To handle voltage fluctuation, not only boost operation but also buck operation are essential for PFC converter. The efficiency of various Buck-Boost type PFC converters is analysed by PSIM thermal module which can calculate switching components’ switching loss and conduction loss easily. 2kW PFC converters are simulated. The input voltage is from 92Vrms to 322Vrms. The output voltage is 350V. The operation frequency is 50kHz.
지역주민의 도시계획에 대한 인식수준과 주민참여의 차이성에 관한 연구

This study aimes to clarify the difference of citizen's perception, preference, and participation level in urban planning process between residents groups, and to give a policy implication on citizen's participation process in urban and regional planning. For this purpose, some residents groups were classified by urban types and household characteristics. And for empirical analysis, 373 questionnaire data were surveyed from 14 different regions. To identify the difference of perception and participation level between resident groups, Pearson Chi-square test was analysed. Some findings of this study are as below. First, there was not remarkable difference between residents groups except some items, such as 'perception level in community based plan', 'participation level in public open hearing', etc. Second. the main factors of resident's perceptional difference in urban planning process are not 'the place where to live', but 'the characteristics of household' such as occupation, consciousness of settlement, housing ownership, etc. But this findings have some limits to generalize to other regions because of sampling limitation.
주택재개발사업과정의 갈등 유형과 사업지연에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 대전광역시 중구 주택재개발사업을 대상으로 -

본 연구는 주택재개발사업 지연의 원인이 되는 갈등의 요인을 추진단계별로 분석하고, 추진단계별 갈등이 사업지연에 미치는 영향의 정도를 회귀분석을 통하여 규명하였다. 관련 이론과 선행연구를 통하여 파악된 갈등의 유형을 대전시 5개 사업지구에 대한 현장연구와 전문가 및 주민설문조사를 통해 갈등에 대한 인식의 정도와 사업지연에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 주택재개발사업에 주는 시사점을 도출하여 향후 제도개선 정책을 제안하였다. 조사 및 분석대상이 대전시 5개 구역의 조합원을 대상으로 한정함으로써 연구결과를 주택재개발사업 전반에 보편적으로 적용되기에는 한계가 있다. 그러나 기존의 주택재개발사업 갈등에 대한 연구에서는 경험적인 자료를 통해 사업지연에 미치는 영향의 정도를 분석한 사례를 찾아보기 어렵다는 점에서 본 연구의 실천적 의미를 찾아볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the types and impacts of conflict, and to give some policy implications in the process of housing redevelopment project. For this purpose, five housing redevelopment sites were selected to make a field study, including the opinion survey of specialists and redevelopment cooperative members. Some policy implications were suggested as below. First, it is suggested to make specialized evaluation of the economic and financial feasibility at each housing redevelopment site, and distribute the evaluation results to every cooperative member. Second, to prevent commitment irregularity of housing redevelopment project, it is required more clearly and strong supervision by local government. Lastly, it is necessary to reduce the legally designated housing redevelopment areas to enhance the feasibility of housing redevelopment project.

The purpose of this study is to make recognition and interpretation in the phenomena of inner city decline, and to suggest some policy implications on urban regeneration programme. Some arguements about the recognition and the identification in the phenomena of the inner city decline are reviewed, and meanings of urban center regeneration are re-interpreted. To analyze and clarify the actual condition of the phenomena of inner city decline , the case study in Daejeon Metropolitan area was executed. Some findings of this case study are as follow. In urban center, the population density and locational rent of urban land was considerably declined as years go by after 1980s. And the main CBD related urban functions and facilities in urban center were moved to Doonsan newly developed urban center. But nevertheless this drained out of CBD related urban functions and facilities, the original urban center maintained its basic function as urban center of Daejeon Metropolitan area.
