          개방형 BIM기반 개산견적을 위한 데이터 모델 구축 방안

          Recently, Buildings have been ordered larger, more complicated, and free form design. So the adoption of BIM technology is in creasing the demand for large and complex construction of information for efficient management and utilization. Properties of BIM model can be used to automatically calculate quantities information in estimates field. This characteristic is expected to have a significant effect for the accuracy and reliability of the construction Cost estimates. This research is to develop a data model for Open BIM-based estimates to ensure accuracy and reliability, and improve interoperability of information. So studies of the overview of BIM-based QTO and estimates were researched. Also domestic and foreign BIM-based QTO and estimates case research were analyzed to draw out the implications to find a solution to the problems. Necessary properties requirements were drawn out by analyzing IDM and IFC spec was drawn out by analyzing MVD. Through these a method for Open BIM-based estimates was proposed. Also, to increase the application of the construction information classification system, domestic and foreign application of construction information classification systems were researched and analyzed. From the domestic research utilization the construction type classification of Public Procurement Service was selected as the most effective classification system and was applied. In addition “Code Generator” was developed and Pilot test model was applied to verify the data model and the availability of requirements was reviewed. With the variety of construction information classification systems that exist in the domestic construction industry, the method from this research can be applied into the domestic practical field.

          투광형 실리콘 슁글드 태양광 모듈을 위한 타공형 스트링 제작

          Transparent photovoltaics (PV) are used in various applications such as building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). However, crystalline silicon (c-Si) is not used for developing transparent PV due to its opaque nature. Here. we fabficate the three holes in 6-inch c-Si solar cells using laser scribing process with an opening area ratio of about 6.8% for transparent c-Si solar modules. Moreover, we make the shingled strings using the perforated cells. Our 7 interconnected shingled string PV cells with 21 holes show a solar to power conversion of 5.721 W. In next work, we will fabricate a transparent c-Si PV module with perforated strings.

          At the end of the 19th century, Edison’s DC power system and Tesla’s AC power system was debated in power market. Finally, AC system became the primary system of the power market because both step-up and step-down of voltage by using transformer and long-distance power transmission are easily possible. However, nowadays the power market takes some action for introducing DC system. Both domestic and foreign researchers are conducting the study on the DC system as well. Some researchers have conducted the studies on power quality and economic evaluation of the DC distribution system but DC distribution system is still controversial in terms of the effectiveness and reliability. In this paper, we calculate the reliability indices of the Low Voltage Direct Current(LVDC) distribution system considering arrangement of power electronics, layout of the distribution system, and distance between load points.

          한국 영화와 드라마에 나타난 성형외과 의사와 성형수술의 이미지

          Nowadays, plastic surgical operations are increasingly being performed in Korea. We have gained added interest in this because some professional pictures contain plastic surgery in their venue. In the films, we intend to see the recognition of society for plastic surgeons and which field of plastic surgery. The list of movies for analysis were 'Plastic Beauty (1975)', 'Penthouse Elephant (2005)', '200 Pounds Beauty (2006)', 'Cinderella (2006)', and 'Time (2006)'. The TV dramas were 'She is looking (2005)', 'Lovers (2006-2007)', and 'Before & After Plastic Surgery Clinic (2008)'. Films were analyzed according to the following: the chief complaints and names of the operations, character of plastic surgeons, result of the operation and its possibility in reality, and its effect of plastic surgery on the life of the patients. Most of the film contained facial transplantation or the change of the face or body different from the original shape. Character type of the plastic surgeons was mostly medical realism, rather than ideal humanism. Most of the plastic surgeons have capability as a doctor; however, some of them had extramarital affairs. The surgery was successful in most of the cases, but were the patients happy with the results? This was not the case in the movies. In only one movie, '200 Pounds Beauty', the patient became happy; rest of them were eminently unhappy with the outcome. Why the discrepancy? It is difficult to analyze the minds of the people in the films, but considering that the majority of the characters in the films were rather unsavory, one may deduce that a crooked mind functions differently. Perhaps it is too much to hope for a day that will come when we will see a film that portrays the mental anguish that accompanies each and every procedure the Korean plastic surgeons make.

        • 신뢰성 있는 플래시메모리 저장시스템 구축을 위한 플래시메모리 저장 공간 관리 방법

          본 논문은 로그파일시스템의 원리를 바탕으로 플래시메모리 저장시스템에 적합한 플래시메모리 공간 관리 방법을 제안한다. 플래시메모리는 비휘발성, 빠른 입출력 속도 등의 장점을 지니고 있지만, 제자리 덮어쓰기(in-place update)가 불가능하고 메모리 셀에 대한 쓰기(write) 횟수가 제한되는 단점이 있다. 이러한 특성은 플래시메모리를 저장 매체로 사용할 때 기존의 저장 매체 관리 방법과는 다른 방법을 요구하게 된다. 본 논문은 자유 공간유지를 위해 필요한 클리닝 메커니즘의 연산 비용을 낮추면서 동시에 저장공간이 전체적으로 균등하게 사용될 수 있도록 하는 사이클 평준화 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 특히 메모리 활용도와 로컬리티가 높을 때 좋은 성능을 보인다. 클리닝 메커니즘은 자주 접근되지 않는 COLD데이타를 그렇지 않은 데이타와 격리시킴으로써 그 효율이 향상되었으며, 사이클 평준화는 사용 횟수간의 최대 차이가 하드웨어적인 오차를 벗어나지 않는 수준까지 이루었다. 실험을 통해 제안된 방법은 비교 기준으로 삼은 직관적 방법(greedy policy)에 비해 사이클 평준화가 잘 이루어진 상태에서 최대 35%정도의 클리닝 비용 절감 효과를 보였다. We propose a new way of managing flash memory space for flash memory-specific file system based on log-structured file system. Flash memory has attractive features such as non-volatility, and fast I/O speed, but it also suffers from inability to update in place and limited usage cycles. These drawbacks require many changes to conventional storage (file) management techniques. Our focus is on lowering cleaning cost and evenly utilizing flash memory cells while maintaining a balance between the two often-conflicting goals. The proposed cleaning method performs well especially when storage utilization and the degree of locality are high. The cleaning efficiency is enhanced by dynamically separating cold data and non-cold data. The second goal, cycle-leveling is achieved to the degree where the maximum difference between erase cycles is below the error range of the hardware. Simulation results show that the proposed method has significant benefit over naxve methods: maximum of 35% reduction in cleaning cost with even spreading writes across segments.

          스마트시대, 도시계획의 확장 및 전환

          스마트시대로 표현되는 최근의 정보통신 기술의 발전은 다양한 사회 및 인간행위의 변화를 초래하고 있다. 그것은 또한 도시공간의 변화를 수반하게 되는데, 최근 스마트시티 건설 과정들은 공간이해 및 공간적 실천에서의 다양한 논점과 과제들을 제시해 준다. 본고에서는 현대도시에서 발생되는 새로운 도시적 실천들을살펴보면서, 참여와 정보기술 활용의 차원에서 계획의 변화 양상들을 살펴보고자하였다. DIY 어바니즘, 크라우드 펀딩, 시빅해킹 등으로 표현되는 최근의 도시적 실천들은 자율적 거버넌스의 차원으로 계획의 전환을 요구한다. 동시에 스마트시티의개발과정에서 나타나는 버텀업적인 성격과 실험적 혁신의 확산, 오픈소스 플랫폼의 형성 및 공유자산중심의 접근, 그리고 리빙랩 형식의 확산들은 참여집단의 다양화와 계획주체의 변화과정을 보여주고 있다. 그 과정에서 도시계획은 전체 계획생태계의 정보적 연계를 토대로, 수평적, 수직적인 확장과 가상공간까지 포괄하는 것을 필요로 하게 된다. 나아가 계획은 참여하는 주민들의 체험적 학습과정이면서 동시에 주민들의 자기조직적 실천과정으로서 이해될 필요가 있다. 그 과정은 기술적인 측면에서 계획2.0 또는 실시간적도시계획의 전개과정으로 파악될 수 있다. 도시계획의 실행과정은 공동의 가치창출과정이고, 참여에 기반하는 협력적 디자인의 브리콜라주한 실험이기도 하다. 그 과정에서 다양한 협력을 위한 도구들과 장치들이 선택되고 결합되면서 참여적인 정보기술 기반의 계획내용들이 실행된다. 마지막으로 이러한 변화들은 근대 초기 위생 중심의 도시계획에서, 다음 단계인 자동차 중심 계획의 전환을 거쳐, 이제 스마트시대의 도시계획으로 전환되는과정이기도 하다. 따라서 그 전반적인 변화 양상들은 전반적인 구조와 체계의 전환(Transition)이란 틀 속에서 이해될 수 있고, 철학적 측면에서 인간을 넘어선 비인간인 사물과 기술을 포괄하는 만물의 정치학(Cosmopolitics)이라는 사상적 프레임 내에서 이해되고 조명될 수 있다. The recent developments in information and communication technology, represented by the smart age, are creating changes in various social and human behaviors. It is also accompanied by a change of urban space. Recently, smart city construction processes present various issues and challenges in spatial theory and practice. In this paper, we look at the new urban practices in the current city, and examine the direction of the planning change in terms of participation and information technology utilization. Recent urban practices, such as DIY Urbanism, crowdfunding, Civic hacking etc. requires the transformation of the planning as a dimension of self-governance. At the same time, the current development process of Smart City is characterized by the increases of bottom-up planning practice, experimental innovation, open source platform and commons-based approaches, and the spread of living lab type. Theses are shows the diversification of participating group and the process of planning transformation. Under the these conditions, planning should be extended to include horizontal, vertical and virtual space areas, recognizing the entire planned ecosystem. It needs to be understood as the experiential learning process of the participating residents and at the same time as the self-organizing practice process of the residents. The process can be understood in terms of technology in conjunction with Plan 2.0 or the dimension of real-time urban planning. The implementation of these new planning schemes is a joint creation of value and a collaborative experiment of co-design based on participation. In the process, tools and devices for various collaborations are selected and combined to implement participatory information technology-based planning. Finally, these changes are the process of shifting from the hygienic urban planning in the early modern period to the automobile-centered planning in the next stage, and now the urban planning in the smart age. Therefore, the overall changes can be understood in the framework of the entire structural transition. And at the philosophical level, it can be understood and developed within an conceptual frame of the Cosmopolitics which includes the objects and the technology as the non-humans hybrids.
