Software Implementation of Lightweight Block Cipher CHAM for Fast Encryption

CHAM is a lightweight block cipher, proposed in ICISC 2017. CHAM-n/k has the n-bit block and the k-bit key, and designers recommend CHAM-64/128, CHAM-128/128, and CHAM-128/256. In this paper, we study how to make optimal software implementation of CHAM such that it has high encryption speed on CPUs with high computing power. The best performances of our CHAM implementations are 1.6 cycles/byte for CHAM-64/128, 2.3 cycles/byte for CHAM-128/128, and 3.8 cycles/byte for CHAM-128/256. The comparison with existing software implementation results for well-known block ciphers shows that our results are competitive.

학교홈페이지 운영은 학교와 가정의 정보교환을 위한 창구이자 학교교육활동의 한 부분으로 인식되어야 한다. 학교홈페이지의 활성화에 있어 교사의 역할은 어떤 교육주체의 역할보다 중요하다. 초등학교학생들은 아직 가치판단력이 미숙하여 교사의 방향성제시에 따라 많은 영향을 받을 수 있으므로 학교홈페이지 활성화는 교사들의 활용의지에 따라 많이 좌우된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교홈페이지 활용유무에 따라 교사들이 느끼는 학교홈페이지의 교육활동기여도 차이에 대해 알아보고, 그것에 영향을 미치는 요인의 분석을 통해 학교홈페이지 운영활성화를 위한 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 학교홈페이지를 신기술로 가정하고 기술수용모형이라는 신기술확산에 관한 이론을 적용하여 초등학교홈페이지의 수용 및 확산요인에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 학교홈페이지의 사용경험에 따른 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 이용과정에서의 놀이성, 주관적 규범, 직무관련성, 자기효능감, 운영경험 등을 설정하여 희귀분석을 실시하고 주요 분석결과를 제시하였다. School homepage has emerged as an indispensable communication channel connecting teachers, school administration, students and parents. To increase the usage level of homepage for educational purposes, teachers need to be active proponents and users, specially in elementary schools. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting the use of homepages from the perspective of teachers. The model, a modified version of technology acceptance model(TAM), includes perceived usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, job-relatedness, subjective norms, self-efficacy, etc. Based on a questionnaire survey from elementary school teachers, a statistical result as well as useful guidelines for promoting school homepages are provided.
