As the COVID-19 pandemic has decreased face-to-face communication in everyday life, our interest in cultural communication via virtual world has grown significantly. In particular, the demand for applications that use three-dimensional (3D) data generation technology such as virtual reality, augmented reality, virtual performances, and realistic content is rapidly increasing in the entertainment and gaming industries. Additionally, improved computing capacity has increased the demand for high-resolution data. This study investigates the trends in 3D scanning and photogrammetry technologies that can support high-quality 3D data generation and introduces the high-resolution 3D data generation technology developed and reported in ETRI.
폐색성 무정자증환자의 치료로써 미세적 부고환 정자흡입술(MESA) 및 정자직접주입법(ICSI)의 효과

To present and assess the efficacy of combination of microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration(MESA) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) for the treatment of infertility due to unreconstructable obstructive azoospermia or congenital bilateral agenesis of vas deferens (CBAVD), MESA was performed in the 45 husbands ( 16 CBAVD, 29 unreconstructable genital tract obstruction), followed by ICSI of oocytes recovered from the wives hyperstimulated by GnRH agonist in combination with hMG and FSH. Cleaving embryos were transfered to the uterine cavity or follopian tube(ZIFT) 18 or 24 hours after ICSI procedure. In 45 cycles of MESA, 492 oocyte complexes were recovered. ICSI was carried out on 355 metaphase II oocytes and 226 oocytes (63.7%) showed normal two pronucleus fertilization. After 198 embryos were transferred in 43 cycles, an average of 5 per cycle, 20 patients presented a positive HCG and intrauterine pregnancy was confirmed by US. So, the clinical ongoing pregnancy rate per transfer was 46.5%. Until now, 8 patients have given birth to 9 babies, 5 male and 4 female, including 1 twin. The babies were all healthy except 1 twin female baby. There was 1 miscarriage at 7 weeks and chromosomal study of abortus revealed as 45X, monosomy. These results suggested that it was possible to achieve high normal fertilization and pregnancy rate by ICSI using epididymal sperm.

현재 전세계적으로 170㎸급 이하의 초고압 지중케이블 접속함으로 기존의 현장몰드방식의 TMJ(Tape Molded Joint)와 부풍조립망식의 PJ(Prefabricated Joint)보다 조립시간이 짧고 작업자의 숙련도가 높지 않아 경제적이며, 유지보수에 장점을 가진 고무몰드 접속함(PMJ)이 채용되고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 적용 전압급이 점차 상승하면서 230㎸급까지 그 비중이 늘어나고 있는 경향을 보이고 있다. 당사에서는 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 154㎸급 고 무몰드접속함의 개발 당시의 Silicone의 기초물성시험 DATA 획득, 고무볼드 UNIT 및 금형 설계 기술 확립과 접속 공법 개발의 경험 을 바탕으로 230㎸급 고무몰드접속함의 개발에 성공하였다.

This experimental study is to investigate the intermittent spray characteristics of the multi-hole nozzle used in the fuel injection system of a heavy-duty diesel engine. A multi-hole diesel nozzle with a 2-spring nozzle holder was used in this study, and without changing the total orifice exit area, its hole number varied from 3(dn = 0.42mm) to 8(dn = 0.25mm). Through the use of the 2-D PDPA(phase Doppler particle analyzer), the velocity of the diesel spray injected intermittently from the multi-hole nozzle into the still ambient were measured.<br/> Immediately after injecting, with an abrupt diffusion, the multi-hole nozzle spray represented a wide half-width and a large gradient of half-width. And thereafter both of them decrease. At the end of injection, a gradient of half-width approximated to 0.05 regardless of nozzle hole numbers. The axial mean velocity measured along the centerline of the spray was similar to that of the free air jet within X/b = l.0-1.5 regardless of time, and the non-dimensional distribution of the axial mean velocity comparatively corresponds to the theoretical velocity distributions suggested by Hinze in the downstream of the spray flow fields.<br/>

The purpose of this study was to investigate corrosion characteristics of Ti-xTa alloys with Ta Contents. Ti-xTa alloys used as samples (x=30, 4O%) were arc-melted under argon atmosphere of 99,9% purity. Ti-xTa alloys were homogenized for I 2hr at I (X)0°C and then water quenched. The surface characteristics of Ti-xTa alloys were investigated using optical microscopy (OM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The anodic corrosion behaviors of the specimens were examined through potentiodynamic. potentiostatic and galvanostatic test in 0.9 % NaCI solution at 36.5±1°C. After corrosion test, the surface characteristics of Ti-xTa alloys were investigated using OM. The microstructure of Ti-Ta alloy showed the beta structure with Ta content. The corrosion resistance of Ti alloy was improved by increasing Ta content and the corrosion morphology of Ti-Ta alloy showed that the site attacked by chloride ion decreased from the active to passive region with Ta content. Potential of Ti-4OTa alloy increased as time increased, whereas, current density of Ti-4OTa alloy decreased as time increased compared to Ti-30 alloy.

동해는 지구환경을 가름할 ‘작은 대앙’으로써 주목받고 있으며, 그 변화가 주변국가의 환경과 산업, 생활에 영향을 줄 것으로 예측되고 있다 따라서, 동해에서 생물생산, 해상운송, 공간이용 등의 호혜를 누려 왔던 주변국가 주민들은 해양수자원 등의 새로운 이용을 도모함에 있어서 신중하고, 합리적인 방향을 모색해 나가는 것이 필요할 것이다. 즉, 해양자원의 지속 가능한 이용을 위한 개발 및 관리의 체계화가 주변 국가들에 의해 이루어져야 할 뿐 아니라 관련 국가간 협력에 의해 추진되어야 할 것이다. 우리나라에서는 동해의 개발 및 관리를 위한 관측 및 조사가 많은 산학연 기관에 의해 광역 또는 지역에 대해 이루어지고 있으며, 수중, 해상, 공중에서의 입체적인 관측 조사가 주기적 또는 간헐적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이들 자료는 일부 통합 또는 개별적으로 활용되어 환경파악, 진단 및 예측에 활용되고 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 그러나, 이를 위한 수단은 대부분 기반 구축부터 운영까지 많은 예산이 요구되어 부족한 실정이며, 대부분 재정 투자를 통해 이루어지고 있어 한계가 많은 실정이다. 이로부터 동해 환경의 관측 조사 체계화 및 자료 통합화를 전제로 기존의 동해 환경모니터링 시스템에 추가하여 활용할 수 있는 해양심층수 개발기반의 구축 및 보완 방향에 대해 살펴보고, 주변국가간 이를 공유하고 교류하는 시스템 구축을 통해 해양수자원(해양심층수)의 지속가능한 이용을 위한 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다. The sustainable use of ocean resources such as marine livings, transportation, space, seawater etc. is essential objectives for the everlastingness of mankind.. Development to get resources from ocean may have affected natural ecosystem not only positively but also negatively. To minimize harmful effect of ocean development It is required that integrated management of resources and environment based on observation, prediction and mitigation efforts to minimize negative effects to ocean development. The East sea has been engaged as 'Mini-Ocean' which can preview the change of Ocean and its affects to global ecosystem. In this point, many observation programs by surrounding nations have been conducted for decades. These observations are done and doing fragmentary by the Eulerian or the Lagrangian methods by many organizations. On the other hand, we use ocean resources from the East Sea to get food, space, water, minerals etc. To utilize these resources could stably be realized by systematic observation and interactive networking of ocean resources and ecosystem environment. This study aims to preview the possibility of using development base as management base from the case of deep ocean water application program. Because deep ocean water, as one of the seawater resources, is an industrial resource besides marine environment, we can expand management system through extending development sites.
