        라인스캔 카메라를 이용한 3차원 정밀 측정

        본 논문에서는 라인스캔 카메라를 통해 모든 영역의 영상을 획득하는 연구를 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 면적 카메라를 이용했던 방법에 비해 투영격자의 이동 횟수를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 그로 인해 측정시간이 매우 빠르고 측정정밀도도 뛰어난 장점을 가진다. 본 논문의 스캐닝 모아레 측정 방법은 넓은 영역의 3차원 형상 정보를 얻는데 매우 유익하며, 대면적의 대상물 측정 시 일반적으로 사용하는 stitching 기법을 사용할 필요가 없으므로 한번에 전 영역의 3차원 형상의 복원이 가능하여 보다 빠른 속도로 3차원 형상 정보를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 투영격자 하나만을 이용한 영사식 모아레 방식을 이용하여 작은 높이 단차를 갖는 물체의 3차원 형상을 복원하고 그 높이를 용이하게 측정 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 양산환경(Mass production)의 웨이퍼 범프 높이 검사 및 FC-CSP나 FC-BGA 범프 높이 검사 등에 활용 할 수 있으며, 실험을 통해 기존의 방법에 비해 투영격자의 이동횟수 및 측정 속도가 향상되었음을 확인하였다. This paper presents the Projection Moire method using a line scan camera. The high resolution feature of a line scan camera makes it possible to scan an image quickly, thus enabling a much quicker 3D profile. This method uses a high resolution line scan camera making it possible to scan an image at high speed simultaneously measuring the 3D profile of a large FOV. When using a high resolution scan camera, a full FOV is scanned, thus requiring just one movement of a projection grating. As a result, the number of grating movements is reduced drastically. The end result is a faster and more accurate 3D measurement. Moving the grating too quickly causes vibration in the imaging system, which will normally be required to apply a stitching technique when using an area scan camera. However the technique is not required when using a line scan camera. Compared with the previous techniques, it has the advantages of simple hardware without moving mechanical parts - single exposure for obtaining three-dimensional information. A method using a high resolution line scan camera can be used in mass production to measure the bump height of wafers or the bump height of package substrates.

        신채호와 노신 소설의 노예성 비판에 대한 비교 연구

        The object of this thesis was Sin, Chae-Ho"s Fierce Battle of Dragon to Dragon and Lu Xun"s A lunatic’s diary and investigated the similarity and difference of the criticism of slavery and the aspect of its overcome. Two works criticize the cannibalistic society over thousands years and the enslaved men therein. The works reject the romanticism and ideality of revolution through establishment of characters like "elder and younger brother" and depict the change of reality through awareness of the public. Miri and dragon, and the lunatic and elder brother is an inseparable entity, a mirror that reflects each other, that lies in the environment in which conflict and enmity lasts holding two inner values. This establishment of character has the effect of reflecting the inner self-contradiction by nullifying the border between the good and the evil. Sin, Chae-Ho expands the epic with a radical revolution, while Lu Xun dreams of reformation by the way of infiltrating into the logics of reality. This difference might result from the context the two countries were in, colony and semi-colony. The fact, that Lu Xun was in the situation to be able to intervene deeply in the reality of China, while Sin, Chae-Ho was in the social status as a refugee difficult to contact directly with domestic people, might be a reason that makes a difference between two writers" narrative technique and imbodiment of character. The issue of slavery the two writers explored can not be seen as a problem of only feudalistic and imperial age. Under the structure of pressure, human being can anytime be recomposed as new slavery to settle down in the cannibalistic structure. The nowness and the meaning of this work can be found in that the enslavement is given rebirth beyond the age.

        안전성 향상을 위해 감마선 조사한 시판 플레인 요구르트의 품질 특성

        To develop a yogurt for sensitive consumer such as infants, children or immuno-compromised patients using gamma irradiation, the effects of gamma irradiation on the microbiological, chemical, and sensory quality in a commercial plain yogurt were investigated. No viable coliform bacteria were detected in the sample and approximately a 6 decimal reduction was achieved in the number of total aerobic bacteria by irradiation at 5 kGy. The initial population of lactic acid bacteria observed in the commercial plain yogurt was 8.95 log CFU/g. Gamma irradiation significantly reduced the initial microbial level to 6.47 and 2.85 log CFU/g after irradiation at 1 and 3 kGy, respectively (p<0.05). However, irradiation dose up to 5 kGy could not completely eliminate the lactic acid bacteria in commercial plain yogurt. pH, color, lactose and lactic acid content, and sensory quality were not affected by irradiation treatment and storage. Our results suggest that irradiation can improve the microbial quality of commercial plain yogurt without impairing the physicochemical and sensory quality.

        감마선 조사와 푸코이단/라미나린 병용처리가 돈육 패티의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was investigated to apply the fucoidan and laminarin extract from low-grade Undaria pinnatifida to real food product, a pork patty. Pork patties added with fucoidan and laminarin showed lower lipid oxidation and the inhibition against lipid oxidation was shown to be dependent on the irradiation doses. The Hunter color values of pork patty added with fucoidan increased significantly with an increase of irradiation dose. The hardness profiles of the patties with fucoidan and laminarin was decreased, but the amount of water in the patties was increased. Also, the combination of gamma irradiation and addition of fucoidan and laminarin was shown to be effective for the microbiological control. These results suggested that gamma irradiation and fucoidan and laminarin treatment showed the positive effect on microbial stability and quality of the pork patty.

        영남지방내 완두콩바구미의 발생 및 약제방제 효과

        2001부터 2003년까지 영남지방에서 완두콩바구미는 완두의 꽃과 협에서 쉽게 관찰되었으나, 콩에서 관찰되지 않았다. 지역별 완두꽃에서 완두콩바구미의 발생수는 밀양에서 약 20마리로 가장 많았으며, 다음은 양산(15마리), 사천(14마리) 및 창녕(13마리) 순서였으며, 포항에서 3마리로 가장 적었다. 한편, 완두 협에서 완두콩바구미의 발생수는 통영에서 192마리로 가장 많았으며, 다음은 창녕(171마리), 사천(157마리) 및 창원(138마리)의 순서였으며, 포항에서 12마리로 가장 낮아 완두꽃에서의 결과와 같은 경향이었다. 약종별 1회 및 2회 약제살포 후 완두 협의 수확시기에 따른 완두콩바구미의 발생수는 5월 30일 수확구에서 차이가 있었으나, 6월 5일 수확구에서 차이가 없었다. 또한 약종별 1회 및 2회 약제살포 후 완두 립의 피해수는 5월 30일 수확구에서 차이가 있었으나, 6월 5일 수확구에서 차이가 없었다. 따라서 약종별 살포횟수에 따른 방제효과는 5월 30일 수확구에서 차이가 있었으나, 6월 5일 수확구에서 유의한 차이 없이 약 96% 이상의 방제가를 나타내었다. Pea weevil was easily observed in the flower and pod of garden pea, but not observed in soybean at various locations in Yeongnam district through 2001 to 2003. Number of pea weevil observed in pea flower was the highest at Milyang (20), followed by Yangsan (15), Sacheon (14) and Changnyong (13), and was the lowest at Pohang (3). On the other hand, number of pea weevil observed in pea pod was the highest at Tongyeong (192), followed by Changnyong (171), Sacheon (157) and Changwon (138), and was the lowest at Pohang (12) which showed simila. tendency with the result of pea flower. Number of pea weevil occurrence observed in pea pod after one and two times applications of Insecticides in pea field were different at harvest day of 30th May while were not significantly different at harvest day of 5th June. Likewise, number of pea pod damage after one and two times applications of insecticides were different at harvest day of 10th May while was not different at harvest day of 5th June. Thus, control efficacies of insecticides according to application times against pea weevil showed very high with above 95% at harvest day of 6th June while showed variable control efficacies at harvest of 30th May.

        The Role of Receptor Activator of NF-κ Ligand in Smooth Muscle Cell Proliferation

        Smooth muscle cell (SMC)의 증식은 혈관성장에 의한 질환의 발병기전의 중요한 요소이다. 혈관 손상 후 SMC의 성장조절에 대한 분자적 기작에 대한 연구는 치료제 개발에 있어 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 TNF family인 RANKL가 SMC의 증식을 촉진함을 입증하였다. RANKL는 p21의 발현을 감소시키고 p21의 promoter활성을 저해함으로써 SMC의 성장을 증가시켰다. 또한 ERK와 p38 MAPK의 활성이 RANKL에 의해 증가하였으며, ERK/p38의 저해제는 RANKL에 의해 유도되는 SMC의 성장을 완전히 억제하였다. 이러한 결과는 ERK와 p38 MAPK가 RANKL에 의해 유도되는 SMC의 증식에 중요한 역할을 함을 보여주는 것이다. 즉, RANK-RANKL-ERK/p38이 SMC의 증식을 매개하는 중요 분자이며, 이들 분자는 혈관 질환을 막는 새로운 치료제 개발의 표적분자가 될 수 있음이 입증되었다. Smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation is important in the pathogenesis of vascular proliferative disorders. Understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying SMC growth after arterial injury would have therapeutic implications. Here we report that receptor activator of $NF-{\kappa}B$ ligand (RANKL), a member of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, promotes the proliferation of SMC, leading to decreased expression of p21 and enhancement of SMC growth. ERK and p38 phosphorylation was enhanced after RANKL treatment in SMC. Inhibition of ERK/p38 MAPK activity by PD98059/SB203580 completely abolished RANKL-induced proliferation of SMC, indicating ERK and p38 MAPK are essential for RANKL-induced SMC proliferation. Taken together, our findings demonstrate that RANK-RANKL-ERK/p38 pathway is important for proliferation of SMC and that these molecules may be the new therapeutic targets for the prevention of vascular diseases.

        무선 인지 기술 기반의 WRAN 시스템에서 숨겨진 인컴번트 시스템 검출 MAC 프로토콜

        무선 인지 기술 환경에서 CR 기지국이 숨겨진 인컴번트 시스템의 등장으로 인해 CR 사용자와 통신이 불가하고 인컴번트 사용자가 간섭을 받을 때, 이를 해결하기 위한 시그널링 방법에 관한 것으로 숨겨진 인컴번트 시스템의 검출을 위한 프로토콜을 제안한다. 특히 아웃밴드 시그널링 검출 방법을 통해 상향링크 및 하향링크 프레임 구조를 이용하여 단말의 채널상태 보고 방법과 이에 대한 기지국의 확인방법 및 절차를 제안한다. 서로 다른 CR 기지국이 공존하는 방법으로 낮은 충돌 확률로 아웃밴드 시그널링 메시지를 전송할 수 있도록 하고 이 때 주파수 사용 효율을 높이기 위해 분할 주파수 대역을 사용한다. 이를 통해 무선 인지 기술에서의 신뢰성 있고 효율적인 아웃밴드 시그널링 프로토콜을 제안한다. In this paper, we propose a inband/outband broadcast method for hidden incumbent system detection of medium access control layer for wireless regional area network systems using cognitive radio technology. Through some extra channels that are not currently used, a short message is broadcasted. The message allows CPE detecting an appearance of incumbent system to send sensing report to CR BS. For the hidden incumbent system report message, the BS needs a process or method for allocation of upstream resource to CPEs. And transmitting multiple out-band signals has a possibility to collide with out-band signals of other co-located WRAN BSs. To avoid out-band signal collision, BSs randomly select it out-band signal broadcasting time within the pre-defined explicit out-band signaling, period. And fractional Bandwidth Usage allows WRAN BSs to efficiently use bandwidth.

        염료감응형 태양전지의 상대전극 재료로서 탄소나노튜브의 전기화학적 특성

        Studies on porous oxide electrode, dye and electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells have been intensively carried out until now. However, counter electrode have not been much studied so far. Accordingly, it is needed to investigate new counter electrode materials with superior catalyst property and to substitute for Pt electrode. In this case, carbon nano-tubes (CNTs) are one of alternatives for counter electrodes as following merits: low resistivity, excellent electron emission property, large surface area and low cost due to development of mass production technique. Such advantages gave us to select multiwalled CNTs (MWCNT) as counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell. Also, cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy were used to investigate electrochemical properties of both CNT electrode and Pt electrode. It was found that sheet resistance of CNT electrode was similar to that of Pt electrode, also, electrochemical properties of CNT electrode was superior to that of Pt electrode on the basis on the measurement of CV and impedance spectrum. It was found that CNT is likely to be a very promising electrode material for dye solar cells.

        스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 자가관찰 방법의 자율실습이 간호학생의 핵심기본간호술 교육에 미치는 효과

        핵심기본간호술의 교육효과를 높이기 위한 방법으로 스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 자가관찰 방법의 자율실습이 간호학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 핵심간호술기 수행능력, 수행자신감 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위해 비동성 대조군 사후설계의 유사실험연구를 수행하였다. 대상자는 P대학교 간호학과 4학년을 대상으로 하였으며, 실험군 54명, 대조군 51명이었다. 연구결과 자기주도적 학습능력은 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 실험군의 사전- 사후점수 차이에는 유의하게 향상되었다(p=<.001). 수혈간호, 수술전간호의 핵심간호술기 능력과 수행자신감, 실습 만족도는 두 군간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 스마트폰 동영상촬영을 활용한 자가평가 학습법은 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시켜 술기의 정확성과 숙련성을 갖출 수 있는 동기부여에 효과적인 방법이라 사료된다. This study was done to identify the effects of self-monitoring method using smartphone video on self-directed learning ability, competency in nursing skills self-confidence and practice satisfaction of nursing students. It was designed a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test. The participants were 54 students in the experimental group and 51 students in the control group. There was no significant difference in self-directed learning ability (p = .450) between the groups, but there was a significant difference between the pre-post scores of the experimental group. There was no significants difference of competency in nursing skills, self-confidence and practice satisfaction between the two groups. In conclusion, the self-assessment learning method using smartphone video during the self-practice is considered to be an effective method to improve the self-directed learning ability and to ensure the accuracy and skill of the technique.

        비우식성 치경부 병소와 5급 와동 수복물이 치주조직에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The non-carious cervical lesion(NCCL) is a loss of tooth structure at the neck of affected teeth that is unrelated to tooth caries. The reported prevalence of NCCL varies from 5% to 85%. Prevalence and severity of lesions have been found to increase with age. They are becoming more significant as people live longer and become more aware of the importance of oral health. The purposes of this study were first, to examine the periodontal conditions associated with NCCL, and second, to investigate the clinical effects of class V restorations of NCCL on periodontal tissues. Materials and methods: The sample size was 982 teeth of 50 subjects(25 male, mean age $52{\pm}7$) who were seen at the Department of Periodontology, Pusan National University Hospital. At the baseline examination, clinical periodontal parameters were measured. After the initial examination, 24 patients who were absent from hypersensitivity were selected. The teeth with NCCL were randomly divided into the test and control groups. The teeth in the test group were restored with flowable resin; the control teeth were not restored. Six months later, the clinical examinations were repeated. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The results were as follows: 1) NCCL occurred on 45.8% of examined teeth. The percentage of affected teeth was higher in maxillary and premolar teeth. 2) The shallow saucer type was the most common. 3) Teeth with NCCL had more gingival recession, lower attachment level, and higher incidences of bleeding on probing(BOP) and plaque than NCCL-free teeth. 4) Six months later, gingival recession, attachment level, the percentages of BOP and plaque in the test group were lower than in the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: NCCLs were more found in maxillary teeth, especially in premolar teeth. The results suggest that the restoration of NCCL could affect some periodontal parameters favorably.
