지금부터 30분 동안에 향린교회의 목회와 행정을 여러분께 보고드리도록 되어 있읍니다. 제가 왜 여기 나왔는지 그 이유를 몇가지 찾아 보았읍니다. 여기 목회를 잘 하시는 훌륭한 분들이 계신데 부족한 제가 여기 나와서 말하게 된것은 목회를 하시는 분들께 용기를 드리는 의미가 있지않나 생각합니다. 설교학에서 중요한 문제인 용기를 주는 방법에 두가지가 있습니다. 하나는 잘 되는 것을 말을 해서 꿈을 주게하는 그런 스타일이 있는가 하면 잘못된 경우를 말해서 그런것도 있으니 너는 위로를 받으라하는 스타일이 있습니다. 그래서 두번째의 경우로 제가 나온것 같고, 두번째로 연세대에서 가르치는 사람가운데 교회가 잘 성장하지 않는다고 알려진 기장교회니까 제가 여기 나오지 않았냐하고 생각합니다.

置換 phenol類와 여러 有機溶媒間의 分子間 水素結合을 I.R.로 硏究하였다. 이들 사이의 水素結合에 의하여 OH stretching band가 70∼570㎝^-1 더 낮은 frequency로 이동하였다. Joesten과 Drago는 frequency shifts(Δν)로서 置換 phenol類와 鹽基들간의 enthalpy값을 구하는 일반식, -ΔΗ(㎉.mole^-1)=0.016Δ_(ο-Η)+0.63,을 제안했는데, 이 식으로부터 水素結合 energy를 계산하였다. 또한, 置換基效果를 고찰하기 위해 frequence shifts를 Hammett-type式에 적용했는데 frequency shifts와 Hammentt 置換基常數(σ) 사이에는 직선관계가 成立함을 알았다. The intermolecular hydrogen bond of substituted phenols and various organic solvents in carbon tetrachloride solution was quantitatively studied by use of infrared spectroscopy. The i.r. band shifting of OH stretching as much as 70∼570㎝^-1 to lower frequency was attributed to hydrogen bonding of the complex. Joesten and Drago have proposed the following general equation for predicting enthalpy values for substituted phenols-base association from frequency shifts (Δν) data is -ΔΗ(㎉.mole^-1)=0.016Δ_(ο-Η)+0.63. In this paper calculated enthalpy values from this equation. The Hammett-type equation was adopted for the correlation of the frequency shifts to substitutes effects. It was found that the frequency shifts of the hydroxyl stretching vibration has a linear relationship with the Hammett substituent constant(σ).

We have, in general, experienced a growing trend of managerial reforms into the local authority. It must be clearly recognised, however, that the managerial environment of a public sector is changing for the styles of an oriented-productivity. These trends have undercut government's traditional hierarchy. Hierarchy, at on time, should be indicated a critical cause into all these managerial activities of the local governmental productivity. There are many questions at the public management levels both about the reform activities and about their outcomes. As well as, it's hard to give a definition of the management role that both encompasses the variety activities and yet defines the relationship between the department and the process of management. According to, This article wished to search a new managemental subject of public activities related with an oriented-productivity in the local authority.

水稻에 對한 窒素質肥料의 效用(一報) : 施用時期 및 施用率의 相異에 따른 肥效의 差와 이것이 燐酸質肥料效果에 비치는 影響

This experiment was conducted under the joint research work on lowland rice fertilization. The result was summarized as described below. 1. Nitrogen played a determinative role in growth, tillering, and yield of rice plants. 2. The adequate amount of nitrogen to be applied at the time of basic application here was considered to be over 3 kg per 10 are. 3. The uptake of nitrogen from the fertilizer by rice plants was most efficient when the fertilizer was applied at the time of prime growth. However, the most efficient utilization of nitrogen did not necessarily acompany the maximum yield of rice. 4. The basic application and carly top dressing of the fertilizer appeared to be efficient for betterment of rice yeild. 5. the efficiency of phosphorus was not likely affected by time and rate of nitrogen application.

설교를 크게 둘로 분류한다면 본문설교와 제목설교가 있습니다. 그것을 달리 표현한다면 주석설교와 상황설교라고도 할 수 있겠습니다. 먼저 말씀드리고자 하는 것은 주석설교 즉 본문설교 쪽입니다. 본 회퍼가 이런 이야기를 했습니다. 그는 감옥속에서 참고서도 주석도 없이 성경을 읽고 읽고, 또 읽어 보고 또 보고, 아마 그렇게 했을 것이라고 봅니다만 그가 설교에 대해 말하기를 ‘초기에는 주석부터 볼 필요가 있으나, 몇 해 동안 설교를 하고 신학을 정규로 공부하고 수요집회나 구역예배에서 성경을 가르친 사람은 주석을 보기 전에 자기가 먼저 생각해보자’ 이것이 ‘내 착상’이라고 하는 것입니다. 저도 그렇게 합니다. 주석을 먼저 보지 않고 기도하고 성경을 읽으면 아무도 착상해 보지 않은 독창성이 거기서 나오는 것입니다. 대개 우리가 주석을 먼저 읽으면 거기에 빠져 독창적 생각을 갖기가 거의 힘든 것입니다. 그래서 착상하여 읽는 도중에 생기는 것은 모두 써 놓고 그 다음에 기회가 있으면 또 기도하고 또 읽습니다. 그리고 생각나는대로 적어 놓습니다. 만일 본문이 주초에 결정된다면 주중에 생각날 때마다 메모를 해 놓는 것입니다. 그 아이디어 중 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 것에 나중에 동그라미를 하는 것입니다. 그 다음에 성구의 중심 메시지를 알기 위해서 주석을 보는 것입니다. 주석을 보고 성경의 텍스트 자체를 열심히 배워야 할 것입니다. 텍스트 자체를 배운다는 것은 텍스트가 씌어진 배경과 정황과 이 단어가 희랍어 또는 히브리어에서 제대로 번역되어진 것인가 하는 언어 비판적인 것도 배워야 하는 것입니다.
