        적외선 영상 표적추적 성능 개선을 위한 적응적인 자동문턱치 산출 기법 연구

        It is very critical for image processing of IIR (Imaging Infrared) seekers to achieve improved guidance performance for missile systems to determine appropriate thresholds in various environments. In this paper, we propose automatic threshold determination methods for proper thresholds to extract definite target signals in an EOCM (Electro-Optical Countermeasures) environment with low SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratios). In particular, thresholds are found to be too low to extract target signals if one uses the Otsu method so that we suggest a Shifted Otsu method to solve this problem. Also we improve extracting target signal by changing Shifted Otsu thresholds according to the TBR (Target to Background Ratio). The suggested method is tested for real IIR images and the results are compared with the Otsu method. The HPDAF (Highest Probabilistic Data Association Filter) which selects the target originated measurements by taking into account of both signal intensity and statistical distance information is applied in this study.

        액체 수송계에 대한 고장 검출 진단시스템의 설계

        In this study, a fault detection and isolation system(FDIS) is constructed for the supervision of the liquid transportation system that is composed of DC-motor, centrifugal pump and pipe-lines. The FDIS consists of the residual generator, detection logic and fault isolation logic and it can be classified as the dedicated observer scheme(DOS). The system can detect the occurrence of sensor faults and identify the failed, sensor. And the process faults that may occurr in the components such as DC-motor, centrifugal pump and pipe-lines can be promptly detected and diagnosed with the FDIS. It may provide an effective way that will enhance the safety and the functional reliability of the fluid transportation systems.

        조경기술기반 LID 시스템 적용을 통한 선릉·정릉 권역의 첨두유출량 분석

        This study analyzed hydrological changes of stormwater runoff of Seolleung Jeongneung zone according to the application of LID system based on landscape Architectural technology. The results are as follows. First, when flooding occurred in Gwanghwamun in July 27, 2011, the maximum instantaneous rainfall amount was 183 mm/hr recorded at 10:00 on 27th for 10 minutes, and it was confirmed that rainfall intensity more than three times as high as the maximum rainfall of 57.5 mm/hr. Second, it is possible to control peak flow rate in the case of 1,500mm of soil thickness, so that it is possible to improve the vulnerability of flood damage in Seolleung and Jeongneung zone when applying the LID system. Third, in the berm height scenario, peak flow rate control was not controled in all depth level models, but the first stormwater runoff was delayed by 4 hours and 10 minutes compared to the soil thickness scenario. It was interpreted as a relatively important indicator the soil thickness for the initial stromwater runoff reduction and the berm height for the peak runoff. Through this, the systematic adaptation of landscape-friendly ecological factors within the cultural property protection zone could theoretically confirm the effects of flood disaster prevention.

        고온기류중에 재분사된 연소기 후류의 수치해석

        Combustion of gaseous fuel combustor in a high temperature vitiated air stream was studied with computer simulation. It is for application to afterburner of gas turbine engine which the exact mechanism is not yet clarified. As the jet velocity from fuel nozzle is very high and the geometry of combustor is three dimensional complex structure, many time and money are required to have good results. To consider this demerit, it is simplified to 2-dimensional and modified with the nozzle hole area to same area of annual status. As the thickness of annual is too thin, it is to divide with the many grids for reasonable results. Accordingly, new method which injected fuel mass, momentum and energy are added to source terms of each governing conservation equation as a source terms is introduced like as two phase analysis. Reaction rate is determined by taking into account the Arrhenius reaction based on a single step reaction mechanism. It is focused to temperature and product concentration distribution at each equivalence ratio of inlet hot product.

        다중이용시설 내 식생바이오필터 시스템의 PM<sub>10</sub>, PM<sub>2.5</sub> 저감효과 및 측정방법에 대한 연구

        With the issuance of one-week fine dust emergency reduction measures in March 2019, the public's anxiety about fine dust is increasingly growing. In order to assess the application of air purifying plant-based bio-filters to public facilities, this study presented a method for measuring pollutant reduction effects by creating an indoor environment for continuous discharge of particle pollutants and conducted basic studies to verify whether indoor air quality has improved through the system. In this study conducted in a lecture room in spring, the background concentration was created by using mosquito repellent incense as a pollutant one hour before monitoring. Then, according to the schedule, the fine dust reduction capacity was monitored by irrigating for two hours and venting air for one hour. PM<sub>10</sub>, PM<sub>2.5</sub>, and temperature & humidity sensors were installed two meters front of the bio-filters, and velocity probes were installed at the center of the three air vents to conduct time-series monitoring. The average face velocity of three air vents set up in the bio-filter was 0.38±0.16 m/s. Total air-conditioning air volume was calculated at 776.89±320.16㎥/h by applying an air vent area of 0.29m×0.65m after deducing damper area. With the system in operation, average temperature and average relative humidity were maintained at 21.5-22.3℃, and 63.79-73.6%, respectively, which indicates that it satisfies temperature and humidity range of various conditions of preceding studies. When the effects of raising relatively humidity rapidly by operating system's air-conditioning function are used efficiently, it would be possible to reduce indoor fine dust and maintain appropriate relative humidity seasonally. Concentration of fine dust increased the same in all cycles before operating the bio-filter system. After operating the system, in cycle 1 blast section (C-1, β=-3.83, β=-2.45), particulate matters (PM<sub>10</sub>) were lowered by up to 28.8% or 560.3㎍/㎥ and fine particulate matters (PM<sub>2.5</sub>) were reduced by up to 28.0% or 350.0㎍/㎥. Then, the concentration of find dust (PM<sub>10</sub>, PM<sub>2.5</sub>) was reduced by up to 32.6% or 647.0㎍/㎥ and 32.4% or 401.3㎍/㎥ respectively through reduction in cycle 2 blast section (C-2, β=-5.50, β=-3.30) and up to 30.8% or 732.7㎍/㎥ and 31.0% or 459.3㎍/㎥ respectively through reduction in cycle 3 blast section (C-3, β=5.48, β=-3.51). By referring to standards and regulations related to the installation of vegetation bio-filters in public facilities, this study provided plans on how to set up objective performance evaluation environment. By doing so, it was possible to create monitoring infrastructure more objective than a regular lecture room environment and secure relatively reliable data.

        硏究論文(연구논문) : 옥상공간의 태양광 자원 해석을 통한 PV 시스템 및 녹화식재에 대한 적지조건분석

        These day morden cities have serious climatic problems due to enviornmental load caused by excessive development of urbanization. As technological improvement to answer to various ecological disasters and climate changes are also called on the field of construction, inter-disciplinary studies linked to the estabilishment of sustainable energy generation systems and enviornmental control is needed in a consilient point of view. This study aims to analyse optimal site conditions for photovoltaic system and green roof planting through solar radiation simulation in a integrated perspective. In so doing, it seeks to proffer basic study for developing a sound use of roof area that is sustainable in environmental and resources aspects. A computer simulation showed that, in the case of total seasonal solar radiation, summer season resulted 312.5kWh in 35% of total annual solar radiation. This season indicated the lowest radiation rate of the year for direct sunlight in 45.8% of total seasonal solar radiation. Due to such solar radiation simulation, at the largest optimal planting area, Glechoma hederacea var. longituba secured 719.16m2 of gross roof area.

        In present, the DBB(Double ball bar) measurement system which measure the motion error of multi-axis Machinine Too1s was in the limelight of machine tools industary. This DBB measurement system was more easier to using and more complexible to apply than the other Measure system(Grid encoder, Laser measurement system, Direct test). DBB measurement system will be secured reliability by The direct cutting test which is tested by machining the workpiece.
