        인간 피부 섬유아세포에서 메밀꿀의 항산화 효과 및 광노화 개선 효과에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The present study investigated the potential use of Fagopyrum esculentum (F. esculentum) honey as a functional skin cosmetic by examining its antioxidant and antiaging effects on human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). Methods: Total polyphenol content, total flavonoid content, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity of F. esculentum honey were analyzed. HDF cell viability was examined after treatment with F. esculentum honey and expression of genes encoding collagen and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) was measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis. Results: Analysis of antioxidant activity showed that total polyphenol content, total flavonoid content, and DPPH radical scavenging activity of F. esculentum honey increased in a dose-dependent manner. qRT-PCR analysis revealed an increase in mRNA expression of the collagen-producing genes, COL1A1 and COL3A1 , whereas MMP1 and MMP3 expression decreased in HDFs treated with F. esculentum honey. Furthermore, F. esculentum honey protected HDFs from ultraviolet (UV) irradiationinduced cytotoxicity and reduced reactive oxygen species production. Expression of COL1A1 and COL3A1 , which was reduced by UV irradiation, was restored in a dosedependent manner, whereas expression of MMP1 and MMP3 , which was increased by UV irradiation, was reduced in a dose-dependent manner in HDFs pretreated with F. esculentum honey. Conclusion: These findings indicate that F. esculentum honey is a natural antioxidant that is enriched in phenols and flavonoids and has the potential to act as an antiaging cosmetic ingredient due to its protective effects on UV irradiation-damaged skin cells. 목적: 본 연구는 메밀꿀(F. esculentum honey)이 인간 피부 섬유아세포(HDFs) 내의 콜라겐 및 콜라겐분해효소 발현 여부를 통해 자외선(UV) 조사에서도 손상된 인간 피부 섬유아세포에 대한 항산화 효과를 입증함으로 메밀꿀이 피부 노화와 관련하여 기능성 화장품소재으로 활용 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 방법: 메밀꿀의 항산화 효능을 확인하기 위해 총 폴리페놀 함량과 총 플라보노이드 함량, F. esculentum honey의 DPPH radical 소거능을 이용하여 분석하였다. HDFs를 메밀꿀 처리에 따른 세포 생존율과 HDFs 대상으로 정량적 qRT-PCR분석을 통해 콜라겐과 콜라겐 분해효소의 발현량을 분석하였고, UV에 의한 세포 내 활성산소종(ROS) 정량분석을 통해 메밀꿀의 효능을 분석하였다. 또한 UV에 의해 손상된 세포 복구력과 MMP 억제 및 콜라겐 생성을 유도하는 mRNA의발현 양상을 통해 메밀꿀의 효능을 분석하였다. 결과: 메밀꿀의 항산화능을 확인하기 위해 메밀꿀의 농도별 총 폴리페놀 함량과 총플라보노이드 함량, DPPH radical 소거능을 측정한 결과 농도 의존적으로 증가하였다. 이에 세포 독성 평가를 HFDs에 진행한 결과, 세포 생존율이 90% 이상 관찰되었다. 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응 실험에서 콜라겐 생성 유전자인 COL1A1, COL3A1 mRNA의 발현은 증가되였고, MMP1과 MMP3 mRNA 발현은 감소하였다. 또한, 메밀꿀은 자외선에 의한 세포독성으로부터 세포를 보호하고, 자외선 조사에 의해 생성되는 활성산소를 감소시켰다. 자외선 조사에 의해 감소된 콜라겐 타입 COL1A1과 COL3A1의 발현은 메밀꿀처리 시 농도 의존적으로 증가하였고, 자외선 조사에 의해 증가된 MMP1과 MMP3의 발현은 메밀꿀 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 감소함으로 메밀꿀 처리 시 항산화 효과가 있음을 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 메밀꿀이 페놀과 플라보노이드 농도가 풍부한천연 항산화제이며, 자외선에 의한 피부 세포 손상 보호 효능을 확인하여 기능성 화장품 소재로써 이용 가능성을 제하시였다.

        주파수 영역에서의 움직임 예측을 위한 8×8 크기의 DCT 스케일링 행렬 정의

        동영상 압축 표준은 고해상도의 영상을 위한 처리 기술이 요구되면서 영상의 해상도 증가에 맞춰 부호화 크기를 증가시켰다. 정확한 움직임 예측과 증가된 부호화 크기는 높은 정확도와 압축률을 제공하지만 계산량 증가 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 복잡도를 줄이기 위해 주파수 영역에서 이동 행렬을 이용한 DCT 기반 움직임 예측을 사용한다. 하지만 일반적인 동영상 부호화기에 사용되는 DCT와 양자화 과정을 주파수 영역의 부호화기에 그대로 적용했을 때 스케일링 과정으로 인한 문제점이 발생함을 발견하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DCT 단계에서 적용할 수 있는 스케일링 행렬을 추출하여 이를 해결하고, 증가된 부호화 크기를 이용해 움직임 예측의 성능을 높였다. The video compression standard required a processing technique for a high resoluion image and increased the coding size to increase the resolution of the image. Accurate motion estimation and increased coding size provide high accuracy and compression rate, but there is a problem of increased computational complexity. In this paper, we use DCT - based motion estimation in the frequency domain to reduce complexity. However, we found that the DCT and quantization process used in a general video encoder are applied to the frequency domain encoder, resulting in problems caused by the scaling process. Therfore, in this paper, we extract the scaling matrix that can be applied in the DCT step and resolve the, and improve the performance of motion estimation using increased coding size.

        Myasthenia Gravis, Schizophrenia, and Colorectal Cancer in A Patient: Long-Term Follow-Up with Medication Complexity

        In a case of 46-year-old woman suffering from schizophrenia for over 20 years, she experienced frequent episodes of dyspnea and confirmed as superimposed with myasthenia gravis (MG). Throughout the seven-year follow-up period, after diagnosed as MG, she has been hospitalized 6 times and also diagnosed as colorectal cancer. Authors experienced various conditions associated with untoward effects of medication for myasthenia, schizophrenia, and colorectal cancer. Therefore, authors reported considerations for the pharmacotherapy of schizophrenia with myasthenia gravis.

        국내 디지털 교수학습 환경에서의 학습분석 연구 및 데이터 활용에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰

        This study provides a comprehensive analysis of learning analytics research and data utilization trends in Korea. It performed a systematic literature review of 42 domestic studies published until July 2022 based on the analysis framework derived from prior literature. This study reviewed these studies’ context and purpose, data collection environments, and data analysis methods; classified learning analytics data into four types; and conducted a thorough analysis of indicators based on data attributes and instructor and learner behavior. Results showed a high proportion of online learning and that research subjects were mainly adults, notably limited to college students. Research purposes were focused on learner profiling and prediction, and the data collection environments were generally Web- or platform-based. Primary data analysis methods included descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and qualitative analysis. The utilization of learning analytics data followed the sequence of teaching and learning trace data, learning evaluation data, psychophysiological data, and teaching and learning generation data. This study suggests the need for further research to identify significant indicators and the improvement of data collection environments and tools to move toward multimodal learning analytics.

        일지역 종합병원 내원 임부의 태교실천 영향요인

        Purpose: This study was aimed at identifying the factors influencing the practice of taegyo in pregnant women. Methods: A descriptive survey-based study design was used. The study included 210 married pregnant women aged 19 years or higher, excluding pregnant women from multicultural families, who attended the outpatient obstetrics and gynecology departments of a general hospital and a tertiary hospital in C City, from June 29, 2022, to September 8, 2022. Independent t-test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the factors influencing the practice of taegyo. Results: The mean of the subjects' practice of taegyo was 3.49 ± 0.47. The factors influencing the practice of taegyo among pregnant women were perception of taegyo and spousal support. The higher the perceptions of taegyo and the greater the spousal support, the higher the practice of taegyo. The explanatory power of the regression model was approximately 49.2%. Conclusion: The factors influencing the practice of taegyo among pregnant women were confirmed to be the perception of taegyo followed by spousal support. The findings of the study confirmed that efforts to improve the perception of taegyo and spousal support are necessary to improve the adoption of the practice of taegyo among pregnant women. .

        16주간 댄스스포츠 트레이닝이 여자 초등학생의 신체조성, 신체정렬 및 유산소성 능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 댄스스포츠 운동이 여자 초등학생의 신체조성과 신체정렬 및 유산소성 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보 기 위하여 G초등학교 22명(통제그룹; n=11, 운동그룹; n=11)을 대상으로 16주간 자이브 운동 프로그램을 실시하였 다. 검사는 운동 그룹과 통제 그룹을 동일한 조건과 방법으로 측정하였으며, 측정된 결과의 분석을 위해 SPSS 12.0의 이원변량 반복측정법을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 16주간 댄스스포츠 트레이닝을 실시한 운동 집단은 체중, 체지방률, 제지방량에서 유의한 증가를 보였다(p<.01, p<.001). 댄스스포츠 트레이닝을 실시하지 않은 통제 집 단은 체중, 체지방률, 제지방량, 오른다리 근육량, 왼다리 근육량에서 유의한 증가를 보였다(p<.05, p<.001). 둘째, 운 동 집단은 윗몸 앞굽히기에서 유의한 감소를 보였고(p<.01), 사이드스텝에서 유의한 증가를 보였다(p<.001). 통제 집 단은 윗몸 앞굽히기, 윗몸 일으키기, 배근력에서 유의한 감소를 보였고(p<.01, p<.001), 사이드스텝에서 유의한 증가 를 보였다(p<.001). 셋째, 운동 집단은 몸통 길이는 증가하였고, 골반 기울기, 골반 회전 및 측편위는 감소하였으나, 유 의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 통제 집단은 몸통길이와 골반 회전, 측편위(평균)에서는 감소하였고, 골반 기울기, 측편위 (max)에서는 증가하였으나, 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 넷째, 운동 집단은 호흡 환기량에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 통제 집단은 V02max에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 종합했을 때, 댄스스포츠는 신체조성과 기초체력, 그 리고 유산소성 능력에 영향을 미치며, 다른 운동보다 쉽고 즐겁게 참여할 수 있으므로 적극 활용하면 초등학생들의 건강 유지 및 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the dance sport training on the body composition, body alignment, and aerobic capacity in the elementary female students during the 16 weeks. Third grade 22 female students (exercise group; N=11, control group; N=11) of G elementary school were participated in this study . The test was measured to two group in the same way, and the date were compared between pre- and post-test as well as between Exercise group and Control group utilizing two-way ANOVA with repeated measures. The results in this study were as follows: First, In the exercise group that took dance sport training during 16weeks, weight, % body fat, and fat free mass were increased significantly(p<.01, p<.001). In the control group that did not take dance sport training, weight, %body fat, fat free mass, and right-and left-leg muscle were increased significantly(p<.05, p<.001). Second, In the exercise group, sit and reach was decreased significantly(p<.01), and side step was increased significantly (p<.001). In the control group, sit and reach, sit-up, back muscle strength were decreased significantly(p<.01, p<.001), and side step was increased significantly(p<.001). Third, In the exercise group, trunk length was increased, and pelvic tilt, pelvic torsion, and lateral deviation were decreased, but were not significantly. In the control group, trunk length, pelvic torsion, lateral deviation(rms) were decreased, and pelvic tilt, lateral deviation(max) were increased, but also were not significant. Fourth, In the exercise group, ventilation was increased significantly(p<.01). In the control group, VO2max was decreased significantly(p<.01). These results indicate that dance sport is effective regarding body composition, body alignment, and aerobic capacity, and it is more enjoyable and easier to learn other sports. Therefore, a dance sport program in elementary school can help preserve and improve the fitness of elementary school students.

      • 초음파 센서를 활용한 얀센 메커니즘 기반의 자율 보행 로봇 최적 설계

        This paper suggests the optimal design of autonomous walking robot by detecting open path using Jansen mechanism and ultrasonic sensors. For stable and fast walking, it is necessary to optimize the foot trajectory of the robot. M.Sketch was used to initialize the design of robot legs, and then the optimization was performed using the PSO algorithm. Compared with the previous model, the final model is improved in terms of GL, GAC, symmetry, and speed deviation of the trajectory. Using Edison Designer, we created a 3D cad model of the leg and body, and used a 3D printer to make them. The autonomous walking of the robot was controlled by the ultrasonic sensors and Arduino.

        양극성 장애 환자에서 급성 조증 삽화와 삽화의호전 사이 충동성의 변화

        Objectives : The higher prevalence of suicidality and substance abuse among bipolar patients could be explained by their relation with impulsivity. This current study investigates the impulsivity change in bipolar patients when the clinical course changes from the acute manic phase to the improved state of manic episode. Methods : The Seventeen acute manic bipolar patients, enrolled were evaluated with Young Mania Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Self-reported scales [Mood Disorder Questionnaire, Hypomania/mania symptom Checklist-32, Beck Depression Index, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11-revised (BIS-11-R), Temperament and Character Inventory-Revised Short Version (TCI-RS)] were obtained and the behavioral impulsivity was accessed by neuropsychology test (Conner’s Continuous Performance Task, Stroop Test). In subjects who achieved the improved state of manic episode, the self-report and neuropsychology test were retested. Results : Compared with manic state during the improved state of manic episode, the inattention subscale of BIS-11-R (p=0.002), commission error (p= 0.027), color (p=0.024), word (p=0.022), color-word (p=0.007), error score (p=0.034), NS scale of TCI-RS (p=0.003) were significantly decreased. However, there were no significant difference in other scales. Conclusion : Inattention impulsivity improved following the course of bipolar disorder but motor and unplanned Impulsivity persisted across the course, this can be applied for diagnosis and method of treatment.
