A transformable work space module has been proposed for users of fully autonomous vehicles (Level 4 or higher), in response to the growing interest in purpose-built vehicles. Recent studies on behavior analysis within autonomous vehicles show a significant demand for office-like spaces where users can work while commuting. Recognizing the need for flexibility, as users may occasionally need to take control of the vehicle, this module was designed to enhance convenience and safety. The research focused on in-vehicle office scenarios, analyzing current vehicle work space concepts, and exploring applicable technologies. We proceeded with the conceptual, detailed, and mechanical design stages, resulting in the relevant 3D modeling and functional prototype. The work space module, fully retractable into the vehicle’s ceiling, integrates seamlessly with the sun visor. To validate the optimal performance, 3D printing technology was utilized in the prototyping process.

This paper describes the results of the performance analysis of the airfoil-shaped concentration device installed above a building for BiWP(Building-integrated Wind Power) which recently attracts attention as a local power. The effects of the airfoil-shaped concentration device above a building on the wind velocity increasement examined by a series of detailed numerical analysis using CFD and wind tunnel test. The results show that the airfoil-shaped concentration device above a building increase the wind velocity from 120% to 150%.
운전자 경계장치(Driver Vigilance Device) 동작시간 비교 연구

본 연구는 철도차량의 운전자 경계장치(Vigilance Device)에 관한 연구이다. 국내외 철도차량에 다양한 형태와 기능으로 적용된 운전자 경계장치는 운전자가 항상 의식하고 직접적으로 조작하여야 하는 대표적 인간-기계 인터페이스 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 장치 고유의 목적에 부합하는 제어기능 분석과 경계동작 의사결정 방법, 동작시간과 결과의 적정성을 비교 분석하고, 운전자의 사용 편의성도 검토하여 개선된 결과를 제시하였다. 제안된 장치는 특히 대도시 권역에서 역간거리가 비교적 짧은 노선을 운행하는 도시철도 전기동차에 적용하는 것을 전제로 하였다. This study is about vigilance device of Train. That is a representative human-machine interface device which is applied in various forms and functions to railway vehicles at domestic and abroad it is always must be directly operated by a driver. The study analyzed control functions that meet the specific purpose of the device, compared and analyzed the decision-making method of the warning motion, the operation time, and the appropriateness of the result, and examined and improved the driver"s convenience. The proposed device is applied to a electric train of a city railway running on a route with a relatively short station distance especially in a large metropolitan area.

During the Crimean War in 1859, Nightingale, who served as a nurse during the War, claimed that the treatment environment had a significant impact on the mortality of the wounded. They figured that Hospital Architecture, Design, Light, and Ventilation System are the factors that enhance the health of the patient"s. Therefore, they suggested Pavilion hospital environment which brings well-lighted Ventilation System. Despite these reasons, the hospital, which is currently the target of this study, is still unable to provide the necessary treatment environment for patients. Therefore, by understanding the concepts of hospitals and renovations, and by analyzing the quality of the facility, this study seeks the rehabilitation plan in order to provide a pleasant treatment environment for patients.
