LOD기반의 재난안전 정보서비스 확장에 관한 연구

본 연구는 재난안전정보의 효율적인 관리와 제공을 위해 LOD기반의 재난안전정보 서비스 모형을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 온라인 조사 및 오프라인 인터뷰를 수행하여 재난안전정보 제공 현황을 분석하였으며, 재난안전정보를 6가지 영역으로 구분하였다. 재난안전정보 영역과 함께 도출된 재난안전정보 LOD 구축 시 고려해야 할 사항들을 기반으로 본 연구는 재난안전정보 LOD의 구축 과정을 상세하게 제시하였다. LOD 구축 과정은 한국정보화진흥원에서 발간한 링크드 데이터 구축 공정 가이드를 적용하였다. 특히, 재난안전정보 6가지 영역을 토대로 표준용어집 및 모델링 도구를 활용하여 온톨로지 개념 모델을 정의하였으며, 이를 기반으로 클래스와 속성을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 재난안전정보의 활용성이 극대화될 수 있을 것이라 기대할 수 있다. This study aims to propose disaster safety information service model based on LOD for effective management and dissemination of the information. To achieve the aim of this study, current state of disaster safety information was analyzed through online search and face-to-face interviews, and then the information was divided into 6 types. Finally, this study proposed specific process of building disaster safety information LOD service with considerations reflecting the information characteristics. The process for building LOD was based on Guidelines for Building Linked Data written by National Information Society Agency. Especially, ontology concept model was defined by using standard lexical resources and modeling tools based on 6 types of disaster safety information, and classes and properties were proposed. The results of this study will make disaster safety information more useful for common people.

TiAlN 코팅드릴의 구멍가공특성에 관한 연구

An experimental study on drilling of stainless steel is conducted using TiAlN coated drills and HSS twist drills with several cutting conditions; feed rate, spindle rotational speed, and dry/wet cutting. The effects of number of hole on the thrust force are examined by cutting force measurement. The flank wear of the drills and the change of hole diameter are quantitatively observed using a vision system. It is found that the thrust force in drilling with TiAlN coated drills decrease under dry and wet machining, whereas the flank wear resistance is improved.

宇治十帖の方途-薫の道心と恋の構造

本稿では、第三部の物語のはじめの部分といえる「匂宮三帖」における薫の道心と恋のあり方について考察した。第三部の最初の巻「匂兵部卿」には、薫が初めて登場し、彼の道心の由来が述べられている。「匂兵部卿」巻の表現構造では、光源氏と薫を比較対照しつつ、薫のみではなくその道心をも相対化している語りの構造が見られる。薫の道心は彼の幼い時に聞いた自らの出生に関する疑惑に根ざしている。薫は自分の実父が柏木であることを知っているが、以後の物語において、柏木の罪が薫の内面において深く問い直されることはなく、薫の出生の秘密が外化する方向にも物語は展開しない。薫における柏木の「罪」の行方は、第三部の三番目の巻「竹河」と「匂兵部卿」巻との比較を通じて明らかになる。竹河巻は、匂兵部卿巻に語られていたことを「ひが事」と否定することにより、薫の出生の秘事を表面上払拭し、薫の恋における姿を語り出すことができたと考えられる。また、竹河巻では、表面上は薫の秘事について語らない形式を取りつつも、語りや表現のレベルにおいて薫における柏木の「影」を暗示していく〈物語の方法〉が用いられており、こうした〈語りの方法〉は「宇治十帖」において一貫して見られている。竹河巻は、まさしく「宇治十帖」の序として、主人公薫の生のあり方、薫をめぐる語りの方法を象徴的に示している巻であると思われる。 In 「Niobyeongbukyeong」 which is the first volume of 『Genji Monogatari』 composed of three parts, the main character, Kaoru appears for the first time, and the origin of his Buddhist doctrines is described. In the analysis on the representation structure of the relevant volume, it takes the structure of katari that relativizes not only Kaoru, but also his Buddhist doctrines by comparing and contrasting Hikaru Genji and Kaoru. Kaoru’s Buddhist doctrines is rooted in his doubt about his own birth that was told in his childhood. Even though Kaoru knows that his real father is Kashiwagi, the following monogatari does not describe the scenes in which Kaoru agonizes over Kashiwagi’s sin, and does not even reveal the secret of Kaoru’s birth. The monogatari in the third part does not show the method to explore the meanings of < sin > in the character’s inner side just as the second part. The third volume 「Takegawa」 of the third part is very remarkable in the aspect of issues like gatari and character set-up. The volume 「Takegawa」 denies what has been told in the volume 「Niobyeongbugyeong」 as a 「wrong story」, which is to superficially dispel the secret of Kaoru’s birth, and also to start talking about Kaoru’s look of love.

악성 신경피부흑색증 - 증례보고-

Arare case of primary malignant melanoma of central nervous system in 12-month-old infant with neuro-cutaneous melanosis is presented. Primary malignant melanomas in central nervous system are very rare in children, however, it is known that leptomeningeal melanosis is malignant in 40-50% with neurocutaneous melanosis. Spinal MRI, brain CT and MRI showed diffuse intradural extramedullary mass of entire spinal cord and enhancing mass in brain stem. CSF cytology revealed abnormal cells. Biopsy from leptomeninges of posterior fossa was compatible with malignant melanoma.

상악에서 발생한 석회화를 동반한 치성각화낭

Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) with secondary inflammation involving the maxillary sinus was presented. Radiological diagnosis of this case was made based on the various findings from the cone-beam computed tomography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance images. There were calcified materials and impacted tooth within the lumen of the lesion, which is not uncommon in OKC. Histopathologic findings confirmed this lesion as OKC with secondary inflammation.

한국인에 대한 가변형 치과 인상용 트레이의 적합성에 관한 연구

Purpose : this study was to evaluate the fitness of adjustable dental impression trays on the Koreans : the trays used in the previous study by Kim et al. as part of the dental adjustable tray development project were improved and modified. Material and method: The patterns of tray were made through CAD-CAM process, and a simple silicone-base molds were made from them. The trial products were reproduced by pouring polyurethane into these molds. 30 male students(Wonkwang University, Dental College) and 30 female students (Wonkwang Health Science College, Department of Dental Hygiene) were selected and Reversible hydrocolloid impression materials were used for this study. The fitness of the trays was evaluated by measuring the width and length of impression materials of each measurement sites. Results and conclusion : 1. In adapting the trays inside the mouth, a uniform width of impression material(3 $\sim$ 6mm) was obtained in most sites due to the tooth stops and the inclined planes accommodating the width of the tray 2. The thickness of impression material in the central part of the palate was a mean 9.8mm, which turned out to be somewhat thick. 3. In the mandible. the thickness of the impression material in the lingual side inferior to the contact point of the 1st and 2nd molars was 2.7mm, and the thickness of the material in the lingual side of the rearmost margin was 2.5 mm. The thickness of the impression material of these areas was relatively thin.

소셜미디어 아카이빙을 위한 수집 및 보존방안

최근 공공기관에서 국민과 소통하는 방법의 하나로 소셜미디어를 활발하게 활용함에 따라 기록관리 영역에서도 이를 수집하고 보존하기 위한 다양한 방안들이 논의되고 있다. 미국에서는 정부 차원에서 소셜미디어를 수집 보존하고자 하는 움직임이 일고 있고, 영국 국립기록관에서는 이미 공공기관의 트위터와 유튜브를 대상으로 아카이브를 구축하여 이용자에게 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 아카이빙의 수집 및 보존 측면에서의 사례조사 결과를 토대로 소셜미디어의 유형별 특징과 그에 따른 수집 방안과 보존모형을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 제안방안의 실효성을 검증하기 위해 경상남도 도청의 소셜미디어를 대상으로 시범 적용하였다. 본 연구는 실제 수집한 결과를 통해 수집 및 보존방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있으며, 차후 소셜미디어 아카이빙을 위한 모델 수립에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, various methods of collecting and preserving social media have been discussed in the field of archives and records management as social media is actively used as a way of communicating with the public in the government. In the United States, there is a move to acquire and preserve social media at the government level, and the National Archives (UK) already provides social media archives to users through Twitter and YouTube. In this study, we proposed the features, acquisition methods of social media by type and the preservation model based on case study results in terms of acquisition and preservation of social media archiving. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods, this study was applied to the social media of Gyeongsangnamdo provincial government. The results of this study is meaningful in that it suggested acquisition and preservation methods through actual collected results and it is expected that it will be useful for establishing the models for future social media archiving.

시스템사고를 이용한 국민임대주택 공급시장분석

정부는 매년 주택건설계획을 수립하여 주택공급을 확대하고 국민 주거복지 향상에 주력하고 있으나, 장기계획을 바탕으로 하는 비전이 구체적으로 제시되지 못한데다 정책의 일관성 부족 등의 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다 특히, 2003년 주택보급률 100% 달성 후, 2012년 주택보급률 115% 달성을 위한 계획을 추진하고 있지만, 임차가구의 비율은 2003년 말 43%로 변화가 없으며, 미분양의 증가로 건설기업의 도산위험 증가와 주택가격의 급격한 상승으로 인해 주택공급시장의 불안정과 저소득층의 주거마련 여건은 더욱 악화되고 있다. 이러한 주택공급시장의 불안정과 저소득층의 주택마련 및 주거의 질적 향상을 위해 정부는 100만호의 국민임대주택을 건설하고 효율적 인 운영을 통해 지역발전과 국민경제 활성화를 이루려는 전략을 세우고 있다. 이 연구는 국민임대주택의 영향변수를 분류하여 이들 간의 상호작용을 시스템 다이내믹스 이론에 입각하여 연결하고, 장기적으로 동태성의 행태를 보이는 주택공급시장에서 국민임대주택이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 각 주체별 전략수립의 기초정보를 제공하고자 한다. Although the Korean government have made a plan of housing market with supply and concentrated on the welfare of the people, there are still a lot of problem in housing market for lack of a long-term vision and consistent policy of the government. The plan of 115% of housing diffusion in 2012 is in progress after its acquisition of 100% in 2002, but there are no changes in the rental housing rate of 43% in 2003. In addition, there are getting worse circumstances in the instability of housing market and the low-income bracket, because of the Korean construction firms' bankruptcy with an increase of unsold hosing and a rapid increase of housing prices. The government have made the strategy of revitalizing the economy and regional development by means of a million public rental housing plan for the low-income bracket and welfare. This paper introduces the basic information of the subjective strategy establishment with the analysis of the reciprocal action of influence factors for public rental housing by system dynamics theory and the effect of public rental housing in housing supply market which has a long-term dynamic form.

고주파용 소형 저 위상잡음 주파수 합성기 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, we designed low phase noise frequency synthesizer with compact size for High frequency band (Ku-band). The paper addresses merits and demerits of single loop and dual loop frequency synthesizer. The phase noise characteristics of the phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer were predicted based on the analysis for phase noise contribution of noise sources. The proposed model in this paper more accurately predicts the low phase noise frequency synthesizer with compact size for high frequency band.
