      • 응축방식을 이용한 담수화 시스템의 성능예측을 위한 분석연구

        본 연구에서는 태양열에 의해 증발된 해수면에서의 수증기를 응축의 원리를 이용하여 담수의 생산이 가능한 친환경 담수장치(Eco-friendly Desalination System)를 고안하고, 가능성을 판단하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 응축 열전달 공식을 이용하여 습공기의 물성변화에 따른 연간 응축수 생산량을 예측하였으며, 항온항습챔버의 실험을 통해 실제 습공기조건 변화에 따른 응축량을 측정하였다. 습공기의 이론 응축률과 실험을 통해 측정한 실제 응축률의 오차율을 산출하였으며, 오차의 원인을 분석하고 응축률 보정계수인 응축계수와 점성계수를 구하여 보정된 이론 응축률 공식에 도출하였다. 보정된 응축률 식을 이용하여 설계된 규모의 풍력터빈연간 생산 가능한 담수량을 산출한 결과 최대 연간 약 2,927톤 정도의 담수를 생산할 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. A new concept of an Eco-friendly desalination method is introduced in this study. The main idea of the desalination method of seawater is the condensation of the vaporized seawater by solar heat energy on the surface of seashore. The wind turbine blade plays a role of heat exchanger condensing the vaporized water in the air. In this analytical study, the availability of the proposed desalination system was studied. First, an analytical condensation theory of the vaporized water in air was arranged and the parametric study was conducted to estimate the amount of freshwater produced from the system with the change of the temperature difference between the humid air and turbine blade, and the relative humidity in air, and wind speed. From the analytical calculation, 2,927(ton/year) of freshwater was produced at the vertical-type wind turbine (Diameter=4m, Height=3m) as the relative humidity is 100%, the temperature difference between the impeller blade and the humid air is $40^{\circ}C$ and the wind speed is 10m/s.

        육가공품(肉加工品)의 유통(流通) 및 산업구조(産業構造) 분석(分析)

        This study is to analyse marketing and industrial structure of meat processing industry and to examine it's current situation related to agriculture. For this purpose 1. This paper surveys the history of meat processing industry, and analyses current situation of meat processing industry, based upon economic statistic data. 2. For the research of marketing structure of meat processing products, this paper not only ciassifies into three catagories; the supply of raw meat, main marketing organization, and path, but measures magnitude of Marketing Bill and Farmer's Share practically through statistic data and an on-the-spot survey. 3. This study also attempt to explain the relation of meat processing industry and the other industry and role of meat processing industry is Korean economy by the use of input-output table. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The meat processing industry in Korea produces low quality, and expensive raw meat with limited quality, inefficiency of marketing structure, and unrelated livestock and meat processing industry. 2. Korea market structure of meat processing products has been changed into oligopoly from monopoly by a new corporation entered into monopoly and the size of meat processing market firms has been normalized. 3. Meat processing industry is very important considering with its high back-linkage-effect. In order to develop meat processing industry and marketing, it is essential that operation of intergrated meat market center, meat market center should be efficiently operated. The efficient utilization of domestic resource for raw meat and development of processing technique have to be required, by means of the governmental support.

      • Influence of Anesthesia Type on Outcomes after Endovascular Treatment in Acute Ischemic Stroke: Meta-Analysis

        Purpose: To assess clinical and angiographic outcomes after endovascular treatment (EVT) in ischemic stroke patients according to anesthesia types (general anesthesia vs. conscious sedation). Materials and Methods: A systematic literature review through an online data base between January 1990 and September 2017 was performed. A fixed effect model was used in cases of <50% heterogeneity. The primary outcomes were good clinical outcome at the 3-month follow-up and successful recanalization. A meta-regression analysis was done to estimate primary outcomes of log odds ratio (OR) on onset-to-puncture time (OTP) differences. Publication bias was determined using Begg’s funnel plot and additional the Trim and Fill method. Results: Sixteen articles including 2,662 patients (general anesthesia, n=1,275; conscious sedation, n=1,387) were included. General anesthesia significantly decreased good outcomes than conscious sedation (OR, 0.564; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.354–0.899). However, outcomes did not differ significantly in randomized controlled trials (RCTs; OR, 1.101; 95% CI, 0.395–3.071). Anesthesia type was not associated with successful recanalization (OR, 0.985; 95% CI, 0.787–1.233). General anesthesia increased the risk of mortality (OR, 1.532; 95% CI, 1.187–1.976) and pneumonia (OR, 1.613; 95% CI, 1.172–2.221), but not symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (OR, 1.125; 95% CI, 0.767–1.652). The meta-regression analysis showed no linear relationship between OTP differences and log OR of good outcome (coefficient, 0.0004; P=0.95) or successful recanalization (coefficient, 0.0005; P=0.94), respectively. Conclusion: General anesthesia seemed to be associated with adverse clinical outcome after EVT. However, its efficacy was not demonstrated in RCTs. Successful recanalization did not differ according to anesthesia type. Studies using individual patient data based on further RCTs are necessary to elucidate anesthesia effect on procedural and clinical outcomes.

      • 슬관절 퇴행성 관절염의 관절경적 치료 - 기졔적 증상이 있는 군과 없는 군과의 비교 -

        목적: 관절경 술식으로 치료한 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서 기계적 증상의 유무에 따른 임상 결과를 알아 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2000년 10월부터 2002년 1월까지 슬관절의 퇴행성 관절염 으로 관절경 수술을 받은 60명 60례를 대상으로 하였다 추시 기간은 평균 15개월(12$\~$30개월)이었다. 수술전 단순 방사선 소견과 문진 그리고 이학적 검사로 기계적 증상의 유무를 판단 하였다. 치료 결과는 Baumgaertner의 평가 방법을 이용하였다. 결과: 술전 Baumgaertner score는 기계적 증상이 있는 군에서 평균 3.1점에서 술후 8.1점이었으며 기계적 증상이 없었던 군에서는 술전 3.5점에서 술후 5.4점으로 기계적 증상이 있었던 환자군에서 더 높은 만족도를 나타냈다. 결론: 퇴행성 관절염에서 기계적 증상이 있는 경우 관절경적 치료는 의미 있는 치료방법이라고 사료되나 보다 많은 증례에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다 Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical results for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee by arthroscopic procedure according to presence or absence of mechanical symptoms. Materials and Methods: We studied sixty patients (60 knees) who underwent arthroscopic procedure for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee from October,2000 to January,2002. The average follow up period was 15 months(12-30 months). We evaluated the mechanical symptoms by simple radiographs, history taking and physical examination. We analysed the clinical results by Baumgaertner's scale. Results: The Baumgaetner's score improved from 3.1 preoperatively to 8.1 postoperatively in the group with mechanical symptoms, whereas the scores in the group without mechanical symptom improved from 3.5 preoperatively to 5.4 postoperatively. The patients with mechanical symptoms were satisfied more than the patients without mechanical symptoms. Conclusion: The arthroscopic surgery could be one of good alternative treatment methods for the osteoarthritis of the knee with mechanical symptoms . But, more than these patients will be needed for further evaluation.

        세균에 의한 남조 Anabaena cylindrica의 분해에 대한 연구

        A Gram (-), rod-shaped bacterium in size of 1.6-2.8 $\times$ 0.4 μm was isolated from a eutrophic reservoir, which exhibited growth-inhibiting effect against a bluegreen alga (Anabaena cylindrica). This isolate showed positive reactions for catalase and oxidase, and optimal conditions of 35-40°C and pH 9.0. This isolate was designated AC-1 in this manuscript. In a mixed-culture of A. cylindrica and AC-1, their growth patterns were inversely correlated and the bluegreen algal vegetative cells completely disappeared within 24-36 hours. AC-1 showed similar lytic activity in natural water as in an artificial medium. The lytic activity of AC-1 was dependent on the photosynthetic activity of A. cylindrica. When observed under phase contrast microscope, the isolate lysed vegetative cells of A. cylindrica in scattered state in a liquid medium, whereas heterocysts have not been lysed.

        성대폴립양상의 원발성 성문부 국균증 1예 -증 례 보 고-

        Primary infection of the larynx with aspergillus spp. with immunocompetent patient is extremely rare, few cases have been reported in the literature. It is more commonly seen as a part of a wider infection involving the respiratory system in immunocompromised patients. We present one case of primary laryngeal aspergillosis without any other airway tract extension and without any generalized immune deficit in a 69 year-old woman with history of hoarseness. Direct laryngoscopy and biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of aspergillosis.

      • 한국 동해안에 출현하는 냉수괴의 특성과 기원

        To serch the origin of the cold water mass along the east coast of Korea its characteristics are inrestigated based upon Cooperative Study of Kuroahio and Fisheries Research and Development Agency data. In the southwestern part of the Japan Sea the North Korean Cold Water sinks at the front and flows southwards on top of the Japan Sea Proper Water. it is found that the sunken North Korean Cold Water il high in the content of dissolved oxygen and less saline compared with the Japan Sea Proper Water. It is highly likely that the cold water mass off the Jugbyeon-Chuksan coast in summer il the North Koreah Cold Water and not upwelled Japan Sea Proper Water. It os shown that the Notth Korean cold Water Flows strongly in summer and its scuthern limit is generally off Chuksan-Janggigab and occasionally off Gampo as observed in 1973.
