This thesis aims to estimate the rainfall runoff from paddy field in a small watershed during irrigation period. When the data observed at the proposed site are not available, the Monthly Runoff Equation of Korean Rivers which was derived from data observed under the following assumptions is used to study the water balance. a. Monthly base flow was assumed as 10.2mm even if these is no mouthly rainmfall. b. Monthly comsumption of rainfall was ranged from 100 to 200mm without relation to the rainfall depth. However, the small watershed which consists mainly of paddy fields encounters severe droughts and accordingly the baseflow is negligible. Under the circumstances the author has developed the following equation called "Flood Irrigation Method for Rainfall Runoff "taking account of the evapotranspiration, precipit-ation, seepage, less of transportation, etc. where: R: runoff (ha-m) A: catchment area (ha) F: coefficient of loss (o.o-0.20) P<sub>r</sub>: rainfall (mm) S: seepage E<sub>T</sub>: evapotranspiration (mm) To verify the above equation, the annual runoff ratio for 28 years was estimated using the Monthly Runoff Equation of Korean Rivers the Flood Irrigation Method and the Complex Hydrograph Method based on meteorological data observed in the Dae Eyeog project area, and comparison was made with data observed in the Han River basin. Consequently, the auther has concluded that the Flood Irrigation Method is more consi-stent with the Complex Hydrograph Method and data observed than the Monthly Runoff Equation of Korean Rivers.

북한은 1990년대에 들어서면서 심각한 외화부족 및 경제난에 봉착하게 되였으며 1993년 12월에는 노동당 제6기 12차 전원회의에서 제3차 7개년 계획의 실패를 자인하고 이를 만회하기 위하여 농업 제일주의, 경공업 및 무역 제일주의 전략방침을 제시하였다. 그러나 농업제일주의의 표명에도 불구하고 농업생산이 부진하게 되자 북한은 그 원인을 1994년에는 우박, 1995년과 1996년에는 이상강우, 1997년에는 이상한발 등 자연재해 때문이라고 주장하고 있다. 북한의 식량난은 1990년대 들어서 외부적인 요인에 의하여 일시적으로 생긴 문제가 아니다. 북한이 정권수립 초기부터 농업을 모든 경제건설 사업에 앞세웠고 그중에서도 농업수리화를 중심사업으로 시행하였음을 감안할 때 오늘의 식량부족 문제를 불러온 요인에는 자연재해 이외에도 다른 요인이 있는 것으로 판단되며 이 논문에서는 농업생산기반 측면을 고찰하고자 한다. 북한의 관개체계는 양수관개, 역수 양수저류 위주의 고에너지 소모형 윤환식 관개체계로 구성되어 있으며 일반적으로 농업수리화가 추진될수록 전력의 수요도 증가하게 된다. 북한에서는 경지면적 증대를 위한 산림개간 외에 외화 획득을 위한 산림벌채로 산림황폐화가 가속화되어 수력 발전량이 감소하고, 외화부족에 의한 유류 구입 곤란으로 전력 부족현상이 심화되고 있다. 전력난이 심각해지면서 농업관개용으로 할당되는 전력량이 감소하여 관개체계가 원활히 가동되지 못하여 식량생산량이 감소하고 있는 실정이다. 북한은 이미 지속적인 식량 생산량 감소로 부족한 식량을 외부원조에 의하여 해결할 수밖에 없는 상황에 도달하였다. 우리 정부에서는 북한의 식량난을 해소하고자 식량의 직접지원, 민간기구 또는 국제기구를 통한 간접 지원의 형태로 지원해 오고 있으며 1999년부터는 비료, 농약 등 농업물자 위주의 공급으로 북한이 자체로 농업생산력을 회복하도록 지원하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 북한의 농업기반현황을 파악하고 문제점을 도출하여 향후 북한농업기반의 정비를 위한 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 거의 모든 산업에 걸쳐 보안과 서비스에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 이는 항만물류산업에서도 큰 영향을 미쳐 기존 항만 생산성 향상에만 초점을 두어 업무를 추진하던 방식에서 탈피하여 점차 항만 안전과 대고객 서비스 향상을 중심으로 업무 전환을 꾀하고 있다. 그 중 대표적인 방법이 기존의 컨테이너에 특정한 장치를 추가 장착하여 지능화시킨 GE(General Electronic)의 CSD(Container Security Device)와 Savi Networks의 eSeal 등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 이 장비들은 국제표준과 기술적인 구현 부분에만 치중하여 개발함으로써 화주, 선사 및 하역업체 등 실사용자들의 불편함을 야기하고 있으며, 이는 사용자 요구사항을 체계적으로 충분히 고려하지 못한 결과로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 보안 장치가 갖는 문제점들을 해결하고, 사용자 요구사항이 충실히 반영되었을 뿐만 아니라 현실세계를 고려한 보안 시스템을 개발하기 위해 시스템 요구사항을 도출하는 과정에서 QFD(Quality Function Deployment, 품질 기능전개) 방법론을 적용하였으며 그 결과 시스템 품질특성(CTQ: Critical To Quality)이 5가지의 세부 과제별로 총 21건이 도출되었다. Recently security is being an important issue in almost every field of industry. This situation has affected port logistics industry deeply. Ports are now leaving operational methods that only focus on productivity, and shifting to new ones which focus on safety and custom services on the basis of it. Thus a lot of companies and institutions have offered various solutions as this issue becomes more and more intense. Among them, most typical solutions involve installing special devices to ordinary containers to improve its security, such as CSD (Container Security Device) of GE (General Electric) and eSeal of Savi Networks. On the other hand, these devices focus only on international standards or technical implementation, and this causes inconvenience to actual users like cargo owners, sea carriers, or stevedoring companies. This is considered to be due to lack of sufficient consideration on user demands. This research uses QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method for deducting system requirements in order to solve the problems of previous security devices and to develop a security system that can not only reflect the demands of the users but also considers real-world conditions. According to the QFD results, a total of 21 system CTO"s were deducted under 5 categories.

In this article we developed the environment-friendly arrangement system of drainage and irrigation canal. It is is divided into the model which considers ecological conservation type, irrigation flood control type and hydrophilic type. In canal plan and design we will consider vertical section and intersection plan, water quality management, waterside environment construction plan, canal terminal treatment, canal bottom plan, etc. Consequently, We propose the detail contents which must be considered when we plan the environmental canal space.
펠던크라이스 기법, 탄성밴드 운동 및 복합운동 적용이 현대무용전공자의 체간근력에 미치는 영향

This study is carried out to examine the effect of applying Feldenkrais method, elastic band training and combined training on trunk muscle. The subjects of this study were 32 modern dance majors and they were divided into four groups which consists of 8 peoples each, Feldenkrais method group(modern dance + Feldenkrais method), elastic band training group(modern dance + elastic band training), combined training group(modern dance + Feldenkrais method + elastic band training), and control group(modern dance). Measurement variables which are trunk muscle were measured before training, and after 4 and 8 weeks training and the results are as follow: In the left muscle strength change at Centaur 0°, Feldenkrais method group, elastic band training group and combined training group showed significant increase after 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the right muscle strength change, Feldenkrais method group and combined training group had significant increase after 8 weeks training. In the left muscle strength change at Centaur 45°, Feldenkrais method group and combined training group showed significant increase after 8 weeks training compared to before training and after 4 weeks training. Also elastic band training group showed significant increase after 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the right muscle strength change, Feldenkrais method group and elastic band training group significantly increased after 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the left muscle strength change at Centaur 90°, Feldenkrais method group and combined training group showed significant increase after 4 and 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the right muscle strength change, Feldenkrais method group showed significant increase after 4 and 8 weeks training compared to before training, and elastic band training group significantly increased after 8weeks training compared to before training. In the left muscle strength change at Centaur 135°, there was no significant changes. In the right muscle strength change, elastic band training group and combined training group showed significant increase after 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the left muscle strength change at Centaur 180°, combined training group showed significant increase after 4 and 8 weeks training compared to before training. In the right muscle strength change, combined training group showed significant increase after 4 and 8 weeks training compared to before training. From above results, applying 8 weeks regular program of Feldenkrais method, elastic band training and combined training to modern dance majors showed positive changes on improvement of trunk muscle strength and physical strength. Also this study implemented to verify the effects of trunk muscle strength and body balance through supplementary training program, and showed the effects in the training group and control group after 8 weeks trunk muscle strengthening program. Feldenkrais method, elastic band training and combined training are very effective to improve trunk muscle strength of modern dance majors so that continuous implementation and application of these effective training program shall be provided for strengthening trunk muscle.
신경모방회로에서의 전류역류현상 방지를 위한 W/SiN<SUB>x</SUB>/N<SUP>+</SUP>/P 1D1R 시냅스와 패턴인식 시뮬레이션

In this paper, we suggest reverse current issue which can occur when neuromorphic system is implemented using RRAM(Resistive Random Access Memory) as synaptic device. Such issue is solved by adding a diode to synapse. Proposed synaptic device is RRAM integrated with P-N diode which does not require additional area. 1D1R(1Diode-1RRAM) structure synaptic device is proposed and its I-V characteristics are modeled using SILVACO SmartSpice. We successfully demonstrated simple 3x3 pattern recognition using neuron circuits and 1D1R synaptic devices by solving reverse current issue.
