후 학교 통일교육의 정책적 특징을 밝히고 지속가능한 통일교육을 위한 문제점에 대한 그 해결과제를 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 박근혜 정부의 학교 통일교육에 대한 연구는 진보적인 노무현 정부와 보수적인 이명박 정부에 이어 집권함에 따라 앞선 정부들과의 계승과 변화에 대한 연구라는 차원에서 큰 의미를 가질 수 있다. 박근혜 정부의 학교 통일교육의 특징은 안보를 중심으로 ‘있는 그대로의 북한’ 이해과 인권문제에 대한 인류보편적 가치 적용을 강조한다. 박근혜 정부의 학교 통일교육에 대한 해결과제로는 첫째, 학교 통일교육의 관점은 국가중심의 안보개념에서 인간 중심의 안보개념으로 그 의미를 확대하고, 안보와 평화가 균형 있게 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 학교 통일교육의 내용은 북한과 통일 환경에 대한 객관적 이해와 함께 남한과 북한이 함께 사실상의 통일로 변해가는 ‘과정중심의 통일교육’을 강화해야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 공감성을 높이고 공정성을 강화하는 내용으로 개선되어야 한다. 셋째, 학교 통일교육의 방법은 교육과정별로 교수방법과 학습기법이 반영된 초·중·고 ‘통일교육지침지도’를 제작할 필요가 있으며, 이러한 통일교육의 방법은 학생들의 주도적의 참여를 확대하는 방향에서 구성되고, 현재 다양한 통일교육 콘텐츠를 활용하는 체험중심의 통일교육이 지속되어야 한다. The aim of this paper is to define main contents and characteristics of the unification education of school and evaluate them in Park Geun-hye administration. Research on unification education of school of Park Geun-hye administration has the significant meaning in a dimension of succession and change from the before adminstration as Park administration starts on the back of the progressive Kim Dae-Jung·Roh Moo-hyun administration and the conservative Lee Myung-bak administration. Characteristics of the unification education of school in Park Geun-hye administration is to emphasis understanding ‘North Korea as it is’ and universal value application on human right issues with security as the center. To evaluate the unification education policy of Park Geun-hye administration around the main contents and characteristics is as follows. First, the viewpoint of unification education should be expanded from state-centered security concept to human-centered security concept, and peace and security should be emphasized in equilibrium. Second, in the contents of a unification education, ‘process-based unification education’ as real unification process should be strengthened with objective understanding North Korea and unification circumstance. Also the contents of unification education should be reformed toward sympathy and fairness. Third, in method of the unification education, ‘guideline map of the unification education’ according to education process in elementary, middle, and high school should be made. Also the participation of students needs to be expanded and the experience-centric education to take advantage of the various contents of the unification education should be done.
이명박 정부 시기 중등학교 도덕과 통일교육의 변화와 평가

이 연구의 목적은 이명박 정부 시기 중등학교 도덕과 통일교육의 정책변화와 그 주요 내용들을 분석하고 그것을 평가하고자 하는 것이다. 필자는 이명박 정부 시기 중등학교 도덕과 통일교육의 변화를 세 가지 방향에서 검토하였다. 첫째, 이명박 정부의 대북정책인 상생공영정책이 중등학교 도덕과 ‘통일교육지침서’에 반영된 내용이다. 둘째, ‘2009년 개정 도덕과 교육과정’에서 중등학교 통일교육이 변화된 내용이다. 셋째, 이명박 정부 시기 두 차례에 걸쳐 통일교육 관련 중등학교 도덕과 교과서 집필기준이다. 이에 대한 분석을 통해 이명박 정부 시기 중등학교 도덕과 통일교육의 변화들을 다음과 같이 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 통일교육의 관점에서 보면 평화보다는 안보를 우선하여 강조했다. 둘째, 통일교육의 내용에서 보면 통일교육의 내용이 축소되고 북한에 대한 객관적 이해를 강조했다. 셋째, 교육방법에서는 기존 도덕과 중심의 통일교육에서 범교과 교육으로 확대하고, 체험중심의 통일교육을 강조했다. 따라서 향후 박근혜 정부의 통일교육은 이명박 정부 시기 중등학교 통일교육에 대한 객관적 평가를 바탕으로, 남북관계를 실질적으로 진전시키고 지속가능한 통일교육에 대한 현실적인 방안을 도출 할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. The aim of this paper is to estimate the fundamental changes and the main contents about unification education in ethics class of secondary schools during the Lee Myung-Bak government. The fundamental content of unification education during the Lee Myung-Bak government included the North Korea policy of mutual benefit and common prosperity under the ethics curriculum reform of middle and high school in 2009. When we estimated unification education in ethics class of secondary schools during the Lee Myung-Bak government, we could identify three changes. First, the viewpoint of unification education was focused on national security rather than peace. Second, the contents of unification education was reduced and the objective understanding of North Korea was emphasized on. Third. in method of the unification education, it was expanded on the total curriculum education from the ethics class-oriented education and the experience-oriented unification education was emphasized on. Thus, we will suggest that the unification education of Park Geun-Hye government will derive the realistic measures that improve South-North relation and for sustainable the unification education, based on the objective evaluation about unification education in ethics class of secondary schools during the Lee Myung-Bak government.

In this study, it claims that Korea is stepping into the initial stage of becoming a multicultural society. Cultural exchange and emigration led Korea as a multicultural society in the beginning. Based on this background, this thesis aims to explore the situations and tasks of the Korean Multicultural Society affected by globalization. This research puts emphasis on two things as follows. First, it clarifies the double concept of citizenship, which is the most useful concept to analyze multicultural society in globalization. One aspect is that citizenship is rights and duties as a citizen of the nation, and the other is more focused on citizen's responsibilities. Therefore, this thesis explains dualistic characters of citizen and gives the authority to grasp situations of Korean Multicultural Society. Second, it suggests that constitutional and practical measures should be taken based on dualism of citizenship so that stable and consistent democracy can take root in Korean Multicultural Society . Furthermore it also proposes that leaders groups that may take the lead to guide multicultral society should be organized and developed.
