Airline and medical industry in Korea have rapidly grown since 21st century. However, air ambulance service using an aircraft has not as popular as in Japan, Europe or United States. Central government has decided to start emergency helicopter service since 2011 to transport emergency patients transported in the past by fire fighter helicopter. Unfortunately, 32 OECD countries out of 33 have operated emergency aircraft system except Korea. There are more than 25 emergency helicopters in Japan, which can operate within five minutes. Such system could save a lot of social direct or in-direct cost by saving valuable lives of Japan citizens. This paper has tried to research the perception of overseas Russian medical tourists on using Air ambulance for their medical tourism to Korea. Researching air ambulance, this paper expects to find ways to enhance both medical tourism industry and airline, business jet industry. According to research results, it was proven that tangibility of medical tourism service has a positive effect on the human factor of air ambulance. The human factor has also a significant impact on the passenger comfortableness of air ambulance. Such comfortableness increases the overall satisfaction of medical tourism.
INCOLOY 825합금 및 STS316L합금의 용접성과 성형성에 관한 기초적 연구

Currently, demand of liquefied natural gas as an alternatice energy inceases because of depletion of fossil fuels. it is accompanied by inceasing demand of LNG ship. Consequentially, it is expected that demand of bellows for LNG ship increase. The material used for LNG vessels’s bellows is an alloy of INCOLOY 825 and STS316L, which are strong against low-temperature brittleness and seawater corrosion. This study establishes the welding condition of LNG vessels bellows material in extremely low temperature, and analyzes the formability of weld through Erichsen Test. When welding was conducted at optimal condition, tensile strength of weld presneted strength value up to 90% compared with base metal. As results of formalbility through Erichsen test, very good weld that failure occrued in base metal was gotten.

Culture code refers to distinct perception of any subjects-matters, goods, food, relations-cultivated by the culture with which they are affiliated. Owing to culture code which is spontaneously formed in cultural customs rather than deliberately structured it is also named “cultural unconscious”. If any culture of a certain period of time delivers unequivocal trend, it could be regarded as ``culture code.`` Culture code elaborately demonstrates the political, social, and economic terrains of a certain period. Furthermore, culture code is constructed under historical timeline as well as connected to synchronic space. This thesis aims to analyze Korean cultural contents with Korean culture codes, which is extracted from the observation of the characteristics of its society and Korean population`s cultural traits. Cross tabulation analysis method, comparing two different perspectives of subject Koreans and foreigners, was chosen to study Korean culture codes. And culture codes were also extracted from both observations of the documents of its nationals and expatriates having been exposed to Korean culture. With these culture codes Korean films released from 1990 to 2009 was studied. It was observed that each year three the most successful Korean films hold the following culture codes, such as sexuality, family value, and taboo. This analysis renders Korean population have fiery penchant for films bearing the culture codes in connection with epic chronicle, politics and economy as well as the trendy codes. It might be virtually impossible to analyze innate culture codes from a stranger`s point of view. Nevertheless, thanks to the most culture contents include culture codes of its society, culture codes would play a critical role in understanding cultural contents. If the dynamics of how its culture codes are associated with its cultural contents is properly understood, it can be regarded as a critical tool to take a glimpse of social consumption structure in the society. In addition, this analysis somewhat provides some cues how planers and producers of cultural contents direct their works.

오늘날 저작권은 문화콘텐츠 산업에서 중요한 수입원으로 자리 잡고 있으며 특히 음악산업에서 저작권은 대단히 중요한 자기 재생산 동력으로 여겨지고 있다. 음악이라는 문화상품을 유통하기 위해 필요한 권리들의 묶음이 바로 저작권이라고 할 수 있다. 음악에서의 저작권은 대단히 포괄적이고 종류도 다양하다. 문화는 인간이 누려야 할 공공적 권리이며 음악은 대표적 공공재이기에 ‘공공재의 패러독스’를 내포하고 있다. 저작권법은 저작자가 가진 권리의 ‘보호’와 ‘제한’이라는 모순된 수단을 통해 ‘문화의 발전’을 이룬다는 목적을 갖고 있다. 사유재산에 관한 법률인 저작권법에서 저작권자의 권리를 일부라도 ‘제한’하면서까지 문화의 발전을 목적으로 삼은 이유는 문화가 인간사회와 역사 속에서 중요한 공공적 가치를 담고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 오늘날의 저작권법은 음악창작물에 대한 접근을 통제하고 새로운 창작의 자유를 억압하는 것은 물론 자기를 검열하게 만드는 법률로 변질되고 있다. 문화발전이라는 공공성의 실현을 목적으로 만들어진 저작권법이 창의성을 파괴하고 있는 역설에 부딪히고 있다. 또한 음악 저작권은 음악창작과 창작비용을 엄청나게 증가시키고 있으며, 음악산업 자본이 거대화, 독점화되어가면서 전통적 개념의 작가는 소멸해 사실상 저작권은 거대기업의 소유가 되고 있다. 그런데 저작권기간이 늘어나고 저작권보호 범위와 방법이 강화되어도 창작은 촉진되지 않는다는 것은 여러 통계를 통해 밝혀진다. 결국 음악산업의 근본적 위기는 창작자를 보호한다는 저작권에서 나오고 있는 것이다. 국가는 국민의 문화적 권리를 억압하지 않아야 한다. 이 명제가 옳다면 국가가 인간의 문화적 권리를 억압하고 있는 저작권제도를 수정하는 것이 마땅하다. 이것을 위해서는 공정이용조항 도입과 저작권 관리정책의 공공성 등을 제도화해야 한다. 이러한 방안들이 저작권제도가 만들어낸 창작자와 음악소비자의 소외를 극복하는 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다. Today, copyright is the main source of income in the cultural content industry and especially, it is an extremely important a driving force for autopoiesis in the music industry. Copyright is a bundle of rights necessary for distributing cultural products including music. Copyright in the music industry is very comprehensive and has a wide variety of types. Culture is a public right what human must enjoy and music is a typical public property of it. Therefore, it connotes ‘a paradox of the public property.’ Copyright laws aims to ‘develop culture’ with contradictory means, ‘protection’ and ‘restriction’ of rights belonging to copyright holders. Why copyright laws that are acts on the private property, aim at development of culture, even ‘restricting’ rights of copyright holders to some extent, is that culture has important public values on human society and history. However, not only do copyright laws of the present time control the access to music creations and suppress freedom of new creation, but also they are degenerating into acts to censor themselves. That is, copyright laws enacted to realize the publicity under the pretext of developing culture, are paradoxically destroying creativity. Copyright of music also increases music creations and creation expenses greatly and most of copyrights are possessed by large companies in fact now, since authors of traditional concept are disappearing with gigantism and monopolization of music industry capital. Nevertheless, it has been found that increasing copyright possession and strengthening scopes and methods of copyright protection didn’t help to promote creation activities of creators. It implies that fundamental crisis of the music industry results from copyrights to protect creators. If the proposition that a country has no right to suppress cultural rights of the nation, is right, the government will have to modify copyright systems suppressing cultural rights of human. As remedies for these problems, the government also needs to introduce fair use clauses and institutionalize the publicity of copyright management policies. These plans will be foundations to get over the alienation of music creators and consumers what copyright systems result in.
