        자전거 대상 자동비상제동장치의 성능평가 시나리오 개발

        This paper presents safety assessment scenarios for cyclist autonomous emergency braking(AEB) system. To assess the safety performance of AEB in real traffic situation with limited number of scenarios, scenario should reflect the characteristics of real traffic collision cases. For this, statistic data of real traffic car-to-cyclist collision in Korea are analyzed. Many types of accidents are listed and categorized based on the movement of vehicle and cycle just before the collision. Then, the characteristics, main issues and limitations of each scenarios are discussed. Not only the test scenario itself but also the cost and time for the test are very important issues for the test scenarios to actually repeat the test for various systems. Also, the performance of AEB can be effected by the algorithm of AEB and the technical limitation of the sensors and hardwares. Therefore, required number of tests, possibility of dummy destruction and other technical issues are discussed for each scenarios. Based on these information, typical scenarios are selected. Also, using this information, vehicle speed range, cyclist speed and collision point are established. Proposed scenarios are verified and modified based on the vehicle test results. vehicle test was evaluated 5 times for each scenarios. Based on this results, final test scenarios are modified and proposed.

        육미지황탕가미방(六味地黃湯加味方)이 C57BL/6JHam-ob/ob mice의 비만(肥滿) 및 제2형 당뇨병(糖尿病)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives : The object of this study was to observe the pharmacological effects of Yookmijihwang-tang-gamibang (Liuweidihuang-tang-jiaweifang, YGB) consisted of 17 types of herbs has been traditionally used in Korean medicine for treating various disorders in clinics, aqueous extracts on the genetically obese and type II diabetic C57BL/6JHam-ob/ob(ob/ob) mice. Methods :Three different dosages of YGB were orally administered, once a day for 28 days to ob/ob mice with ob/ob control and C57BL/6JJms normoglycemic intact mice. Four weeks after treatments of YGB: the changes on the body weight, food consumption, blood glucose levels, leptin and adiponectin contents were observed for monitoring the antiobese and antidiabetic effects of YGB. The effects were compared to those of CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) which improve type II diabetes and inhibit related obesity. Results : After end of 28 days of continuous treatments, ob/ob control showed increases of adipocyte hypertrophy, vasodilated atrophic glomerulus which were detected with marked hyperplasia of pancreatic islets, insulin and glucagon producing cells. These obese and related type II diabetes induced in ob/ob mice were markedly and significantly inhibited by 28 days of continuous treatment of three dosages of YGB. The YGB 50mg/kg showed similar favorable effects on the diabetes and related diabetic complications as compared with CLA 750mg/kg in ob/ob mice of the present study. Conclusions : The results obtained in this study suggest that over 25mg/kg of YGB extracts favorably retarded the obese and type II diabetes in genetically obese and type II diabetic ob/ob mice.

        자동비상제동 시스템의 안전성능평가

        This paper presents a performance evaluation procedure for advanced emergency braking (AEB) system. To guarantee the performance of AEB system, AEB test scenario should contains various driving conditions which can be occurred in real driving condition. Also, performances of each elements of AEB system, such as sensor, decision, human machine interface (HMI) and control, should be evaluated in various situations. For this, driving conditions, road types, environment, and elements of AEB system were introduced. Test scenario has been designed to represent the real driving condition and to evaluate the safety performance of AEB system in various situations. To confirm that the proposed AEB test scenario is realistic and physically meaningful, vehicle test have been conducted in two cases of proposed AEB test scenario: subject vehicle cut-out scenario and narrow street turn left scenario.

        자전거 탑승자 대상 자동비상제동장치의 성능평가 시나리오

        This paper present a performance evaluation scenarios to assess the safety performance of autonomous emergency braking (AEB) system for cyclist collision. To guarantee the safety performance of AEB for cyclist, AEB system should be tested in various scenarios which can be occurred in real driving condition. For this, real-traffic car-to-cyclist collision data are analyzed to classify the real traffic collision scenarios. Using this information, typical car-to-cyclist collision scenarios are selected. Also, in order to develop the detail features of these collision scenarios, several accident cases related with these scenarios are explained. Based on these information, test scenarios which can describe the car-to-cyclist collisions occurred in Korea are proposed. For practicality and feasibility of the test scenarios, proposed scenarios should be designed to assess the safety performance of AEB system effectively. For this, some test scenarios are combined or removed based on the consideration about the effectiveness of each scenario to the assessment of the performance of AEB system. To confirm that the proposed test scenarios are realistic and physically meaningful, simulation is conducted using simple AEB system in proposed test scenarios.

        Actuator Disk Model 기반의 로터 해석자를 사용한 방풍 구조물 내부의 로터 성능 예측

        본 연구에서는 로터 성능 해석을 위한 로터 성능 해석자를 개발하고 이를 사용하여 방풍 구조물 내부의 로터 성능 해석을 수행하였다. 로터 성능 해석자는 깃요소 이론 기반의 actuator disk model을 사용한 해석자를 사용하였다. 또한, 주변의 구조물로 인한 로터 하중의 비대칭성을 고려하기 위해 깃요소 이론에서 블레이드의 flapping 운동에 대한 해석을 수행하여 유효받음각 계산에 적용하였다. 개발된 해석자를 사용하여 바닥면과 벽면에 의한 로터 성능 변화에 관한 연구와 비교 검증을 수행하였다. 방풍 구조물 형상에 따른 로터 성능 해석을 통해 방풍 구조물에 의한 로터 성능 감소 현상을 확인하였다. 이를 통해방풍 구조물이 없는 경우 대비 95% 이상의 로터 성능 비를 가지는 방풍 구조물의 유출입덕트 면적을 제안하였다. The purpose of current study is to develop the rotor analysis solver and perform a rotor aerodynamic analysis in the wind fence. To this end, the rotor analysis solver based on actuator disk model was employed. To consider the asymmetric effect of the rotor in the wind fence, the flapping motion analysis was conducted with blade element theory for the effective angle of attack calculation. The validation cases which are the rotor with wall and ground were accomplished by developed solver. The decrease of rotor performance by wind fence was confirmed. The wind fence configuration was suggested which guarantees more than 95% rotor performance compared with the no fence case.

        The Historical Background and Content of Oh Kiyŏng’s Middle-of-the-Road Nationalism in Korea, 1919-1948

        오기영은 미군정기 좌우 갈등이 극심했던 남한 지역에서 중도적 민족주의 관점의 정치·사회평론을 지속적으로 발표했던 대표적 문필가이다. 오기영은 좌우연합과 통일을 강조하는 중도적 정치평론 활동으로 인해 좌우 양측으로부터 지속적으로 기회주의자로 비판받았고, 물리적 테러를 당하기도 했다. 그러나 그의 중도적 민족주의는 유년시절부터의 다양한 경험에 의해 형성된 강직한 신념이었기 때문에 쉽게 흔들리지 않았다. 오기영은 고향인 황해도 배천의 기독교 민족주의와 신교육운동, 기독교계 학교 수학 등의 영향 하에 성장할 수 있었다. 게다가 오기영은 그 자신을 포함해, 그의 아버지, 형, 동생, 매부 등이 민족해방운동을 이유로 일제 감옥에 여러 차례 투옥되었고, 형 오기만과 매부 강기보가 감옥에서 얻은 질병으로 인해 요절하는 불행한 가족사의 영향을 받게 되었다. 그는 사회주의자였던 형제들의 고뇌를 통해 그들의 민족애에 대해 경험적으로 확신할 수 있었다. 여기에 엄정중립을 강조했던 언론인으로서의 직업정신, 사회주의 세력과의 연대를 주장했던 동우회 내의 개혁적 목소리의 영향 등을 통해 오기영은 강고한 중도적 민족주의를 형성할 수 있었다. 때문에 오기영은 미군정기 좌우 갈등이 첨예하게 전개되는 상황 속에서도 찬반탁운동이나 좌우합작운동 등에 대한 중도적 관점의 조언을 지속할 수 있었고, 1947년 중반 이후 남북분단이 가시화되는 상황 속에서는 사회민주주의적 제도[“새 자유주의”]의 도입의 필요성과 평화의 중요성 등을 흔들림 없이 주장할 수 있었다. Oh Kiyŏng was a political critic who consistently published political and social criticisms from the perspective of middle-of-the-road nationalism in South Korea during the US military government period (1945-1948). Due to his middle-of-theroad political criticism emphasizing a left-right coalition, Oh was continuously criticized as an opportunist both from the political left and right. However, his middle-of-the-road nationalism was a firm belief based on various experiences from childhood and which he never abandoned. In his hometown Paech’ŏn, Hwanghae-do, Oh grew up under the strong influence of Christian nationalism, the new education movement [sin’gyoyuk undong], and Christian school learning. In addition, Oh was strongly influenced by the tragic death of his older brother and brother-in-law who had devoted themselves to the nationalist liberation movement. Influenced by this agony, Oh developed from personal experience a conviction for Korean socialists’ love for the nation [minjok]. Oh could also form a strong middle-of-the-road nationalism through professional influences as a journalist which emphasized ‘strict neutrality’, and through the impact of the reformist group the Tonguhoe [Like-minded Friends Association] which promoted ‘solidarity with socialists.’ As a result, Oh could continue his rational middle-of-theroad proposals on the pro/anti-trusteeship movement and the left-right coalition movement even in the situation where sharp left-right conflicts continued during the US military government period. When the national division of North and South Korea started to become a reality after the middle of 1947, he advocated for the necessity of a social democratic system [“New Liberalism”] and the importance of peace.

        전진 비행하는 Quad-Tilt Propeller 형상 무인기 날개에서 나타나는 공력간섭 현상에 대한 실험적 연구

        본 연구는 쿼드 틸트 프로펠러(Quad Tilt Propeller)형상의 탠덤날개 항공기의 전진비행 조건을 풍동실험하여 전방 날개 및 프로펠러가 후방날개에 작용하는 공력 간섭효과를 분석하였다. 6축 밸런스시스템을 이용해 전기체의 힘을 측정하였고 날개뿌리에 부착된 스트레인게이지를 이용하여 각 날개의 굽힘모멘트를 측정하였다. 12홀 프로브를 이용해 날개 및 프로펠러 후류의 유동장을 측정하였으며, 털실과 스모크를 이용한 유동가시화 실험을 통해 유동 특징을 정성적으로 확인하였다. 요소별 공력간섭 현상을 측정하기 위해 프로펠러 부착 조합을 바꿔가며 전방날개와 프로펠러가 후방 날개에 작용하는 영향을 분석하였다. In this study, wind tunnel test on Quad-Tilt Propeller which has tandem wings is carried out to analyze the aerodynamic interference effect of front wing and propeller on rear wing during forward flight. Using 6-axis balance system, forces and moments of whole aircraft were measured and using strain gauge at wing root, bending moments were measured to observe change of aerodynamic force of each wings. A 12-hole probe was used to measure the flow field in the wing and propeller wake. Flow characteristics were observed qualitatively through flow visualization experiment using tuft and smoke. To measure the aerodynamic interference by elements, the influence of front wing and propeller on rear wing was analyzed by changing the wings and propellers mount combination.
