      • 광통신 방식을 이용한 레일절손검지장치 현장적용 및 안정화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 레일탐상차가 운용되는 기간사이에 발생할 수 있는 레일절손을 검측하기 위하여 개발된 레일절손검지장치를 서울메트로 2호선 실제 운영구간에서 현장적용시럼을 통하여 레일절손장치 성능의 안정성을 높이고자 하였다. 서울메트로 2호선의 삼성~선릉구간에 98.51m의 루프형태로 설치된 레일절손 감시경보시스템을 분석한 결과 크랙개소(테르밋 용접: 48.18m)를 정확하게 ±1m의 오차범위내에 포착이 가능하다는 것을 시험결과를 통하여 확인하였다. 데이터 비교 결과 1차 현장시험에는 감쇄율 ?1.2dB이며, 2차시험 결과 감쇄율 ?1.3dB 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. The objective of this study is to verify the hypothesis that cognitive process of railway drivers would be influenced by train speed. The hypothesis is tested by investigating railway drivers` cognitive processes at different speeds of a locomotion. The experiment shows that human performance of railway drivers decreases as the train speed becomes faster. In addition, simple signals outperformed complex signals at every train speed. Therefore, it is suggested to redesign complex signals simpler for improving driver`s human performance. It is also recommended that the Korean railway safety law should be revised to mention requirement of the signal design. The implications of the experiments are discussed in detail.

        Container which is representative transportation vessel is holding very important position in a field of railroad transportation. And container transportation using railroad is continuously increasing but efficiency is low because container car(or flat car) can not be used to transport other items. Also, in Korean railway logistics, various freight car is operating by characteristic of transportation items but due to transportation demand that has serious deviation by items, routes, and periods, operational efficiency is low and competitive power has dwindled than road transportation. This research and development, for efficiency enlargement of railroad logistics, has been performed practically to develop transportation vessel. The transportation vessel is attachable / detachable vessel which can be utilized for bulk transportation on a container car. As it enables bulk transportation and container transportation on a container car, It will contribute to improve the usefulness of freight car operation and elevate country competitive power through reducing the cost of national logistics.

        Influence Assessment Model of a Person within Heterogeneous Networks Based on Networked Community

        In this paper, we tried to investigate whether the influence of `I` in a heterogeneous network of physical network and virtual network can be quantitatively measurable. To do this, we used Networked Community(NC) methodology to devise a concrete model of influence assessment in heterogeneous network. In order to test the model, we conducted an experiment with Donald J. Trump and his surroundings to evaluate the effectiveness of this influence assessment model. Experimentation included the measurement of impacts on the physical and virtual networks, and the impact on the networked community. Using Trump`s case, we found that analyzing only one of the two networks can not accurately analyze the impact on others.

        권리금 회수기회보호 규정의 개선방안

        코로나19로 인한 미증유(未曾有)의 팬데믹 현상은 자영업자, 특히 자신의 건물을 소유하지 못한 임차인들에게 극심한 고통을 안겨주고 있으며, 이들은 현재 아사(餓死) 직전에 있다. 현재 우리나라의 자영업자의 수는 570만 내지 600만 정도로, 전체 취업자 대비 자영업자 비중은 미국 6.8%, 일본 11.9%, 영국 15.4%, 독일 11.7%, OECD 평균 15.8%이나 한국은 28.2%로 해외 주요국에 비해 매우 높은 수준이다. 한편, 권리금 시장의 규모는 약 33조 원으로 결코 적은 금액이 아니다. 서울시 보도자료에 의하면, 권리금의 성문화 이후에도 권리금을 둘러싼 분쟁과 논쟁은 여전히 계속되고 있으며, 실제 상관행과 법제상의 괴리현상을 감안한다면 권리금 회수기회보호 규정의 문제점 개선과 권리금 분쟁의 해결방안에 관한 연구가 더욱 절실하다. 이와 같이 권리금 분쟁이 끊임없이 일어나는 이유는 재산권으로서의 권리금 개념의 불확실성과 이에 대한 자영업계 이외의 사회 일반의 권리금에 대한 법적 인식 부족, 나아가 자영업자 600만 시대에 걸맞지 않는 권리금 회수기회보호 규정의 시대착오적인 불완전성과 불명확성 때문이다. 따라서 저자는 본 연구에서 권리금 회수기회보호 규정의 문제점을 분석 보완하여, 상가임차인들이 실질적으로 권리금과 투자금을 회수할 수 있는 입법정책적인 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. Currently, the number of self-employed people in Korea is between 5.7 million and 6 million, which is very high compared to major overseas countries. In additions the size of the premium market of about 33 trillion won is also considerable. According to press releases from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government disputes and debates over premium continue even after the codification of premium and considering the gap between actual correlation and legislation need for research is urgent. The reason for the constant dispute over premium is the uncertainty in the concept of premium as property rights, the lack of legal awareness of premium other than the self-employed and the anachronistic incompleteness and uncertainty of the protection of premium recovery opportunity. Therefore it needs to be revised as pointed out in the text in the future. Tenants or self-employed persons who do not possess their own building are suffering severe hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic without precedent and are in the verge of bankruptcy. The number of self-employed persons in Korea has risen over 5.7 million to 6.0. In terms of the proportion of them to the whole employment, Korea marked 28.2%, which is extremely higher than the U.S 6.8%, Japan’s 11.9%, the U,K 15.4%, Germany’s 11.7% and the OECD’s 15.8%. The volume of premium markets has reached no less than KRW 33 trillion. According to reports released by the Seoul metropolitan government, there are growing disputes over premium. Problems about protection of opportunities to reclaim premium have to be solved and debates over premium have to be analyzed in terms of the gap between actual correlation and legislation. Continuous disputes over premium are provoked by the uncertain conception of premium as property rights, the lack of legal awareness of premium that others except the self-employed have and the anachronistic incompleteness of protection of opportunities to reclaim premium that is not suitable for the current society with 6 million self-employed persons. Therefore, the study was written in order to analyze problems about protection of opportunities to reclaim premium, make up for them and propose legislative improvements which tenants can substantially reclaim premium and investments with.

        실시간 모니터링을 통한 레일절손 검지에 관한 연구

        Train accidents can be directly connected to fatal accidents-collision, derailment, Fire, railway crossing accidents-resulting in tremendous human casualties. First of all, the railway derailment is not only related to most of railway accidents but also it can lead to much more catastrophic accompanying train overtured than other factors. Therefore, it is most important factor to ensure railway safety. some foreign countries have applied to the detector machines(e.g., ultrasonic detector car, sleep mode, current detector, optical sensing, optical fiber). Since it was developed in order to prevent train from being derailed. In korea, the existing track method has been used to monitor rail condition using track circuit. However, we found out it impossible for Communication Based Train Control system(CBTC), recent technology to detect rail condition using balise(data transmission devices) without no track circuit. For this reason, it is needed instantly to develop real-time monitoring system used to detect broken rails. Firstly, this paper presents domestic and international statues analysis of rail breaks technology. Secondly, the composition and the characteristics of the real-time monitoring system. Finally, the evidence that this system could assumed the location and type of broken rails was proved by the experiment of prototype and operation line tests. We concluded that this system can detect rail break section in which error span exist within±1m.

        네트워크 커뮤니티 (NC)는 이종의 연결인 물리적 네트워크(PN)와 가상 네트워크(VN)를 망라하여 네트워크 내에서 나의 위치를 파악하고자 하는 분석방법으로서, 사용자가 NC 내에서 다른 노드에 얼마나 영향력이 있는지를 분석할 수 있다. 본 논문에는 NC 모델링 기법을 이용하여 실제 세계를 대변하는 PN과 VN을 방향성 있게 연결하여 ‘나’의 영향력이 실제로 변화하는 실험적 모델을 제시하였으며, 이 영향력 모델의 수치적 평가를 실험을 통해 제시하였다.

        3호선 실제선로 조건에서의 레일경좌 변화에 따른 철도차량 주행안전성 해석

        It is very hard to analyze the train derailment safety quantitatively at the curved section because of the diversified affect parameters including the complex interaction between wheel and rail, the train conditions such as the shape of wheel, suspension system, the track conditions such as the radius of curve, cant, transition curve, and the operation conditions, etc. Two major factors related to the running safety of railway vehicle are classified as the railway vehicle and the track condition. In this study, when the railway vehicle passing through curves of actual track condition of subway line NO.3 in seoul (Yeonsinnae↔Gupabal), the effect that has influence on running safety depending on rail inclination. The analysis result of 1/40 rail inclination condition is more favorable on running safety than other rail inclination conditions because derailment coefficient and wheel unloading ratio are the lowest.
