철도서비스 이용자의 지각된 고객가치가 고객만족, 추천의도 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구

This study conducted empirical analysis to determine structured causal relations between perceived customer value and customer satisfaction, and recommendation intention and reuse intention among railroad service users. To do this, a research model and hypotheses were made on the ground of prior researches and theoretical background concerning customer value, customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and reuse intention. For objective test through empirical analysis, a survey was conducted among 230 people who had experienced railroad service. Four factors of customer value were drawn through exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 17.0. Then, structured influential relations among perceived customer value, customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and reuse intention variables were tested by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that with perceived customer value as a prior variable of customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and reuse intention, social and economic values had positive effects. It was also found that general satisfaction and satisfaction with the stage following getting-off had strong effects on recommendation intention and that general satisfaction rather than temporary satisfaction had strong effects on reuse intention. While perceived customer value sometimes had direct effects on recommendation intention and reuse intention, it typically had strong effects with customer satisfaction as a parameter. On the ground of these results, implications, limitations of the research, and future research directions were presented.

액티브 네트워크 환경에서 대응 메커니즘을 이용한 노드 생존성에 관한 연구

방화벽이나 침입 탐지 시스템 같은 기존의 보안 솔루션들은 새로운 공격에 대한 탐지 오보율이 크고 내부 공격자의 경우 차단할 수 없는 등 여러 가지 단점이 있다. 이러한 보안 솔루션의 단점은 시스템의 가용성을 보잔하는 메커니즘으로부터 보완할 수 있다. 노드의 생존성을 보장하는 메커니즘은 여러 가지가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 실시간 대응 메커니즘을 이용한 침입 감내(intrusion tolerance)를 접근 방법으로 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 생존성은 관심을 가지는 시스템 자원을 모니터링하고 자원이 임계치를 초과하면 모니터링 코드 및 대응 코드를 액티브 네트워크 환경에서 자동적으로 배포하여 동작하게 함으로써 시스템의 가용성을 능동적으로 보장하는 메커니즘을 제시한다. 자원 모니터링은 본 논문에서 제안한 평균 프로세스에 기반한 동적인 자원 제어 기법을 통해 수행한다. 대응 코드는 노드의 가용성을 위해 액티브 노드에 상주하거나 요청이 있을 때 해당 작업을 수행한다. 본 논문은 기존의 보안 솔루션이 갖는 단점에 대한 고찰을 통해 이를 보완한 침입 감내 메커니즘을 제시하고, 시스템 재설정 및 패치 수동성에 대한 단점을 액티브 네트워크 기반구조가 제공하는 서비스의 자동화된 배포 등의 장점을 통합한 노드의 생존성 메커니즘을 제시한다. Existing security solutions such as Firewell and IDS (Intrusion Detection System) have a trouble in getting accurate detection rate about new attack and can not block interior attack. That is, existing securuty solutions have various shortcomings. Shortcomings of these security solutions can be supplemented with mechanism which guarantees an availability of systems. The mechanism which guarantees the survivability of node is various, we approachintrusion telerance using real time response mechanism. The monitoring code monitors related resources of system for survivability of vulnerable systm continuously. When realted resources exceed threshold, monitoring and response code is deployed to run. These mechanism guarantees the availability of system. We propose control mathod about resource monitoring. The monitoring code operates with this method. The response code may be resident in active node for availability or execute a job when a request is occurred. We suggest the node survivability mechanism that integrates the intrusion tolerance mechanism that complements the problems of existing security solutions. The mechanism takes asvantage of the automated service distribution supported by Active Network infrastructure instead of passive solutions. 행정중심복합도시 추진에 따른 철도이용 활성화 방안

2012년 말부터 2014년까지 중앙행정기관 및 그 산하기관이 단계별로 이전함과 동시에 2030년까지 계획인구 50만명을 설정하여 행정중심복합도시 건설이 단계별로 추진되고 있다. 행정중심복합도시는 현재 국토의 중앙에 위치하고 있어 각 주요 거점 도시간의 통행을 처리하기 위해서 철도가 중심적인 역할을 수행하여야 할 것이라 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 행정중심복합도시 추진계획에 따른 철도이용특성 변화, 철도연계계획, 철도운영 환경변화를 분석하고 주요 거점간의 통행에서 철도의 경쟁력 및 연계성을 분석하여 고속철도를 중심으로 오송역의 철도이용 활성화를 위한 방안을 검토하였다. From 2014 until the end of 2012, the central government and its agencies are expected to be transferred in the multifunctional administrative city. The multifunctional administrative city construction is being promoted step by step with planned population of 500,000 people. Multifunctional Administrative City is now located in the center of the country, and the railway would be expected to be central role of major mode to treat trips between each major city. Thus, this study analysis the characteristics of railway usages, railway linkup transportation plan and rail operation environment exchanges in accordance with the multifunctional administrative city promotion. Finally we analysis the competitiveness and connectivity of railway in terms of pass between each major city and consider strategies for increasing ridership of railway focusing of high-speed rail.

해외 철도 공익서비스(PSO) 보상제도 개념에 관한 고찰

정부는 국민의 복지나 기본적인 이동권의 보장 등 복지차원과 특수업무 등을 위하여 공익서비스를 민간 또는 공공기관에 시행하도록 하고, 이후 서비스에 소요되는 비용에 대하여 시행자에게 보상하는 제도인 PSO(Public Service Obligation)를 시행하고 있다. 철도교통에서는 철도산업발전기본법에 근거로 국가나 공익서비스 제공으로 발생하는 비용에 대한 보상계약을 서비스 제공자와 체결하도록 하고 있다. 공익서비스 보상제도는 국내뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 시행하고 있는 제도이며, 해운과 전기 등의 분야에서도 시행하고 있다. 이는 국민의 기본적인 교통권이나 행복권을 추구할 수 있도록 국가가 적절히 제공하는 서비스로서 서비스를 시행하는 기관에 국가 및 지방정부가 그 비용을 부담하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 철도공익서비스 보상제도의 개념을 비교하고, 현 철도 공익서비스 제도를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 해외 경쟁입찰제 제도의 공익서비스 문제점 발취를 통하여 국내에서 추진하고 있는 적자선 경쟁도입 방향에 도움이 되고자 한다. In service since the cost of a system to compensate for the concessionaire has implemented PSO(Public Service Obligation). In railway "Rail Industry Development Act" based on a national or public service compensation for the costs of providing the contract is to be signed with the service provider. PSO is implemented in the domestic as well as international institutions, and in the areas of maritime and electricity has implemented. Basic transportation and the pursuit of happiness of the people to be able to provide adequate service to the country, as the operators of the Service to State and local governments have to bear the costs. In this study, the concept of domestic railways and public service compensation system is to compare the status. In addition, the problems of PSO to train overseas PSC limits and limitations of the system obtained through a competitive bidding system, the deficit in the country promoting the introduction of competition to the direction of the line aims to help.

철도역사 환경에서의 지능형 인지기반 안전관리 자동화 연구

최근 잇따른 안전사고로 인해 안전관리에 대한 사회적 관심 및 요구가 증가하고 있으며 철도역사 환경에서의 안전관리 자동화에 대한 요구 또한 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도역사 환경에서의 안전관리 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 향후 안전관리 자동화를 위한 효과적인 접근 방향에 대해 기술한다. 보다 상세하게는 먼저 최근 5년간의 철도여객사고 데이터에 대한 분석 결과 및 이로부터 도출된 시사점을 기술한다. 그리고 실제 철도역사 현장 답사 및 인터뷰를 통해 얻어진 데이터를 바탕으로 현재 철도역사에서의 안전관리 현황 및 개선 요구사항, 시사점을 기술한다. 마지막으로 향후 효과적인 안전관리 자동화 방향에 대한 제안 내용을 기술한다. Recently social concern on the safety issues and automation system of the railway safety management system has been increasing. In this work, we investigate status and problems of current safety management system of railway stations and suggest effective way for safety management. We first describe analysis result on the railway accident data for recent 5 years. Issues and user requirements derived from the on-site investigation and interviews are also described. Finally we discuss on the effective way for the automation of the railway safety management system.
